Chapter 2 - Chapter two- Present Day

Madison slowly made her way down the dark hall to her mom's room door.

The sound of the bed squeaky slowly came visible not only to Madison's thoughts but to her ears as well.

"Oh my god! Go harder!"

Madison put her ear to the door, she could hear the bed frame hitting the wall.

"You like that, don't you?" A man's voice came crawling into Madison's ear. A familiar one as well. Madison swallowed and backed away from the door, scared they'd get a feeling.

The hall was still dark and it was about five in the morning.

But the cops were at the door. They wanted to speak to Ms. Hu. Madison told the police she'd tell.

Her mom they were here, but she'd be mildly embarrassed to tell them she was getting freaky behind her room walls.

Madison walked down the stairs. With each step, she thought of what to say to the cops.

Madison's mom was making to much morning noises to hear the police had knocked on the door. Madison was the only one that heard and got from her computer within her room to answer the door.

But Madison has heard. Running around the city, she heard rumors going around.

A curse placed on the city. A mass murderer. At least that's what she heard. She never believed them anyway.

Madison was a beautiful Chinese girl. She was 5'8 in height, 18 years in age, and had short hair that came down to her shoulders. Of course, she was thin but that's all she got picked on at school about.

Madison looked at the police who stood to wait at the wooden front door.

"Honey? You're up? What do you need?" Madison turned and looked at the top of the stairs. The cop moved to the right, waving at her while Madison's mom covered herself with the robe. Madison didn't say anything.

Her mom seeing the cop was all that needed to be said.

From behind her, Madison's heart dropped. It was her math teacher. He has on his boxers before running back to the room to grab his shirt and pants.

"Ms. Hu? I'd like to have a word with you, please," the cop says. Her mom, Dolan, looked at Madison liked at the cop again.

"Okay. Yeah. What's wrong?" Dolan asked. The cop nodded and began going to the living room. It was a fairly decent home.

Madison and Dolan looked a little uncomfortable as the cop looked up and down the walls while he made his way to the living room.
