I'm waken by my mother squealing with a camera in her hand. "My girls are so adorable" mama says jumping up and down like a little kid. I look beside me to see Cora still cuddled to me asleep, she looks so peaceful. Laura and the rest soon appear in my room seeing why our mama was freaking out. "Why's she in here" Malia asked referring to Cora's sleeping self. "She had a nightmare and came knocking at my door so I let her stay" I say rubbing my eyes slowly sitting up trying to not wake Cora. "I'll be down in a minute" I say as I try to get up.
I decide to take a quick shower before going down, so quietly I go to my closet and get my outfit, then I head to the bathroom. I do my business then get out and change into my outfit.
I then go downstairs to find my family including Cora sitting at the table. "You look beautiful honey" mama says. "Thanks mama, it's good to be home" I say smiling widely. "So Cora, what was your nightmare about" Malia asks curiously. "Don't worry about it, Ava helped me" Cora says. "So Ava, are you ready for your first day at Beacon Hills High" Malia asked me causing everyone to focus on me. "I just wanna get out of school already" I say as my mother chuckles lightly. "Well girls you should get going, if you don't wanna be late" Mama says.
Malia and I are in my car heading to school sadly. "I can't wait for you to meet Stiles" Malia says smiling. "Is he your boyfriend or something" I ask curiously. "We don't really have a label, but I like him and he makes me happy" Malia says. "I can't believe I'll actually be attending the same school as my half brother" I say in disbelief. "You're older than Scott by 10 months" Malia points out making me laugh. "You're right, and I always find a way to rub it in once a day" I say while pulling in beside a blue Jeep, which informed me belonged to Stiles.
Malia drags me to a table outside where my brother is sitting with another boy. "Guys" Malia says happily gaining their attention. "This is my cousin Ava" Malia says. "Ava as in Scott's sister" the boy I'm guessing is stiles says. "Yes, I'm guessing you're stiles, Malia's boyfriend and my brothers best friend" I say with a kind smile. "Yeah that's me" stiles says while offering me a smile in return. We sit and chat for a few minutes before going to find my locker since my mom already gave me my schedule. We stood there, just talking and joking until we heard the bell ring for 1st period. Let's see how this day's about to go I think to myself as I groan and make my way to my 1st period.
