|JiSu POV|
"Yeah, that's probably a smart idea." I nod in agreement as we both get to our feet.
"Here, I'll throw it away." TaeHyung takes my bowl and heads toward the garbage. He hurries back to me and grabs ahold of my hand.
"That crowd is getting pretty big pretty fast." I state awkwardly as TaeHyung turns to see.
"Yep—thats our cue to get moving. Are you ready for a chase?" TaeHyung chuckles as brushes my hair from my face.
"Wait—we have to run? Won't they just take pictures and let us go about our day?" I ask cautiously as TaeHyung pushes the door open and leads me down the sidewalk, away from the crowd.
"If they notice us and start to follow, we might have to, but right now I think we'll make it to the car fine." TaeHyung reassures me as he pulls his keys out to unlock the doors.
"What about the pictures? They already got a few. Won't that cause problems for you?" I question as TaeHyung quickly tugs the passenger door open for me before rushing around to the drivers side.
"Nah, it'll be fine. The most they'll do is start a dating rumor then we shut them down. It'll go away quickly." TaeHyung reassures me as he reaches over to buckle my seatbelt while I panic over the crowd of people coming toward us.
TaeHyung chuckles and pats my head before starting the car and backing out of the parking spot. He carefully drives around the crowd and heads down the road.
"What do you want to do next? It's up to you. You've got me for about another hour and a half." TaeHyung glances toward me as I watch the crowd behind us.
"Uh—I—I don't know. Let's do something not so public. We haven't even debuted yet and I'm already causing more problems." I sigh as I spin back around to face the front.
"Actually, you might be helping. People are going to be curious about the mysterious girl caught hanging out with Kim TaeHyung from the beloved BTS. They'll probably check you guys out. I would like to warn you though—they may be a little harsh at first. Some fans don't like the idea of us dating and such." TaeHyung explains as he turns into a parking lot.
"I should probably call NaHee to tell her—just in case pictures and stuff start coming out. What about ChanHyuck? I didn't tell him I was with you. What if he sees the articles and thinks I'm trying to hide you from him? Oh god. I have to call ChanHyuck." I search frantically for my phone, unsure as to where I put it.
"It's right here. You left it sitting on the table so I grabbed it." TaeHyung pulls my phone out of his pocket and hands it to me.
"Thanks." I mumble awkwardly before searching my phone for ChanHyuck's number.
"I'm sure the girls already told him. You shouldn't freak out about it." TaeHyung insists as he leans back in his seat.
"I want to be the one to tell him—not them. It's my responsibility—hello?" I shift my attention to ChanHyuck as he picks up.
"What's up, JiSu?" ChanHyuck asks as the other girls scream in the background.
"Are you at the house?" I ask in shock. Why is he there? I thought he said he was going out of town today.
"No, I'm at the company building. Why?" ChanHyuck questions as music starts playing in the background.
"I—I just wanted to tell you that I'm hanging out with someone—a friend." I glance at TaeHyung as he messes around on his phone.
"Yeah, I know. He asked me before asking you. He wanted to make sure you wouldn't get in trouble. Why? What's wrong?" ChanHyuck mumbles.
"Wait—he told you? He didn't tell me he talked to you." I glare at TaeHyung as he chuckles.
"Yeah. He called me last week actually. I thought you'd have already hung out with him by now." ChanHyuck states.
"Is that JiSu?" NaHee's voice asks loudly while the other three sing even louder.
"Yeah, she was telling me she's out with TaeHyung." ChanHyuck explains to NaHee.
"Tell her to come here when she's done. She can even bring TaeHyung if she wants." NaHee chirps before seemingly rushing off to join the other girls.
"What are you guys doing?" I ask suddenly curious as to why they're all gathered at the company on our last day of rest.
"They're having a little party on a live. They called me complaining they were bored so I told them I'd come down and unlock the building so they could mess around. They ended up asking me to set up a live for them. You already start them, so they were kind of confused." ChanHyuck mumbles as I scrunch my nose up in annoyance. They can't do a live without me.
I hang up without warning and turn toward TaeHyung. He meets my gaze and immediately knows where I want him to take me.
"Prepare yourself for a live because you're going in with me." I instruct him as I go onto the V app to check what they're doing.
"I'm fine with that." TaeHyung smiles brightly as he steals a glance at my phone.
"They're playing one of my favorite songs—that's not okay. I swear if they play 'When We Disco' I will have to kill them all." I threaten them despite them being too far away to defend themselves.
"I'm sure they'll play it again for you if you ask." TaeHyung states in amusement.
"That isn't good enough. They should know not to play my songs when I'm not there. It's just not right." I shake my head as I watch them run around singing. They look like they're having the time of their lives. Even SunMi is messing around with them.
They never have that much fun when I'm around. I'm usually the one that starts the fun. Who did it this time? I don't see JuHee doing it—she's got a lot of energy, but she's usually too hesitant to really try and start things without me. I don't see NaHee doing it either. It's possible Aera did if she's in a good mood I guess.
