It was 11 am when Care came in Nervous Wrack's room to talk to him like every day. He caught him staring at his scars while he was sitting at his desk. "Hey! Are you okay?", Care asked concerned. Nervous Wrack looked up at him dismissive:" I'm never okay. You should know that... That's why I'm here, right?" Care realised what he said wasn't fitting and tried again:"... I mean... How do you feel today?" Nervous Wrack sighed and looked down at the desk. "I'm not okay. I don't feel... Okay."
Slowly Care came closer trying to comfort him and better the situation but he didn't really know how he could do it. Nervous Wrack would like hugs he guessed. "Could I bring you something? A drink? Food? A book? A stuffed animal? Do you wanna watch a movie?", he asked kindly and worried. Nervous Wrack looked back at him angry and surprised. "A stuffed animal?! What do you think I am?! I'm not a baby!", he yelled at him.
Care realised this was another stupid question. "I'm sorry, maybe you want something else?", he tried. Nervous Wrack crossed his arms and avoided to look at Care. Answering he said quietly:" you know what I want." Care sighed and replied:" I can't let you out. You are a danger to the others. You can't control your powers and you are not okay." "But you also don't train me so I could control my powers!", Nervous Wrack shouted.
Care sighed again and responded:" I can't do that." "Numb can", Nervous Wrack said without looking at Care. "Numb is not strong enough. I don't want you to hurt him", Care explained. Nervous Wrack got angry again, looked at Care and yelled at him:"He is strong enough! You just don't believe in him! You are afraid! You don't want him to help me! You are so egoistic!"
Care was surprised what he said and needed a few seconds to answer. "I'm not egoistic. I'm trying to protect you... and Numb. You can trust me, he is not strong enough to train you and I don't want anyone to get hurt." Nervous Wrack frowned. Then with staring on the ground he said quietly:"then who is strong enough to train me?" "I don't know", Care replied weakly.
