God I am nervous... Highschool, I am going to highschool. I barely know anyone, I have my best friend, Dani, and my boyfriend, John. And my brother who's a senior. But I wouldn't hang out with him. And John is going to another school. God I need more friends.
My brother and I pull up to the school and I am surprised by the size. There is a main building with 3 stories, that is where all of the Science, Math and English classes are, along with most of the Language classes. All of the lockers are housed there too. Next to the lockers is the main office and the commons. there are a few classrooms to the right of the commons where the gym is located. The music and theatre department are connected to the main building as well. There is also a building not connected to the main one, which is the art department, which has a smaller parking lot next to it, disconnected from the main parking lot. Lastly there is a small, two story building close to the main parking lot, that has the AP psychology class and the Spanish 100 class along with offices and meeting rooms for teachers and other people who work for the school.
It is all so overwhelming. But luckily Dani is waiting for me when I walk in. We go to the office and get our forms so we know what classes we have, and compare. Dani and I have 5th period Biology together. The bell rings and I hug her and head off to the art department, for my first class, photography.
I open the door, I look around seeing one other freshman. I am terrified. I glance around the room, seeing mostly seniors, and possibly a few juniors and sophomores. A guy catches my eye as I glanced around the room, he seemed to be a senior, he had black curly hair with blonde highlights in his hair. He was wearing very bright clothes with matching shoes and had a pair of FX goggles around his neck lying on his button up shirt. He had a big smile and I could hear him talking from across the room. I need to talk to him.
