About an hour ago.
Time has stopped, the half-dead Lex who accepted his fate to his demise. Had to see a girl who he loved at first sight. he said,
"I wish, you wouldn't see my pathetic side. Pharaoh."
She rushed to force Lex to drank her blood and a red-colored marble. She said,
"I have no much time anymore to stop. Please swallow it!"
As Lex swallow the {seal}, Pharaoh gave him another message,
"Master Lex, please stay alive for Pharaoh. This is the only way to defeat them."
And then, Pharaoh used magic towards Lex.
"Space Metoria: Shift."
She switched Lex's position with a stone five meters behind him.
She lowered her head in apologize to do such as this to him.
As the time is stopped, the massive aerial battle is started.
Lex who is lying down, felt relieved that someone could help him on behalf of taking care of Lira.
However, an immeasurable pain has felt by him.
Burning pain from his stomach had badly affected his eyesight.
He started to lost his senses, blinded, and finally falling unconsciously.
Lex entered his all-white universe, all but nothing, empty that everyone would think that they have left the world.
Lex walks straight headlessly, wondering that where is he located on.
But as he walks, he is not sure as well. He said,
"Maybe I'm someone's mind? God knows."
And he kept walking as the universe is still looking all white and empty.
And he started to be able to see a large gate, gold-colored with it opened slightly.
Lex entered the area behind the gate, but the chain had pinned him down. Making him unable to move. he asked,
"What have I done? why I have to be chained?"
No one replied to him. He is asking the same question again, but no one has even replied to him. Not even a single ghost could, but a soothing woman voice had approached him. She said,
"My son."
Lex replied in hostility manner, said
"Who the hell are you? Let me go now!"
The soothing woman's voice is replied calmly.
"Fret not, Lex. I'm the dragon who presented you with the power you have now."
He is silenced and wonders what happened actually. He thinks that he is supposed to die. But, he met something that he couldn't able to think about it. Something that beyond what he ever has seen.
She continued it and lifted his face slightly, she said.
"I'm Kalafina, the Light Dragon. The dragon that bestowed you the Light Dragon Magia to have you entitled as a Dragon Mortal."
Her shining radiated face has to make her remain unseen. But as Lex remembered, her skin softness has reminded him to a motherly figure who he had felt when he was just born. The soft feeling that he never once forget until now.
Typically, creatures will forget what they felt when they were a kid. But as for Lex, he remembers it clearly. A soft woman's hand that gently touched his body, whispered to him.
"Welcome to Kanshera, my precious Dragon Mortal."
Lex asked her directly, saying
"If you are a Light Dragon, at least tell me. Why I'm here?"
She replied in three simple words,
"You have died."
And he replied in shock, wondering who killed him.
"Who killed me? Pharaoh? Isis? Titan Lord?"
She shook her head. And she said,
"Neither of them. You are in a state where you are supposed to die. But, your Dragon Magia has frozen your body function to make you recovered. Every Dragon Mortal has three lives and you have used one. Your little brother has used one too."
He's shocked by her remark. So, Lira has died? He asked her.
"What happened to my brother? Why he had died once?"
She then smiled and replied to him,
"He died for a heroic act against Isis. His mentality suffers, is a toll to defeat her. Isis who you have seen now is much weaker than who Lira has faced."
To heard that statement, He couldn't able to imagine if Isis is on her peak. Let alone her peak, Even the current her. Is not even someone who both Lex and Pharaoh could defeat. She continued,
"He used his Dragon Mortal Magic to Defeat the Isis. But Isis is his shadow, you know. Who Isis now, is Zadkiel, Destruction Demoness.
Isis who you know has died for centuries ago."
Lex started to felt confused as she explained many things that he didn't even know about. And he replied,
"I don't care who is she, and who's that Zadkiel. All I want to know is, where am I now, and How to defeat Titan Lord and Isis. That's what I wanted to know!"
She is sighed with his barrage of question. And she asked him,
"I have seen that you had barely unlocked your Dragon Mortal Magic. Unlike Lira who has his power borrowed by the dragon in exchange for his life. I believe you could defeat Isis in all of any extends with this power. However, Dragons Couldn't able to give their full power to the mortals without any determination of the mortal. Do you want to save this world?"
Lex who is completely confused, asking her again
"What's the point of saving the world? All I need is a worldly secret and my brother. I don't need anything apart of those!"
She smiled and unsealed the chain on his body.
Lex asked her in curiosity as she unsealed the chain up after he stood up.
"Why did you unchain me? I could kill.."
Up Lex who wanted to say more things, a claw has reached on his eyes. almost close to his iris. She said,
"You can't kill a dragon, even with Dragon Mortal Magic. But I could kill you and destroy your soul now. So drop that idea, I've released you because you have a reason to be a Strong. Didn't protect your brother's future and finding worldly secret are your main intentions?"
Lex nodded with her remark in agreement. And he replied,
"Indeed, but I want my brother to be better. Better than I."
Kalafina moved closes with him, as it's only able to see her back as long as her height's snow colored hair. She said,
"I guess, my daughter has given you an ancient weapon used by former dragon mortal to seal them. Are you?"
He shook his head. He said,
"I don't know what is the ancient weapon you were talked about. And, I don't know who is the daughter you are referring to. All I know, Pharaoh had drugged me using the red sphere stuff."
She feels amused and replied.
"It's fairy's liquid. You would get recovered real fast with that."
He started to understand what exactly happened to him. First, he is supposed to die, but his Dragon Magia had enabled hibernation mode to his body so he can survive, but it traded with his first life layer.
And the second thing is, he started to understand what happened to Lira. As Kalafina suggested, Isis is Zadkiel herself. And the red sphere he ate, is an ancient weapon that he wondering on.
The third thing is, once he is returned to Kanshera from his unconscious realm. He will enable his Dragon Mortal's Mode.
Kalafina landed her claw to Lex's stomach. A small powder of mana is shown up like a glittering powder that directs to his stomach.
"The ancient weapon had almost killed you for corrupting your body. But for us who are fairies. It's nothing, I may be a dragon. But my actual body is a fairy. So, curse detection is easy to be seen and I managed to dispel the curse, now. The Ancient Weapon is yours, with your Dragon Mortal Magic is enabled on your body. Lex Richolot, You have the full power of Light Dragon. Go back to Kanshera and save everyone, Achieve your dreams or anything you want. And, send my regards to Freya."
Kalafina pushed Lex away with full force, sending him away back to Kanshera. Kalafina passed her final message up before Lex closed his eyes from his unconscious universe,
"Freya, please for Kanshera's future"
Lex woke up instantly in the ruins. With his both Arms now have the Chain blade, it sealed on his arms with a blazing red-colored blade, and a long gold plated chain.
He walks out as he tried to open his blurry eyes. seen Pharaoh who is badly injured, standing motionless as she created her shield for protecting him. He said,
"Pharaoh, thank you for giving my time to recover."
He lifted the unconscious Pharaoh who seems like has protected her for four hours non stop. But she's running out of her stamina, and Lex's skin complexion has changed completely to feather-shaped scales that dropped slightly.
The feather has to give a healing effect to Pharaoh. She said it on her mouth without her voice is noticed.
"Mother..."
