Chapter 52 - Arc 4- Chapter 4

*Starfire's Pov*

A week passed and there was still no sign of Little que. I had already saved the female lead again five days ago and school was boring so I was feeling extra bored without Little que. I guess I was already used to having that voice in my head and he is normally supposed to tell me when he will be unavailable instead of just suddenly going offline.

I sighed and rolled over in the bed as I tried to think of doing something interesting that wouldn't lead to the world being destroyed.

"Ah, why is there nothing interesting to do? Even the game is boring now..." I complained as I stared up at the ceiling.

After saving that female lead, I was free to level up to whatever point I wanted and since Little que was gone, I just focused on the game and school. I reached level 1999 and my butler reached level 500 before I got bored with the game. The butler is still levelling up but I haven't even logged in today at all.

I rubbed my face as I got up. "Maybe I should just chat with that butler. Since he is at a high level, he is like a normal player now," I mumbled before settling down to play the game.

My character was sitting perfectly safe in a mansion in the middle of the forest. I smiled as I remember when I made my butler build that mansion two days ago.

"Hey Alfred. Come home, let's chat," I typed in and grabbed an in-game wine from the cupboard as I sipped it while waiting for him.

Alfred said as he sliced a level 600 monster and came back to the mansion.

He said as he took a seat opposite my character.

"Yeah, I got bored and decided to come and check up on you. Did anything interesting happen while I was gone?"

I raised a brow at this and smiled. How interesting.

"I see. Keep an eye on her for me, Alfred."

My character got up and stretched. "Some other players are coming near the mansion and you know what that means~"

He said as he stood up before I stopped him.

"No, let me take care of this, I have been way too bored recently anyway. Maybe this will provide a bit of entertainment," I typed in before moving my character outside to meet the players. There were ten people outside, looking at the mansion in surprise.

A player who seemed like the leader of the group asked.

"And what if I am?" I asked, making my character yawn to indicate my boredom.

The leader looked at my character before looking back at his group as he had a private conversation with the group. He probably used a private group chat with them so that i wouldn't know what they were talking about.

After they finished discussing, he looked back at me before using the general chat.

I smiled at their suggestion and decided to entertain them.

"Oh? Is your group powerful enough though?"

A female character exclaimed, seemingly insulted that I even doubted their power. I just smiled at her calmly.

"Alright then, let's have a fight. If the 10 of you manage to even injure me, then I might consider making your group my minions," I typed in lazily and the group started typing profanities at me.

He typed as his group all stopped typing. I just watched them all nonchalantly as he turned to address me.

He said as my character just shrugged in response. He looked slightly fazed by my calm behaviour as he stayed quiet before typing again.

"I meant exactly what I said. You can only be my minions cause none of you are powerful enough to be my subordinate and I only need one subordinate which I already have and he is already perfect for me," I said and paused as I saw my pet's affection for me increase. How cute.

He asked cautiously.

'Oh, he is smarter than I expected. He didn't even jump into the fight out of anger,' I thought as I watched his character. 'Too bad I am not in the mood to let them escape~'

I ignored his question and just asked, "Do you want to accept the fight or not?"

He started typing something when all his group members started commenting that they accepted the fight. He commented that they should calm down and think clearly first but his group members didn't listen.

I just stood there watching them agrue with a smile on my face. I was inwardly rooting for him to accept the fight so I could crush them, especially that SassyChida character.

The leader seemed to think about it for a while and then made his decision.

I laughed in amusement. He was both right in a way even though he was terribly wrong. I truly am a rich girl and I did buy Alfred, but his loyalty wasn't bought and I am definitely more powerful than him.

I felt Alfred's rage increase. 'Ah~ He seems angry at what they were saying. Too bad he can't come out and play with them since I already told him that this was my turn to have fun~'

"Alright then. Do you all agree to this fight?" I asked and they all accepted the fight.

I smiled as they came at me, hoping to destroy me in one move when I unleashed a move that intentionally killed eight of them and left the other two badly injured, the leader and the SassyChida.

I walked to the two and leaned in as I spoke. "Ah, I truly thought your leader was going to get you out of these mess. I truly feel happy that you, SassyChida, convinced him to have this fight with me. Both of you truly did entertain me."

They both shivered in fear as they begged for me to spare their lives since they would loose all their money, equipment and property if I killed them.

I giggled and smiled. "Too bad but I can't spare you. Maybe next time you won't judge someone so quickly," I said as I revealed my level and they both gasped with terror-filled eyes.

I could tell his hands were shivering with fear and shock.

"Oh well, that's what they all say," I said nonchalantly as I shrugged before killing them both.

I shrugged as I reached a message that I had levelled up to highest level possible in the game, level 2000.

'All that killing and just one level was added to my character. I don't care if it is the highest level in the game, it is still boring,' I thought before I paused as I received a different announcement.

'1/4 of the throne? Now that is less boring, but more importantly... Little que, are you back?'
