The almonds or the KitKat bar that has been calling my name... I really shouldn't, I have practice in 20 minutes and I know it isn't a good idea before a long ru-
"Oh my god, pick something porker" her voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard-Stella Newcomb, the biggest b*tch I've ever met, we're in college, why is she still bullying people?
"Excuse me?" I replied.
"You've been standing in front of the damn vending machine for like 10 minutes, you can't afford to buy it all chubby."
God, I'm not even fat, I'm 5'3" and I only weigh 120, my thighs are just big, I run the 800, I can't help it.
"Literally, Olivia, move out of the way, you're not the only person here" stated Leah, Stella's side kick "The rest of us aren't going to sit here and starve while you try to count enough pennies to buy something".
Everyone in the group laughed, except Zeke, he looked down, ashamed. I don't get what he's with her, Stella is so mean. Gorgeous sure, but he's so attractive he can have anyone he wants. He belongs on posters, 6'4", brown hair, neatly cut but still looks scruffy, piercing blue eyes, the perfect white smile, it's a little crooked. He played football, but didn't act like all the other jerks on the team. A true anomaly.
I quickly walked away from the machine, I had to get ready for practice anyways. I know people think it's weird to find running fun, but it's so relaxing. I was excited to head out the door and just try to forget the hurtful things those girls had just said. I look off my shirt, exposing my six pack and sports bra and took off on my run. I was very fit, I couldn't stand Stella and Leah always calling me fat just for my large thighs.
Stella has hated me since I made the cheer team and she didn't and then I quit. I didn't want to do two sports on top of my course work and wanted to focus on cross country. She needed up getting to be on the team but had to suffer the embarrassment of not making it in the first place. This was two years ago. I don't know why she still cared.
