The moment my battery died completely, a sigh of relief slipped out of my mouth.

"I might send another minion of mine to look for you someday. Good luck till then," Cal waved as she walked away with her bodyguards. "Oh, I forgot to mention," She suddenly stopped and turned back to me while she stroked her hair. "Unlike yours, this blonde hair of mine is natural."
That was the proof of the difference between our ranks. The blondes are always higher than the dark. Me getting adopted into one of those families is definitely pure luck.
