July 22nd, the day of the forsaken Destructive Advent foretold by that God above the Heavens, had finally arrived. Each of the Teams came from specific areas toward the battlefield where the final Spacial Kingdom previously laid. Obliterated totally by just two Incarnations, all of them were about to converge together at the crater where the subjects formerly laid.
The Emperor stood with his hands in his pockets, his brother to his right and his older sister to his left, their hairs moving with the wind of the summer. The Hunter's red eyes darting rapidly, gentle sparks of lightning moving from side to side inside the sockets, Jason unsheathing his blade for just a moment. There was this feeling, this inescapable spiritual aura around him, the dreading inkling that began to crawl up their spines, and though there was nothing in sight, just the tiny sight of a spike popping out of the circle to their fronts, the submerged Tower.
August searching around with Eternal Sight, further out so he could make out the bodies of his fellow allies, he pointed out his index finger,
"There are the others. Before we do anything, we should probably meet up with them, Dad," Suggested the Reaper, his cloak moving with the heated summer winds, the Emperor nodded in agreement.
About to analyze the coordinates of where they were stationed, continuously moving to meet up with the Shinobi-Samurai Empire party, the ground beneath them started to rumble beneath their soles. August leapt back, momentarily letting his feet glide off the ground so he could grab at Al's hood, the white-haired man landed right the wall rising above them. Alex gasping for a second, he landed right on his knees whilst Rivera slid back on his soles, scratching at his neck, he irritatedly moaned.
Clenching his knuckles together, he infused his fist with just enough of Orderly Thunder so he could attempt to smash through the bordered wall disconnecting them from the rest of the party. Just like he'd expected, unfortunately, there was nothing that punch did except for break his hand- leaving it limp, August sighed dejectedly staring at it. Slicing it right off from the intact wrist, life energy reorganized and rebuilt his shattered hand, wriggling around his fingers, Alex attempted to stand up, stretching out his legs and arms feeling his joints crack satisfyingly,
"If that's not gonna work, then it's most likely that even warping out won't either. What a pain," Observed Aug aloud so Alex could hear too. Stepping closer from behind his former mentor,
"Why don't we dig? Burrow out from above and emerge from beneath the rubble… like beavers?" Alex tried to remember the name of those animals that dug underground, rubbing his chin with his hair kept up in that manbun style,
"Nope, the stupid Incarnations decided to seal us off from any means of escape, it looks like. You could try but you'll most likely just break your foot," August advised the younger man, placing his hand on the left wall pushing away Al so he could try something… to feel his sisters' presence together, he reached out to their brains,
~Over here… we're okay. Stay safe~ Those words reverberated throughout the brains of Emma and Gen, causing them to wince momentarily before recognizing the voice of their brother.
Em let out a relieved sigh while Gen grinned brightly, now armed with the knowledge of her twin brother's safety. Mei, on the other hand, being oblivious to the psychic message her cousin sent the other females; had been pushing out her hands to try and make the walls surrounding her body collapse. To no avail, sadly, as the blast threw her anatomy back, she was sent flying throughout the small chambers she was encased within, Emma had to slide right in front of the launched woman so she could catch her before she broke her neck on the ground.
Carefully placing her down, Mei rubbed her forehead for a second, pondering about the way they'd have to fight… before widening her eyes. The whispers of everyone else, the loudness of their thoughts had all been thrown right into the center of her brain, leading for her to claw at the top of her head- she could hear everything! Not only Emma and Gen's thoughts, but everyone else's too! Beau, Johnson, Ben, Jason, Madi, Kristina, Rose, Ed, each and everyone of them echoing through her mind, she felt like she was going insane! Every single thought to process and analyses it make sure no enemy was coming at them, she couldn't do it! She felt like she was on the verge of her brain frying right then and there, blood began to leak out from the bottoms of her eyeballs, whimpers of pain leaked out from her lips as she grasped at her older cousin's collar- begging her,
"Make it stop… PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!!!" As Mei screamed at the top of her lungs, it unleashed a sonic scream into the atmosphere, leading to everyone scattered about the labyrinthine battlefield to cover their ears in surprise.
Madi, recognizing the sound of her daughter's voice, couldn't help but get a shiver right down her spine- just about to be engulfed by purple Requiem energy and warp right out of there. However, as her body began to vanish, Jason grabbed at her wrist and Ben slapped her right out of her daze so she could snap back into reality. Shaking her head, she grabbed at it for a moment before realizing that what she was just about to do was suicide. Flying above the open space to the crowns of their skulls, without a doubt, if they didn't play by the silent rules of those twisted Beings, all of them would be annihilated just like that.
As her older sibling rubbed her back to calm her down, sliding his palm up and down against her covered rear, Madi's breaths carefully started to control themselves,
"T-thanks… but I don't think it's a coincidence that they targeted her first. I just heard August punch the wall but nothing happened with him… they're targeting the surveyors, those who can sense their presence. They're not killing them, though, they're just rendering them immobile for a while, they're saving THAT for when we're all together and then they'll kill them right in our faces," Stated the Empress of Light to her younger and older siblings.
Ben clenching his fist while Jason readied to unsheathe his blade, Madi sat up slowly after Jay stopped with his soothing massage. None of them could do anything but just stare around at the sights before them and simply wait for the next movement. Everyone else deduced that too, Whitney's hands together in a sign, preparing to unleash the next of his shadow monsters, and just then, the walls sank right into the ground, hiding beneath the soil.
Once again, everyone was exposed and free to move around, leading Madisyn to run right on over to none other than her daughter, suffering from her telepathic awakening. Reaching out his hand as she zoomed right on past him, Jason cried out,
"WAIT! At least warp—!" Cried Jay in fear for his younger sister's life, widening his eyes to the sight of the falling Demon Prince right over her head.
