After getting accepted to do their own missions, they went back to the Izhia Forest. Rai had to beat 5 slimes, Shuya had to beat 10, Folaei had to beat 20 and Godo had to beat 5 slimeas, you clearly know the power hierarchy now. Anyway, going back to the forest took them 10 minutes, when they got there, they quickly searched for slimes.
Although Godo could use 'Pin Point Locator' to find their prey, he wanted to do it manually with the others, they searched around the outskirts of the forest and found more slimes then they had to, but they only found 2 slimeas. After the other 3 finished collecting their Inner Cores, Godo decided he had to go further in. He tried to went in further by himself but he of course was stopped by Shuya.
"Gramps, even though you are really strong, there may be some people who would try to steal and beat you." said Shuya
"Is that so? Well i can't say anything if you are that worried about me but, umm. Oh i know, here i will give you this magic tool. If i ever need to ask for help i will press this other magic tool and that one will start to shine. Are you okay with that?"
"Well if you say so. But remember to press it if you are in trouble."
After finishing their little talk, the three went back to submit their mission.
"Huff, now that that's out of the way, let's go."
He then proceeded to appear in the deeper parts of the forest. Then he activated 'Pin Point Locator' to search for the slimeas. Few metres away he found 7 slimeas, more than he needed. Ignoring their numbers, he ran towards and tried the attack skill he had, 'Five Step Assault: 10 Split Attack'. After five steps of activating this skill, he disappeared. The slimeas were confused, but then he suddenly appeared behind them, they tried to swallow him together but all of them were turned to shreds.
"This skill is good, i should probably use it more often so that i could evolve and upgrade it further."
After thinking that he picked up their inner cores one by one and started to go back to the guild. 10 minutes later, he was already submitting his mission completion requirements, basically mission items. Shuya, Rai and Folaei were still at the guild eating so he joined them. He now had his own money, specifically 370 copper coins. He then ate together with the three of them and had a fun afternoon, for the rest of the day, they just wasted away at the guild.
Now it was night, they went back to the inn they spent the night in and decided to book 2 rooms for another 3 days. After getting things done, they went back to their rooms to sleep. Of course Godo didn't sleep but instead rested with his eyes closed, not sleeping. It was a really long night so he decided to went to the backyard and test some new skills he made. 'Magic Unification' and 'Magic Enhancing' and 'Physical Amplification'.
