Ian had already arranged for a car to meet him at the back of the Hotel. Once there, the guard placed Mina in the trunk. He reached out and unzipped a portion of the bag; he did not want the woman to suffocate before they reached the medical district.
Ian entered the hospital first; Luna had already cleared everyone from the back entrance and cleared an entire floor of the hospital in anticipation of her brother's arrival. When he walked in, she could immediately see that something was wrong. He was squinting his eyes and seemed to be confused. Luna ran to him and grabbed him by the shoulders.
When Ian focused on who was in front of him, Ian relaxed. He turned around and walked back out of the hospital. A few seconds later, both Ian and the guard entered the building with a large black bag. Luna could tell there was a person inside of it.
"Is that a body?" Ian looked at Luna and nodded his head.
"She is still alive, but I don't know how much longer she will live." Ian grabbed his head in pain. Luna quickly pointed to the physician's elevator and both Ian and his guard followed her.
They were led into a small room of the hospital with a single bed, where there were three extremely nervous looking doctors waiting for them. They had probably been going about their day when they received notice that someone from the Lee family was calling for them. Ian knew they had no idea what to expect and he could see that no one was brave enough to ask.
After taking a good look at the people in front of him, Ian turned his head in his sister's direction, still confused.
"Why are there three of them?" Luna told him that he had requested her to meet him at a women's hospital, so she arranged for a gynecological expert, as well as a well-known general practitioner and a pathology expert. She told him that she could tell his speech was slurred on the phone and she wanted his blood to be analyzed.
Satisfied with her justification, Ian gestured for his guard to place the bag on the bed. When the bag was unzipped, Luna gasped. The marks on the woman's chest looked painful. She looked at her brother in confusion, but he did not pay attention to her. He gave an order, and the three doctors scurried beside Mina, each one trying not to think too much as they went to work.
Ian grabbed his head again and winced, noticing this Luna asked Ian to leave matters at the hospital to her. When he agreed, she arranged to have her brother transported and seen at a private hospital frequented by their family.
Ian left without question, and Luna stayed by the girl's side. She did not know what happened, but she could tell that her brother blamed himself for whatever it was. Otherwise, he would not have bothered to get the girl treated.
After the woman on the bed was connected to an IV drip. The gynecologist Luna had brought in, started her examination. She looked up at Luna and spoke in a sorry tone.
"This woman... She was... This was... Whatever happened to her, this… this was her first time." Luna raised an eyebrow as if to say she did not understand. The doctor continued, "This young woman had not been with a man before this time, and the person; he was not gentle. She will need sutures." Luna nodded her head in understanding and the doctor turned to finish her examination. Looking at the Doctor, Luna could tell that her body language was abnormal. She had spent years studying human behavior, and she knew when she was being told half-truths.
"What are you not telling me?" Luna asked. The doctor sighed; she was afraid to bring it up. As an OBGYN she had encountered such injuries often, but being as there was no way around it, she spoke freely.
"These injuries are consistent with…" The woman did not dare finish her sentence because she knew Luna would understand and she quickly changed to her next concern. "There is a lot of…" the doctor breathed deeply, "there is a lot of DNA left behind. If it was one person, it was more than once. This woman should be given a contraceptive." Luna understood what the doctor was saying, but she also did not want to speculate.
"Take a sample of the DNA and give it to me. We will handle this matter within the Lee family. Whatever you are thinking, do not; it is not that." The doctor nodded and began collecting the samples. She handed the samples to Luna and prepared to stitch the injuries.
When the doctor was done, she sprayed the area with a form of antibacterial, and gave Luna a prescription for a topical ointment that could help prevent infection. Before the doctor left the room, Luna not so gently reminded her what would happen if she told anyone about the events of the day. The doctor froze in her tracks, and in the end she did not speak. She did not know what to think, all she knew was that she was happy she was no longer involved.

After a few hours, Mina's eyes began to open. She felt an intense burning sensation between her legs and when she went to grab at the area, a hand stopped her. She looked at the person and saw a beautiful woman gazing down at her.
The woman's face was neither long nor round, her eyes were calm and matched her deep brown almost black hair. Her lips were full, and Mina could imagine that the woman had many men chasing after her. The woman's face was friendly, and she spoke softly.
"You just had a procedure done, so don't touch it. Okay?" The woman smiled warmly after speaking. Mina could not talk, her throat was too dry, but her headache was gradually subsiding, likely due to the fluids she was being given through intravenous drip. Mina made the shape of a cup with her hand and put it to her lips in a drinking motion. "Do you need water?" She nodded her head, and the small motion sent a wave of pain through her body, but it only lasted long enough for her to be handed an already full glass of liquid.