August gasping, he tried to stick out his black tendril so he could forcefully grab at his aunt's wrist and save her the pain of being smashed to the ground. Just as he always is, though, he wasn't fast enough, she jumped right out of his reach, leaping so she could cove her daughter, Lucifer's feet crashed right into the ground. Leaving a plethora of smashed debris flying outward from the impact, Alex slammed his hands right into the concrete below him, forming an invisible shield around him and the Reaper, their strands blowed back, Emma and Gen were launched further into the air with no way to cover themselves.
Widening his eyes at the sight of his flying daughters, the Emperor threw his feet off the ground below him, and stopped time, just so he could grab both of his girls in his arms and skid onto the floor below on his knees. Dirtying his suit, Ben carefully placed his girls right onto the ground beside him, Em and Gen looking to their father, eyes sparkling… it'd only been a month but nevertheless, he was here. Felt surreal,
"What a touching family reunion, huh? Honestly I never really could understand human relationships. Friends, family, pets, why waste your time being so kind to everyone in your way when you could burn it all and take it all for yourself? Hehe… just like I'll do with you, my dormant brother!" As Lucifer pointed to Ben, standing up with his daughters by his side, Morningstar couldn't help but smirk at the sight of it.
Two females in their youth, and though they had Requiem energy stored right in them, it was weaker than his or the others'. Clenching his fist, he dug the tips of his clawed nails into his palm- before ripping them right out so droplets of blood could pollute the air! Manifesting a sickle of blood right from his inner crimson fluids, he spun it around quickly before throwing it into the air and turning it around so the circular edge could be against the bottom of his wrist. Then, after that, he just spun it around, aiming it at the chest of his dormant Blessed Emperor kinsman, watching as it sparked ablaze with Hellfire and Takyr itself…
"If you won't give in, I'll kill you," Menacingly stated Lucifer through his fangs, tongue swirling around, Gen suppressed the urge to vomit while Ben raised his fists… in preparation for the fight ahead.
As he sped onward with a stream of black and red lightning following the back of his anatomy, Lucifer took a glance to the right and left of his person, recognizing their shapes. August with Alex, Jason behind them both to the left, and Madi covering Mei to the right. Not to mention an annoyance of the others to the back of Ben, it spelt out incessant intrusion he didn't want to deal with.
More of those walls rose up from the ground to protect Lucifer as he charged toward the Requiem Emperor, though, these new walls differed from the previous ones. They were simple straight ones that didn't diverge into a continuous square cubicle, the properties, however, did remain the same, unable to be penetrated and if you flew right over the height, you'd likely get easily eradicated for interrupting their battle. August gritted his teeth in frustration at this predicament, simply turning his head as his uncle called out to him and Al,
"Hey!! You two!!!" Seconds after Jason yelled out to them, he was right in front of them, holding his uncovered Ketsueki in his right hand,
"What the fuck just happened?" Through panted breaths, Jay inquired this to August, who simply pointed his index finger to the right of his body- and there laid the seemingly never ending wall that hid them from the rest of the party,
"The walls are likely mirrored for Madi and Mei and whoever else is on the other side between Lucifer and Dad. We could simply just jump over the walls but I think we'd risk triggering his infinite Takyr and make him angrier," August warned the both of them, searching around to see if there were any more allies on their side- looking through the smoke caused by the eruption of these walls,
"Wait, what do you mean? Infinite Takyr?" Al questioned, having searched through his memories, there was nothing he could find that confirmed what Aug just said. It must've been something he wasn't told, not on purpose, just by inconvenience. The best person to explain it, while the Reaper was scanning, seemed to the Hunter,
"Lucifer was cast down to Hell for challenging God after the birth of humanity on Earth billions of years ago. Lucifer has limitless hate for humans and everything else on Earth, after dwelling and being cast out from the world for several eons. After all, Takyr is derived from negative emotions. He can't be changed or turned or anything, if there's anything to describe Lucifer Morningstar, it's pure, unbridled, sadistic chaos," After Jason had finished explaining to Alex, who'd understood quickly about the limitless Takyr August had earlier referenced, the Reaper had taken off his shades at the sight of something else, far in the distance!
"Near where you were, Uncle, I can barely sense the feeling of chaotic Takyr…" Observed August quickly, to which Jason knelt beside his nephew,
"That must be Ryder and his kids-" Jason added, Alex rubbed at his eyes for a second, groaning agitatedly while the both of them spoke, he turned around noticing something swimming… through the concrete ground,
"But… but- they're moving. They must be fighting something, but why isn't it-" August widened his eyes, shadow tendrils sliding down his arms and ensnaring over his knuckles.
About to throw it out so he could grab at the enemy's throat, Amara came flying right at his range, leading for Rivera to dodge over him, August stuck out his tendril once again so the demon could grab at it. Scoffing in annoyance, the superior strength of the Reaper had easily led to him yanking the demon forward, Jason jumping right in to horizontally slash at their twisted body so they could fall to the ground in tiny pieces.
Jumping back right up, Alexander rubbed at his naps for a second feeling his joints crack beneath that fleshy layer. Sighing for a second, the second he stood upright, there were August and Jason, both in battle stances. The latter of the two having his arms bared, near the tip of the metallic blade, the sun radiated against it making a bright gleam. There they all had gathered, demonic spirits incarnated with a body of flesh, right here, right now.
As their claws popped out from the tips of their fingers, their tendril chaotically wriggling about, snarling hungrily as they stared at their enemies to the front of their eyeballs, devoid of any regular emotion… rather than hunger.
