-20 Minutes Later-
Maggie's POV
The hotel was not too far from LAX and the rental office which was good for when we'd be going back home.
"Alright y'all, were here!" Alissa says with a smile. We all grab our luggage out of the trunk and make our way to the lobby.
Holy shit this place is a fucking palace.
I'm pretty sure that I gasped in awe when I walked in, because everyone looked at me funny. It was like I'd never seen a hotel lobby before. I snapped myself out of it and brought my thoughts back into reality.
I saw that Denzel was standing with Alissa at the front desk. Most likely checking in. Rickey grabbed my hand and pulled me forward to where the two were standing.
"Yeah, I have a reservation for Violet. Two different rooms." Alissa says to a man who looks like he was in his mid twenties, with his hair gelled back and his suit perfectly straight.
Talk about clean cut.
"Oh yes! There you are. So, you have room 2400 and room 2405." He says, handing Alissa a key, Rickey a key, Denzel a key and me a key.
Most likely to forget the key and get locked out. ME!
I think to myself.
"You're all set." He says with a smile. We return the gesture and move towards the lift.
"Ooh! I'm so excited!" Alissa squealed as soon as the doors closed.
"Yeah, we got your point sugar." Denzel says. We all laugh in the lift until we get off on the second floor.
Alissa and I found our rooms first and we waved to the boys.
"We'll text you." I say.
"Alrighty." Rickey says. Alissa unlocked the door and we walked into the room. When I say this, I really mean it. It. Was. Gorgeous. We had our own sitting room, our own lounge, a kitchen, a bathroom that looked like it belonged to a God. The tub was more like a pool than a tub, and the bedroom was fabulous. The view we had, was fantastic, we could see all of downtown and century city. But there was one problem. Only one bed.
I personally didn't mind sharing a bed with Alissa, but she might not want to share.
"Hey! Alissa! Do you mind sharing a bed with me?" I shout.
"Not at all Mags!" She yells back.
Cool.
I left my suitcase in the bedroom by the window to unpack later and I walked back out into the sitting room to find Alissa sitting in the sofa.
Typical
Of course, I joined her on the sofa. I saw that she'd turned the TV on.
"What're you watching?" I ask.
"Just some, 50 shades darker." She says in her most seductive voice. I spit out my water.
"SCOOT OVER BITCH! I shout. I was almost addicted to 50 Shades Darker. It was SUCH a good show.
We spent a solid hour and a half watching the show when I heard my phone buzz. I turned my phone over and looked to see who it was.
1 new message from 'Baby 💍'.
I guess he's important enough.
Baby💍: Hey Princess, how was the flight?
Mags🌹: Exhausting, how are you still awake?
Baby💍: I rarely sleep remember.
Mags🌹: You sleep when I'm around.
Baby💍: That's because I get to hold you.
Mags🌹: God, you're being so cheesy.
Baby💍: Well if telling you I love you is being cheesy, then I'm the cheesiest man in the world.
Mags🌹: Ooh, and since you're so cheesy, you can be qualified as cheetos. And since you're so hot, you can be hot cheetos, those are my favourite. Oh my God, you're now my hot cheetos boy.
Baby💍: I like your logic😂
Mags🌹: What's logic? Never heard of that😂😂
Baby💍: I love you❤️
Mags🌹: I love you too Jack💜
Baby💍: Well I'm going to go, so I'll talk to you later.
Mags🌹: Sound like a plan.
Baby💍: Alright, bye princess.
Mags🌹: Bye baby.
With that last text, I shut my phone off and sat it on the coffee table.
"You two, are the definition of cute." I hear Alissa say.
"MY GOD! You need to stop reading my texts with him!" I warn.
"Why? Do you talk dirty to each other?" she teases.
"Oh fuck off." I say, rolling my eyes.
"So since Coachella really starts tomorrow, what should we do for the rest of the day?" She asks.
"I've always wanted to explore century city." I say.
"Well then lets go!" Alissa say turning the TV off and grabbing my hand. We knocked on Rickey and Denzel's door a few times until Denzel answered.
"What is it?" He asks with a yawn.
"Wow, are you actually sleepy?" Alissa questions. "Yes, yes I am. Now what do you need?" He queries, leaning on the doorframe.
"I was wondering if you two wanted to come to Century City with the two of us?" I question.
"OOH! BITCH YOU KNOW I'M COMIN'! I hear Rickey shout from the next room over. I couldn't help but laugh. Rickey shoved Denzel to the side and squeezed in between Alissa and I to hold hands.
"This is gonna be so fun! My girl is finally gonna see Century City." He shouted.
"My god Rickey! Stop shouting." I say.
"Why, you do it all the time." He counters. I opened my mouth to say something, but I was at a loss of words.
"Okay, so Denzel I take it that you aren't coming?" I ask.
"Nope. Been there seen that, and plus, I'm tired as hell." He says.
The three of us laugh and wave Denzel goodbye.
We arrived at the mall at around 3:20 ish and stayed there until about 6:30-8:00.
"Okay, I think we've shopped till' we dropped I sigh.
"Bitch, we didn't even buy anything. The frack are you talking about?" Rickey asks. I roll my eyes.
"Translation, she's tired." Alissa answers for me.
"Thank you sister." I say and Alissa shoots me a 'you're welcome' smile.
"Lets go home." I say.
"I'm thinking we could watch some more '50 Shade Darker'." Alissa says, wiggling her eyebrows at me.
"Please, we get enough of that, just reading Jack and Maggie's texts." Rickey teases.
"Oh shut up!" I say, slightly shoving Rickey.
"All that's on my brain is, TV, comfy clothes and a bed." Alissa says.
"Sounds heavenly." Rickey responds.
"It really does." I drag out the word really.
Long story short, we got back to the hotel, said goodnight to Rickey and Denzel, both Alissa and I changed in the bathroom.
What? We've seen each other naked before. It's nothing new.
We were on the couch watching TV, when I had a semi-awesome, semi-silly idea. I gasped out loud.
"WHAT'S WRONG?" Alissa shouted.
"I just had the best idea." I say with a cheeky grin.
"Whenever you make that face, it's either something completely stupid, or something awesome." Alissa says.
"I hope it's awesome in your eyes," I say, "we should get matching tattoos." I say with a wide smile. At first, Alissa was dead silent, but then she squealed.
"I'm so up for this!" She squealed.
"Good, so am I." I state.
"Lets go."
"Wait, now?" I ask.
"Yeah! Tattoo parlors are open until really late."
I shrug and go along with Alissa.
-At the parlour-
I showed the tattoo artist what I wanted the two of us to get and he started off with me.
It didn't hurt at all, but then again, I do have twelve other tattoos.
When it was Alissa's turn, I could tell that she was struggling not to scream. When she was finished she smiled and I helped her up. We held our wrists together and I took a picture for Instagram.
