13th September 2025, 0100 Hours. Libya. Africa Command Center of the Halifax Security and Defense Contractor. Guard post.
The Toga guy was opening the scroll right in front of Dimitri. No introduction, no warning, no shit, just saying what was written on that scroll loudly in front of Dimitri. Dimitri just listened to him.
"By the order of Brigantine empire, we request access for searching a runaway slave. Any disobedience with this order will result in immediate hostile action from the Brigantine empire," Dimitri just smiled at that statement. Who did he think he is?
That Toga guy gave them a sketch of a somewhat little girl with furry ears. Without any doubt, it was Lise. Dimitri just nodded and nodded calmly as he heard everything that the toga guy had to say.
"Will you give the Brigantine the passage? Peasants," The toga guy said.
"Haha, I will gladly say go fuck yourself. We don't have any person that resembles this person and neither we give random access to the base for a random person in a ridiculous toga," Dimitri said.
Lawrence just smirked, he knew that it would end into this. Though, he was still afraid that Dimitri's action would result in the Americans ambushing them from multiple directions since Lawrence still believed that he was on the earth and not on somewhere else.
The toga person understood that any negotiation was impossible and he left the base. Lawrence just scratched his head. Now he had more tasks to do, defending the base from an assault from the Brigantine empire.
"General, hand me the rugged laptop. I need to give orders," Dimitri gave Lawrence a tactical laptop.
He opened the tactical laptop and started giving out orders from his headphone. He needed to set up a proper defense on the perimeter of that base.
He hit the frequency that directed directly to the command center. From there, he could give an order anywhere.
That African command center was actually a joint base between the Air Force and the Army. It was the house of an armor division, a bomber division, and six fighter division. As far as attack capabilities went, that base was the main air force base for Libya region and the surroundings.
Lawrence checked the comlink, "Can the command center hear me?"
"Yes sir, we can hear you."
"We're under potential attack from an ally of the United States called Brigantine empire. I want all planes on the air and all tanks on combat position."
"Copy that sir."
Immediately the motorway in that AFB was filled with the soldiers who were preparing near their armored vehicles. More blips started appearing on his tactical terminal. They were the blips of the units that were scattered across the base.
Fighter jets started to scramble, most of them were multirole aircraft except for six wings, the six other wings used Su-57, F-22, and A-10. The jets were taking off from the runway one by one. The afterburners of the jet lit the dark night sky.
"Sir, we have more reconnaissance pictures from the SR-72s. It looks like there was a large amount of force gathered on the north, south, east and west sides of the base."
"Get the bomber wings ready. We don't have all night before the US destroy US to smithereens. We can't fight the most powerful military in the world," Lawrence ordered that command center. As he talked, the bombers, B-1 Lancers and Tu-160s were taking off from the runway. They were loaded with cruise missiles and bombs.
Planes icons and tanks icons started appearing on the tactical maps. It showed him all of the units that were scattered on Libyan Ground and Air. Lawrence started giving out others.
"All the four squadrons of the bombers should disperse, on north, west, east, and south in particular. They should be accompanied by one wing at the very least," Lawrence looked at the tactical terminal and the planes on the sky started dispersing to those directions.
"Copy that, sir."
The tanks and armored vehicles got out of the base one by one at their full speed. They were rushing to defend their base from the US military although they knew that they would die if they faced the US military.
'Let's just pray that the US military has mercy on us,' Lawrence looked at the jets that were flying on top of his head, circling around the base. Dimitri was waiting for him in his car.
"General, it will be better if we enter the command center," Lawrence jumped to Dimitri's car with the laptop on his hands. Dimitri immediately pressed the gas pedal as hard as he could as they headed for the command center.

13th September 2025, 0140 Hours. Libya. 5th Bomber Division, 6th Bomber wings, 112th Bomber Squadron "Snusnu". Snusnu 2.
Major Awotwi Anenih, the flight commander of the Tu-160 "Blackjack". She was an African pilot that joined the HSDC back in 2010, she had been using that bomber for straight 10 years. Now, she was on a mission with the other 20+ bombers and 60+ fighter jets to bombard the north cluster of enemies.
It might sound like overkill, but they were facing the United States military. As you know, the United States military was the strongest military in the world, period. Even with that kind of escort, they doubt that they could accomplish their mission.
Jackals 1: "6th Bomber Wings, I hope we can get along. This is flight lead, Jackals 1. To all escort, initiate SEAD mission."
Some of the jets that were escorting the bombers overtook the bombers and went first to the enemy encampment.
Snusnu 1: "To all Snusnu flights. Release the cruise missiles!"
Awotwi pressed a button on that Tu-160 and the bomb bay of the plane was opened. Each bomber whether it was a B-1 or a Tu-160 was dropping one cruise missiles in the northern direction. The target was marked first by the fighter jets that had overtaken them first.
Around more than 20+ cruise missiles were fired from the bombers. Cruise missiles were a type of missile that had a very large warhead and capable of destroying a large area with a single hit. 20 of them were more than enough to kill a battalion, but the united states could counter it with their CIWS so a saturation attack was necessary.
Jackal 1: "To all planes that were doing SEAD mission. HARM missiles don't find any radar source. What kind of witchcraft is this?"
Filum 1: "Be advised. The AA has turned off their radar. I repeat, their radars aren't online."
Snusnu 1: "Affirmative."
From the TV screen of the Tu-160, they could see the target thanks to the targeting pods that were placed on the bottom of the fighter jets. Weirdly enough, the target didn't resemble any modern kind of military base.
The enemies used tents and all they had as a defensive weapon were bows and arrows and catapult. It was a weird view for Major Awotwi. Still, she continued to focus on her bombing mission.
Hercules 1: "This is air superiority squadron, Hercules. We don't detect any sign of enemies on our radar. Could it be that the United States has a more sophisticated stealth jet?"
All of the pilots in every single combat aircraft agreed with Hercules 2 statement since they were fighting the strongest military in the world at the time.
Jackal 1: "Hercules 1, stay vigilant, open your eyes for any missiles or jets."
Hercules 1: "Solid copy Jackal 1."
Awotwi turned her bomber around and started initiating the regular procedure for carpet bombing with a Tu-160. She and her copilot opened the bomb bays.
Snusnu 1: "Snusnu 2, initiating carpet bombing, follow me from behind."
Awotwi flew high as the bombs were falling down from the bomb bay of her aircraft. One by one, the bombs hit the ground and exploded on contact. The explosion was so big that it lit that dark desert night.
"Target splashed major. Move to another entry point for carpet bombing," The WSO of that bomber said and Awotwi turned the rudder of the plane to move to another entry point for carpet bombing.
She made sure that she was in a straight line for the bombing and released the Tu-160 payload. The WSO managed the dropping of the bombs.
"Target splashed, one down six more to go," The WSO said as the bomber destroyed one of the most obvious looking tents in that enemy encampments.
The bombs continued dropping from the sky. That 500kg bombs destroyed everything that it touches whether it was a tent of a tall structure that resembled a guard tower.
"Targets Splashed. Three more to go, Ma'am."
"Two more."
"One more."
"All targets are destroyed. Good job ma'am," The WSO said as they successfully destroyed the enemy encampment to ruins.
Snusnu 1: "All targets are confirmed to be destroyed. Good job. Confirming authorization for returning to base."
The bombers flew back to the base as they had done their job. The fighters were still in the air because they had to support the infantry for the cleaning up. Only the Su-57, F-15, and Su-35 that were allowed to go to the base. The Su-34 and A-10 must stay there.
