Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

"I honestly don't understand you… are you just seriously showing off?" I pointed, at her, naked. She had a towel in her hand, but for some reason, didn't feel the need to use it in front of a sixteen year old boy.

"I wanted to see your reaction." She looked at me confidently.

"What reaction!?"

"That. Oh and I was making sure you're not a rapist."

"Did you seriously think I was?" I wasn't looking away from her body, but I wasn't getting any lewd thoughts, or anything.

"Maybe… anyways will you compliment me before I put on clothes or not?"

"Uhm, sure." I was thinking of something, anything. "You have a nice figure…"

She was honestly beautiful, her skin looked like it had been taken care of. Her breasts were a bit lacking, but it suited her body.

"Pig." She spat, while looking at me like I'm some sort of insect. "Pig. Rapist, Misogynist, Sexist, absolute Pig."

To be fair, when she asked the question, she sounded out of character, so I felt almost some relief seeing her back in character.

"Tsundere."

She cringed at the word.

Her towel looked well made, it honestly looked expensive, or very expensive for someone in a house like this. But I shouldn't forget that she is super rich, or her family, anyways.

"Anyways, I've let your dirty eyes see too much. If I let you see any further, the demons inside you might be exercised.

I turned around.

"Are you some sort of Demonic Repellent?"

"Tsk… I said it too straightforwardly, didn't I? Now your primitive instincts will warn you against me."

"I can stop my primitive nature. Look at me so far, no lewd thoughts."

Then she moaned, and that gave lewd thoughts.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

I felt a chilly sensation on my shoulder, just like the toilets, when she wrapped herself around me. She suddenly licked me.

"Are you sure?" She repeated.

And then I, failing to prove her point, back-headedly slapped her face away from me.

Probably primitive.

I'll blame it on that.

I looked around and saw her hand on her face. "It's fine." She said.

"Sorry."

"No, thank you. I was going too far."

The vagueness of the phrase 'too far' made me think. Too far with what? With a joke? With someone you like? No, she doesn't like me. I opted for the first resolution, with some wish of it being the former.

She continued. "Sometimes, I do act out of character, I needed you to wake me up again."

"Out of character?"

That's what I thought too, but I didn't know she was self-conscious about it.

And she looked a little sad.

She just stood above me, and I realised that we had little time left.

21:15

The towel was on the floor. She dropped it after what I did.

I picked it up, and gave it to her.

"Dry fast, put on clothes, we have to go soon."

She did. And I turned around again.

"That suit looks nice, is that what they call Tuxedos?"

"Tuxedos have red ties, this is more of a funeral, or wedding dress."

"I saw a lot of Tuxedos as a child, my Dad would always take me to these places. He told me I would one day wear one, and work with all the adults."

"Is that what you wanted?"

"Not in hindsight, but looking back, it seemed like a good idea."

"Seemed?"

"Sorry, let's not talk about it. By the way, I need to wear black too right?"

"That's right, show as little skin as you can too, it'll probably help make Erebus feel more generous. Well that's the plan anyways."

"Who is Erebus?" The way she said it, felt more sarcastic than serious, but I answered anyways.

"He's a Greek God. Child of Chaos, has sixteen offspring. His other name, or the Roman deification of him is Scotus. His name translates to 'Darkness' by the way."

"You're good with this stuff."

"I like Greek Lore."

"Don't act all cool about it, it's probably the only thing you even know. But I like them too." She smiled, maybe for the first time, without any malice.

"I wonder if there's any crimes I can take you to court for."

She looked alarmed, oops. "What do you mean?"

"Just wondering, how much slander and verbal abuse have you committed towards me?"

"You looked at me naked. Don't try it."

"You showed yourself to me!"

"You decided to look, and you didn't look bothered for one second."

True. I looked at her so objectively, I almost forgot that I shouldn't have looked at her in the first place.

"Besides, try calling the Slander police."

"That sounds mildly like a joke I recognise from somewhere, Tsundere."

"Tsk. That's the wrong line!" She shouted.

"What was I meant to say?"

"I forgot, but I had higher expectations!"

She began to use a hairdryer, and we stopped talking because of the noise. After she stopped, I didn't talk so we remained in silence.

"Turn around."

"What is it?"

She looked amazing.

She was wearing a long black jumper, with Black jeans.

"It's not on your level, with the suit, but it works, right?"

"Yeah, it's fine, and it looks nice."

I decided to throw in a random compliment, but I was roasted to hell for it.

"Shall we go?"

"Of course."

We continued the silly chatter as we left the apartment. When I spoke with her, it often felt like a challenge of wits, but I realised I really enjoyed the time I spent conversing with her.
