Chapter 33 - Respectfully

To-Wei, Basil, and Joaquin were all in a similar dark room. Vampire Ren made small cuts on their skins and not even Joaquin's quick healing could do anything about it. Vampire Ren used his blood manipulation to pummel the boys for hours but none of them said anything.

Basil was more worried about Joaquin not bringing back any visible treasure, in school there was a Bhvamivian girl that Joaquin had always been giving gifts since their first year here. Her name was Igraine, she had short curly hair that was a bit on the red side but still appeared black, she was a very short girl and said close to nothing to anyone.

As he was getting tortured Basil only had Igraine in his mind, once he left this place he planned on getting payback through her. He grinned every time he got hit.

On the other side of things was To-Wei, he did not know what was going on and so could not possibly get himself out of the situation. He endured for himself, Lisa, Lei, and the rest of Peerless. He and Joaquin did not see eye to eye but it was not bad enough for him to try and kill him. His final thoughts during all of this were that he was going to find the person who brought this fate unto him and Joaquin.

Finally was Joaquin, he did not like being looked down upon. But what he hated more was seeing a spineless person do it. The Idol Prince was yet to make a decision that he could call his own, he was constantly being thrown around by Beipan. He trusted Beipan too much just because they were raised together.

Joaquin was raised alongside Ruben so it was not like he did not understand where the Idol Prince's dependency came from. However, there was not a single day in their lives has either Ruben or Joaquin let the other make decisions for them. He was planning on getting back at the Idol Prince to harden his head and deliver a hundredth fold of ass-whooping to Beipan for stabbing a brother in the back.

He already had a plan laid down, it was all going to happen on Friday and he planned on taking down the Idol Prince without touching him.

Ains was taken around by Miss Modred to cash in Joaquin's stones and buy something to prepare for dinner. Miss Modred ate in Ains and Joaquin's room and admired how beautiful it was. As she was trying to leave the place a young lady stopped her at the door.

She had a notepad on her person and was almost the same height as Miss Modred. Her body was more on the mature side but you could tell that she was still a child by just looking at her face.

"My name is Belinda and I am here for a scoop." She said as she shoved the notepad onto Ms Modred's face.

"I'm sorry honey but we don't sell ice cream here."

"Ha ha ha, I can't contain my laughter. Where is the King of rejects?" She said with her eyes trying to scan through the room.

"That's not a nice thing to call a fellow student."

"Were you not there? He got a lot of students killed, their parents are definitely going to cause a commotion, will the school be able to handle it this time?"

"If our school cannot control Joaquin no other place can so they don't have much of a choice in his presence here."

"Is there any particular reason why he is not kicked out of school entirely?"

"You have a brain don't you, use it. Joaquin is akin to a natural disaster that could wipe out this planet." Miss Modred finally stepped aside and left the dorm room, she was not worried about Ains because Ains did not seem smart enough to give valuable information out to anyone. 'That must be why he keeps her around, no matter how fast he tries to run from it, he is just a little innocent boy coming of age.' She thought to herself.

Belinda let herself in and sat across Ains. Ains continued sipping on her milkshake as she stared at the girl. Belinda scanned the room, although it was neat and proper she could tell that a madman lived here.

Everywhere she looked she saw runes and magic theory. Another interesting thing she saw was Joaquin's binary research. It was already suspected, but his research proved that the binary meter was based on the races.

1-6 was destructive, a race of people that normally produce 1-6 was Bhvamivians. Bhvamivians are immune to all heat and fire and in return can manipulate the two better than anyone. They could raise their body temperatures infinitely, this was the very same people who were known as a warrior race. They could also control fire, larva, explosions, and electricity better than anyone.

The ones who could stop Bhvamivians were the Batsididi. They were the complete opposite of the Bhvamivians, they could infinitely drop their body temperatures and the environment around them. Their ice and water manipulation was peerless, to say the least. Depending on whether the person I question mastered water or ice they could fall anywhere on the scale.

Bhvamivians lived up North and the Batsididi lived down South. They never interfered with one another for the most part. The last time they were both in action was when the warmonger tried to attack them, he was injured down at Botsididi and was slaughtered up in Bhvamivia.

At the time people believed that the curse of the bleach will befall the empire, that the emperor who had already lost a son was going to continue to suffer. The curse never did show up.

Next on the list was the Kingdom hidden in the clouds, where the Idol Prince and his fellow came from. They fell on a near-neutral point on the scale with their power to manipulate the airs. Not a lot was known about them since their kingdom was literally floating across the sky.

The next was the Arabang kingdom, their power was dominion over solid, on the scale they were evenly distributed per capita in contrast to all the other kingdoms. This was because the Arabanians were not puritans and took in everybody, they have been seen manipulating metals, rocks, and even soils.

All that remained now were minor kingdoms under the protection of the big four. These minor kingdoms were mostly on one side of the scale and had invaluable abilities like plant manipulation, beast manipulation, and even creating illusions. Bhvamivia being the warmongering nation it was had a lot of them under its control and even eliminated some who posed a threat to their authority.

Unique abilities and their appearance remain a mystery to the general public, currently known wielders of uniques are Beipan, Ruben, and Falcon. Ains just has an infinite amount of energy to spare and the Idol Prince is clever with his winds. Vampire Ren is an actual vampire, and the other teachers are just using improved versions of their native elements. For example, Bhvamivians have energy, fire, smoke, lightning, lava, explosions, and ashes. Batsididi have mist, ice, water, acid, and a lot more other liquids.
