Chapter 39 - Chapter 37

Bonnie

Electric storm releasing its wrath by the grey and dark clouds, they were too similar to my own thoughts in the moment when I felt that enormous impact of that object on the back of my head; in that moment I felt such a heavy pain, suffocating and hard to hold at the same time, however, when unconscious I could find a really peaceful moment, because there was not anybody around to complain about affairs that I wish they weren't up to me anymore, although I wish it with all my heart, I know it won't change, because for some reason I'm awake right now and I'm able to relate these thoughts of mine. Not even a single bird I could hear outside the restaurant, I can't be sure about what time is it, due to the lightless window above my bed, maybe this is because all the destruction that animatronic caused, that worn animatronic that I never thought I was going to see again; I have to admit that this situation was really helpful to take me to that peaceful moment, despite all the effort and stuff that I have made to reach this life where I am. What actually is keeping me awake are all the possibilities that I have this animatronic in the pizzeria to avenge me, perhaps Frog kept him to inspect him or just check it out, but somehow I will be able to get revenge, trying, of course, to not affect my friends, and if it's really necessary, I'm going to do it; I don't know if this is what Freddy would have wanted me to be though: a shy rabbit, revengeful and dumb, I even would have rather to act more reasonable and righteous when dealing with any issues, but I guess that's too much asking for me.

"Good evening."

I heard Frog's soft voice in front of my bed on a chair against the wall.

"Are you ok?" she asked while getting up and walking to my side.

"Frog..." I said hoarsely, "a... Are y... you ok?"

Frog giggled softly.

"Don't worry about me, I saw everything, and I'm really surprised to know that the little Bonnie I knew in MoonLight has changed so much," she was telling while smiling, "I never thought you were going to see that monster again, Bonnie."

"No, neither did me." I put my hand on the back of my head to cease a little bit the pain that I wasn't feeling a few seconds ago, "He did have much strength."

Frog kept silent for a while.

"He... wasn't the one who hit you, you know?"

"He wasn't?" I asked thoughtfully.

"Listen, I know this might seem to be everywhere, and I know for such a hard situation everything looks really confusing to you, even realizing that you're wounded; fortunately is nothing to worry about. The one who hit you was another animatronic."

I half-open eyed and frowned at her.

"Another animatronic?" She nodded.

I closed my eyes and left my head fall harshly onto my pillow again.

"This cannot be right," I complained annoyed.

"Don't worry, Bonnie, we will find a solution to this problem. But for now, you can rest and relax here; I will take care of you guys."

I nodded, and then I stretched my arm to feel the other side of the bed. In the moment I left my arm to fall, I unexpectedly hit Freddy's snout. I breathed really hard as my eyes wide, I also started to blush. This isn't my bed, this is Freddy's!

"Frog, this is not my bed!" I yelled.

"I know, this is Freddy's room," she calmly replied.

"But..." I said nervous.

I couldn't look off of Freddy; I had a big desire to be closer to him. I heard that Frog walked toward me again.

"Hey, Bonnie," she said in a really soft and sweet tone. "I'm sorry I didn't take you to your room; when this happened, I didn't think about an specific place to take you, I thought it would be better that you were here with Freddy so I could take care of both of you at the same time, but... well, before I took you here, Foxy and I had a conversation about this place since he works here, he told me everything, so I can understand all the situations here in the pizzeria, and he told me about you little relationship with your boss."

When Frog finished, I felt my heart beating as fast as a colebrin's wings flutter, and also I felt my cheeks like two expensive tomatoes.

"But don't worry, if you're happy and you know how to handle the situations, the rest of the things don't matter. I want you to know that I will always support you, I will always be your friend no matter what happens."

I started to breath normally again, I actually could feel Frog's words healing quite wounds that changes had made on me.

"Thank you so much, Frog," I said smiling while putting my hand over hers, which was lying on the bed.

"It's ok," she softly said. "Oh, by the way, Chica also told the about the relationship you made up between you and me."

Oh it's true! When I was with Chica in the kitchen, I made up that Frog was my girlfriend. How stupid.

"Oh, that's right," I said closing tightly my eyes.

"Ha, ha, never mind, it's cool. Now I'm going to see Chica, and don't worry about her, she's fine, you both will just have to rest in your rooms. I'll see you later, ok?"

"Alright, thanks," I softly said.

Frog left the room with no more words.

Freddy looks as good as the moment when I saw him in the kitchen, he's got even that delicious smell of his; he doesn't need to use any perfume. His fur is still cleaned and really soft as though he just got a shower. He looks just like every normal day. I don't really know what is up with him, but I'm feeling good by knowing that Frog is taking care of him. Although she's going to come here very often, I will come here myself to see him, I couldn't spend an entire day without seeing you, dear Freddy. I turned on a little clock that was on the drawer next to me, which was 4:00 A. M., this has been one of the longest nights of my life. I just hope that in the not-too-long future, they won't get worse. I turned to Freddy's side, and I stretched my arm to cuddle, or at least to put it over his chest. I felt such a comfortable sensation that was enough for me to sleep.

07:00 A. M.

That night wasn't so hard for me to get some sleep, however, the pain is not gone at all, Frog has given me some medicines to cease it though, which have been really good for me to help to clean up and help Freddy and Chica in whatever they need. Foxy has just asked me to come to the security office to explain me more about what happened, and I saw no problem to go and know more about him; that even could be helpful for a planned revenge than an improvised one. As I arrived from the left hallway, I saw by the window Foxy, standing next to the door and staring at the animatronic, laid down against the door of the right hallway; seeing him there made my fur go spiky.

"Bonnie, you're here," Foxy said by listening to my steps outside the office, "how do you feel, buddy?"

"Much better, thanks."

"I'm sorry I asked you to get up from your bed, though it's not your bed." He nudged gently on my right arm.

"I know," I said blushing and looking around.

"Don't worry, it's not wrong." He looked back at the animatronic, "Anyway, I wanted you to come here to tell you about something Freddy told me once we had small problems in the restaurant."

"Ok."

"But before I tell you, I want you to know that"—he walked next to the animatronic—"this guy you see here, unconscious, is known as Springtrap."

"Alright," I said.

"And I'm gonna tell you about other animatronic, actually the one who slammed you on the back of your head, he's known as Golden Freddy."
