"That would be 700 coppers."
After paying for the sword with a silver coin, and also getting the change, they all went out and bought some things to eat while walking around.
While they were walking around the center of the city, they decided to ask each other what to do. Shuya was the first to answer
"I think we should spend our money on some food. You know, we should have some fun after all the fighting we did." he said with a smile while eating the food he was holding.
"Yeah, i had some desserts that i really wanted to eat too." added Rai.
"Now now kids. You should save up your money for the future. You never know when you will suddenly lose your strength to fight and lose your way of earning money." said Godo.
After they heard Godo say that, they became a bit sad but then Godo continued,
"But your still young so let's spend these coins!"
After they heard the last part they put on a big smile and started to run around the streets to the stores they wanted to go.
Just as they said, they decided to go to some expensive restaurants, some dessert stores and also the 'official' store where they sold potions brewed by 'officially' recognised people.
Basically all they did was eat. After all the eating they did they went to the previously mentioned potion store. Unlike the people who were selling potions out in the street, this store had an extremely wide variety of potions meant for different and specific events.
They still had 1 gold coin, 740 silver coins and a few copper coins left, not including the coins Folaei originally had before they got their paycheck.
Without thinking about it, they went in and looked around. What they quickly realized was that there was an extremely wide range of cost for the wide range of potions, unlike the ones outside.
After a few minutes, Folaei decided to buy some healing potions. She chose different kinds of healing potions ranging from the ones that can heal minor injuries to the ones that can heal a large cut or something to that extent.
Godo decided to inspect two of the potions that Folaei bought.
________________________________________
Name: Healing Potion
Type: Instant
Tier: C-Tier (Magical++)
Effects: Healing a cut or injury. (Medium)
Side Effects: None
________________________________________
After he Inspected this, he wondered why a potion was quite expensive then its other counterpart. So he Inspect it too.
________________________________________
Name: Healing Potion
Type: Extended (Short)
Tier: D-Tier (Magical)
Effects: Healing a cut or injury for a period of time. (Low)
Side Effect: None
________________________________________
He noticed the Extended (Short) and the long sentence formed in the Effects section. He concluded that this maybe the reason why this particular potion was more expensive than its other 'counterparts'.
So shrugging this matter off, they went out after Folaei gave the money.
"So what should we do now? There is still a few more hours before dinner. Should we take some easy gathering mission after all?" asked Folaei.
"What could go wrong? Let's go and take some easy missions then we can go back." said Shuya in an enthusiastic manner. He was quite happy after the fun they had.
So after agreeing to this they all went to the guild and took a Class F gathering mission. The mission was to gather some wildflowers and herbs.
After walking out the city gate they decided to split up into two and look around the outskirts of the Izhia Forest.
The Izhia Forest is stretched through out the human kingdom so it can be accessed from various parts of the kingdom. Just so you know.
Godo and Shuya were able to find quite a few so they searched for even more. Whereas Rai and Folaei were finding only a few wildflowers and around 4 herbs.
After searching around for a few minutes, Godo and Shuya saw something strange from the outskirts of the forest to somewhere not too deep inside the forest. It was some kind of light,
"Hey Shuya, do you see what I'm seeing? What do you think that white light could be?" Godo questioned Shuya.
"I don't know gramps. Should we go and take a look? It's not that far deep in the forest anyway."
So they went in to see what it was. When they approached the blinding light, they saw something small in the middle of it. It had a human figure, and it seemed it was this 'thing' that was emitting the light.
"Gramps. I think that's a spirit. I heard they rarely venture out into the mainland, we are really lucky to be able to meet a spirit." said Shuya while smiling.
After hearing what Shuya said, Godo wondered why a spirit would emit this kind of light in a place where there are monsters.
"Should we call out to it? It seems like its asleep or something." questioned Godo.
After agreeing to it, they called out to the spirit, after a few more moments of calling out its name, the light started to get dimmer and dimmer until it completely disappeared. Then the spirit opened its eyes.
"Oh where am i? Have i really ventured out into the world!" it spoke.
While the spirit was getting excited about it, Shuya asked suddenly,
"Excuse me? Are you a spirit? Whats your name."
After hearing the voice of a boy, it turned around and saw two people standing in the bushes.
"Oh humans! So i am in the Exolight Kingdom. Yeah, i am a normal spirit. My name is Nene." said the small spirit.
"I came out from our island because i wanted to discover and venture out." it continued.
'Isn't it bad to say out everything to people you have just met after waking up? Or are the books collected in the 'Realm of Knowledge' lying.' Godo thought silently.
