Daehee breathed deeply, trying to catch her breath, something wasn't right here. She felt something off - like their was somebody or something taking this to their advantage.
With no hesitation, she swiftly dashed to the middle of where the war was currently at; everyone fighting for their lives and beliefs encircled her. She glanced up to the ground feeling it shake vigorously, the beings surrounding her lost their balance or tried to keep themselves standing up.
Hwansoo, nearby to the omega also fighting, directed his vision towards Daehee, four council members had emerged from the midst of the battle.
Three of them smirked and used their power to slaughter a gargantuan amount of beings from the battle mercilessly. "WHAT IN THE GODS ARE YOU DOING?" Daehee bellowed outraged from the actions of the council.
"Isn't it quite clear? darling." The fourth one who hadn't moved from his place, Minjae was the name, had responded to the witch facing him. "We're just having fun," he maliciously chuckled as everyone around them began to continue fighting.
"DAEHEE!" A familiar voice called, the witch alarmingly looked in all directions until she found who the voice belonged to, desperate to know as she had a horrendous apprehensive feeling about this.
She glanced to her right and saw a gory view upon her, "DAD-" The witch shouted and attempted to save, unfortunately what happened is something she never wanted to occur. The third council member, Muyeol dropped the now lifeless body to the floor, smirking at the witch watching.
The omega and vampire eyes widened, shocked by what the council had done. Daehee, filled with agony from the hurt within her yet fury and desperate for vengeance, she casted a markedly daedalian incantation that no one could bewitch aside from her.
"STATIM MORIATUR." A spell which could instantaneously slaughter any being to exist, one that no one could succeed in trying aside from her.
The other three council members laughed at the foolish witch, thinking that no one could ever kill them aside from their secret which hadn't been revealed to anybody - or so they thought. Suddenly however, to their surprise, Muyeol's eyes changed to a deep pitch black, his veins popping out clearly with blood cascading down his eyes and nose.
He hollered and screamed impotently for a couple minutes, the three other council members for once terrified on what was happening; Muyeol's body had fallen first to his knees then face flat to the ground - no breathing coming from him, absolutely perished.
A tear descended from the witches eyes, her head turned towards Seunghyun and Hwansoo, making eye contact with the two. Before she could do anything else, she was caught off gaurd - the second council member, Daehyun, suddenly got a hold of her.
About to set herself free with an incantation, Daehee was exceedingly weak because of the spell she had just casted on that on Muyeol. Daehyun taking the opportunity, snapped her neck like a twig instantaneously with no compassion.
He knew if the witch lived she could slaughter the rest of them with that spell; he knew he had to kill her to be able to stop that from happening.
"NO!" Seunghyun and Hwansoo screamed from the sight of their good friend becoming spiritless - the two began to hasten towards Dahee with wrath fulfilling both of them.
Jungsik, the first council member decided to take matters into his own hands and have his fun. He signed Daehyun to back off resulting in him doing so and had a smug expression printed onto his face.
The omega switched into his wolf swiftly and growled at the male in front of him as Hwansoo dashed across into Jungsik - making him fall on one knee.
Seunghyun took this chance to attack the malevolent male, he sped his way onto him and bit into his neck with no compassion. Unexpectedly the wolf felt agony in his chest, he forced himself back into a human and let go of the male.
Simultaneously, Hwansoo charging for another attack on Jungsik though came to a halt when he was right towards him, just like Seunghyun. The two both glanced down to Jungsik's hand, his right and left one clutching into their chests.
"Y-you son of a fucking bitch." Hwansoo cursed coughing up blood and struggling to breathe any longer, Seunghyun's eyes watered at the sight of the vampire and knowing he was going to die.
Jungsik hysterically laughed, using his sharp moonstone nails which was the only thing that could kill an original vampire. He clawed into Hwansoo and Seunghyun's heart and he took his hand out of both their bodies - resulting for them to fall to the ground, laying side by side.
Using his last strength, Seunghyun's head turned towards the male as they both laid on the floor, crimson blood continuously spilling out of one another.
They gazed into each other's eyes and both gave a soft genuine sad smile with tears plummeting down their faces - their hands weakly taking a hold of each other and last breaths being taken.
Hand in hand falling lifeless next to each other as Seunghyun's body faded away into ashes and Hwansoo's once continuous heartbeat ended.
