I slowly placed my palms at her pale cheeks, glided my palms and removed her blonde hair. I noticed that she had a small mole at the lining of her wine painted lips. She shut her blue eyes.
"I love someone else", I whispered.
She opened her eyes immediately and whispered with a hot mint scented breath, "Go win her"
I was quite surprised. I mean what she meant was perplexing in many branched ways.
"You don't want me?",I asked sensibly.
"What's the use of wanting you when you don't let me love you?"
I was dazed. Her expression was neutral, it was hard to justify whether she was sad or happy.

Now I ran to search my Rose. I bumped the dancing girls and boys who responded me, "Hey freak". I darted with my carelessness. I knew where she was - her towers of imagination.
I knocked the library door which was left ajar.
"Hey"
She was wearing round glasses and flipped the page as I observed the mere sight of her face - sitting and reading in silence.
She took off her glasses and placed it on that rosewood table. She stood up and folded her arms.
"Hi", she bade.
I stepped closer. I was half foot taller and she gazed upwards as if I was a tower.
"Are you alone?", I asked.
"Yes, a sort of alone".
I did not understand her statement. So I smiled and remained silent. I dragged the chair and sat beside her.
"What are you reading?"
"A love story"
"Romeo and Juliet?"
"Eh, there are more love stories in this world"
"Hmmm"
"Why do you think there's no librarian here?", I asked with intense eyes creating an aura of suspense.
"My friends says that this library is haunted".
"So, don't you feel scared"
"Umm-hmmm there's nothing to be scared"
A heavy book toppled from the 8 feet rack. Rose hugged me suddenly in a haste. I smile and my smile was invisible to her. I was enraptured by her soft body and her soft fragrance.
