I look around the glass room as I try to move, but realize, I'm stuck. "Dammit, I need to break out of this." I think as I pull my arms upward, the metal snapping like paper.
"That was a lot easier than the last times. Maybe because I'm not drowsy this time." I assume as I use my arms to pull off the metal until my upper body is free.
I look down at my moon white skin as I pull out my head from the metal casing, thinking I would never see it again. I yawn as I stiffly move my limbs, after all, not moving for a few hundred years can do that to you. I look down at my legs which are still encased in the metal as I tear off the casing on them and hop out. I immediately begin stretching as I look around the room, the 2 biggest eye catching items the coin and the melted glass along with the broken door.
Wait a minute.....broken door?! I do a double take as my crimson pupils look over the door again with wide eyes as I look at the door. "That thing could take all of our attacks yet it refused to even budge, what being was able to do that?!"
I stop stretching as I look over at the my wives, still incased in the metal. I stop smiling which I have been thanks to finally being free as I look at them. "I'm sorry, I promised to protect you all during the Divine War. But I failed you." I say as I remember my brothers and sisters, their Divine forms fighting to the death.
"But don't worry brothers and sisters, I will do as I promised you all, I will destroy every last one of these kingdoms." I say as I look over at the massive coin. "But I need to find a power strong enough to help me with this feat, and I think I found it." I look over the coin as I read it over.
"Whoever you are Shadow Emperor, I will find you for 2 reasons. I want to thank you personally for saving me, and I want to request your help to cleanse this world of this filth who discriminated my brother and me because we weren't original Divine Beasts. This is the request of the 8th Divine Beast, Rolen."
I look over at my wives who are still encased as I feel an urge try to take over me. "No, keep your dignity body. I know it's at least been 300 years, but now is not the time for fun."
I walk over to my first wife as I grab the piece of metal around her jaw before tearing the metal off, the sound of it's brittle outside snapping to pieces. Inside is a women with red hair and a voluptuous body. "Ruby, it's time to wake up." I say as I gently shake her, ignoring my instincts.
Her eyes open wide as she bolts upward, or at least tries to. She freezes as the metal around her arms restricts her movement, her scarlet eyes bolting around the room.
"Where are we? What happened?" She asks as she looks around the glass room, her voice full of fire.
I pat her head as I smile, "Calm down Ruby, let me get you out of that casing first."
Before I can do anything, she takes a deep breath and murmurs something at a speed so fast it is just a blur as the metal around her body begins to warp. I continue to smile as I drop down and lay flat on the ground, knowing what is about to happen.
Moments later, a massive boom can be heard as fire and metal explodes everywhere. Ruby turns and stands up from the remains of the metal casing as she looks down at me. I stand up and gaze at her for a moment before kissing her tender red lips. She doesn't react as she closes her eyes. She puts her arm around my neck as she seems to savor the kiss.
After about a minute, she lets go as she looks at the singed black sleeves of the suit she is wearing. "So where are we? What happened?" She asks as she looks me up and down. I look over at the coin, the midnight surface with wisps of black floating off of it.
"We were saved by something that calls himself the Shadow Emperor. He was even able to break the door I could never even scratch so we should seek him out. Let's wake up the other girls first though as I should explain where we are currently from my memory. Before we leave anyway."
She nods as I walk over to the other metal molds and rip the material off, one by one until all 4 women are completely clean of their metallic casing.
All of a sudden, one of them sky rockets upward as she covers her tan skin in a liquid before it suddenly hardens, turning into amber. She immediately holds her fists up as she looks around the room, seemingly ready to fight. I laugh as I walk towards her with open arms, "Morning Amber." Her round tense face suddenly relaxes as she flexes her hands, the Amber shattering. She looks down at the ground as she stands up before running towards me and jumping into my arms.
She wraps her legs around my waist as she squeezes me tight, like a koala. I smile brightly as I hug her back, her brown eyes looking up at me. I rub her shoulder length brown hair, ruffling her hair as a smile and a few tears appearing on her face.
I rub her tears away as I apologize, "I'm sorry I couldn't protect you all, it was my fault."
She shakes her head, "Don't talk about that, I don't want to remember that." I nod and hold her silently when I suddenly see a movement to my left. A girl with purple hair slowly raises herself from the remains of her mold, her smooth curves working perfectly her calm face. She looks around before looking over at me and also getting up, walking over and joining in the hug as well as she murmurs, "I missed you."
I take one of my hands and rub her head as I speak, "Good morning Amethyst."
I see two sets of green hair rise up as they look over at Ruby who is standing beside them, "Morning you two, it's time to get up."
They take a moment and look at eachother, their looks almost identical, the difference being one of the girls has lighter skin and hair. I watch them wake up, as my happy attitude increases once again, "Morning Jade and Emerald."
They look over towards me as both of their eyes go wide, Emerald looks away from me as if she is angry while Jade doesn't care to show her feelings as she jumps across the room, joining the hug with a soft thud as her large chest rests against my back.
I rub Jade's head as she begins to bawl, "I...I thought we were dead. You promised....you promised...."
A sadness overcomes me as I comfort her, "I know I did, but I won't break that promise this time." After a few more moments, she finally gets herself together and I am able to pry Amber off, I walk over to Emerald as I crouch down my large figure so I can be eye level with her.
"Are you going to ignore me? Are you mad at me?" She says nothing as she glares at me before turning back around. I sigh as I rub her head, she glances up at me for a moment before looking away again.
I go to move my hand away when she grabs it and ferociously pulls me in, kissing me unexpectedly. But I calm myself as I rub her head, stroking her soft, dark green hair. After a few seconds she lets go as she stands up, I look down at her as I ask, "Are you better now?"
She says nothing as she nods, causing me to remember when we first met. She never was much of a talker unless she needed to.
I turn around as I walk towards the melted glass when I hear a crunch beneath my feet. I look down to see two footprints inside the shattered glass as spiderwebs of cracks spread from it.
"So this was his doing? He must be powerful to do such damage." I turn back around as I look at my 5 wives.
I put on a serious face as the mood changes. "We aren't in the same world, it's definitely changed from my last memories of it. We need to keep that in mind when we reach the surface. If I am right, this used to be the Restard Kingdom.....I don't know what we will find, but stay together. We will be looking for a being going by that title." I say as I point to the coin.
Amber speaks up, "Alright, but what I am the most confused about is we all should be asleep right now, what happened to the gas?"
The others nod when Amethyst answers, "The gas pipe is blocked by some type of machine, do you hear the whirring?"
Everyone falls silent as they listen, and I nod, "Nice hearing. We probably shouldn't touch it then."
I hear Ruby by the side, "Anyway, let's get going, I want to see what has changed in the world!" She bolts towards the melted window and jumps through it, looking at the broken door with a smile.
I sigh as I walk towards the window and hop through it, the others following. 'Let's see how much the world has changed.'
