"Claire Collins, 25 five years old current CEO of Flinn Corporation. Rumors of her having slept her way to the top are still in circulation even though its been a year and a half since she was promoted. She set into motion the downfall of George Flinn and has made no major moves in the business world as of yet. But even so, those who have dealt with her personally have nicknamed her the She Devil due to her way of conducting business. Apparently she has a very strict and intimidating way of working." Jacob stopped talking and had a frustrated expression on his face.
After a moment of silence Aiden was surprised as he understood that his personal assistant didn't simply stop speaking, but he had evidently finished his briefing on Claire.
"Don't tell me that's all you could find." Raising an eyebrow, Aiden was even more intrigued by the so called She Devil. He knew that Jacob would not leave a stone unturned when it came to gathering intel. He was very good at it and for him to be stumped by her meant she was much more than what people thought of her.
"I don't know how to explain it sir. I searched through the internet and the dark web yet couldn't even find a decent picture of her. Both the news channels and paparazzi also seem to have failed in getting a clear shot of her silhouette let alone her face. I even tried to hack into Flinn Corporation's employee data base and couldn't. It's firewalls and coding had me up all night but in the end I was forced to stop before gaining access to avoid raising any suspicion from their part. Everybody she's worked with was made to sign non-disclosure agreements with heavy compensation fees to pay if they ever breached them, making it imposible to get information out of them. And forget about social media, she doesn't even have a damn digital footprint for me to track! On top of that she hasn't had a formal debut so there's practically nothing about her that I could get my hands on." Jacob was pissed about not being able to find anything on the woman. But more than irritated and mad he was impressed. He hadn't felt so challenged in a long time. "I'm telling you boss this chick is something else."
"Interesting." Aiden was now smiling. It was a smile that reached his cold eyes which shocked Jacob. Jacob hadn't seen that kind of glint in his friends eyes in a very long time. He shivered a bit due to how unexpected and intense it felt. "What projects has she been investing company resources in?" He asked as he crossed his legs and propped his chin on his closed fist.
"Flinn Corporation has been mostly working in the restaurant and hotel sector besides having other small investments. But lately it's been branching into private schooling and housing systems." Jacob then tapped on his tablet to show a few images of the company's project sites.
"Private schooling? Now that's different." Aiden was getting excited now. After such a long time he had finally found a person he couldn't crack open by just a glance. How could a person in such a high standing position still manage to be this invisible?
"Let's see if the little devil can hide from me then." He mumbled to himself as he chuckled lowly. "Offer a meeting to our mysterious She Devil. Let her pick when, but have her come to my office. Cancel anything and everything on my schedule accordingly."
"Yes sir. Sorry for my incompetence. Anything else before I leave?" Jacob lowered his head a bit as if to apologize for not being able to find more information.
"Yes. Cut the crap with that bowing nonsense. If I have to repeat myself one more time you're going without pay for a month. Why did you even start doing that anyway?" Aiden knew Jacob would occasionally pick up stupid tendencies once in a while and most of them would make him want to slap him for how stupid and irritating they were.
"I don't know what you mean boss. I simply acknowledge you as my most revered leader." Jacob smirked and winked at him as he picked up the empty coffee cup and started to head out of the office before Aiden could respond.
"Cheeky bastard." As Aiden mumbled to himself he started to work on his computer, stopping from time to time to smirk thinking about how fun things were starting to get.

At Flinn Corporation.
The clock ticked in Claire's office as she signed the documents in her hands. She was sitting in the far end of the room while working on her all white wooden desk. It was very organized and neat.
The office itself was also the same. Everything was put away in it's place and it smelled of lavender. The furniture inside it was all white and contrasted nicely with all of the lavender colored decorations. From the art pieces on the wall to the decorative cushions on the sofa, the color lavender was the only one you could see. Even the sheer curtains that hanged on each side of the two ceiling to floor windows on either side behind her were lavender. Mixing in the plants that were strategically-placed throughout the layout of the space, the office emitted a very calming sensation without losing it's professional aesthetic.
Claire had started late due to being held back at the villa. And although she was physically in her office, her mind was having trouble not wandering off to the little person that was still recovering. As she continued to be submerged in her thoughts there was a knock on the door. "Come in."
Anna closed the door behind her as she hurried up to the desk.
"Boss, you have received an invitation to a meeting." Usually Anna would immediately deny such invitations on Claire's behalf or accepted it strictly after the other party agreed to their non-disclosure agreements. But this time it was a situation that called for her boss's attention.
Having her secretary mention such a request meant that extraordinary circumstances were in place. She then lifted her gaze that had not once left the documents she was reading to look at her.
"Who is it?" Claire asked.
"It's Villan Enterprises CEO." Anna knew what this meant for her boss.
"Shit." Claire let go of the documents and pen in her hand as she settled back into her chair while brushed her hair back with her hand.
'This isn't good. It's still not time. Why is it that everybody keeps messing with my plans?' She thought to herself as her brows knitted together in a frustrated gesture.
"When does he want to meet?" She looked at Anna while she tapped on her tablet.
"The date and time are for you to decide but the place has been set to be at their main offices. Although they didn't state what the meeting is in reference to." Anna explained as she re-read the email she had received regarding the meeting.
"Well how generous of them." Claire said sarcastically as she chuckled. They don't even have to give a reason. That's how sure they are of being undeniable.
Villan Enterprise was too big for her to refuse. Finn Corporation was one of the big three while Villan Enterprise was in a league of it's own. They were too high up in the food chain to even be ranked. If her goal was to lay low, she had to accept. Refusing such an opportunity would call for too much unwanted attention in and out of the business community. She couldn't take that kind of risk.
"Clear my schedule for tomorrow morning. Let them know." Claire instructed Anna.
"Yes boss." Anna started typing into her tablet as she made her way out of the office.
'Crap. Please don't let this be another set back.' Claire thought as she took a deep breath and sighed while going back to work.
