[Johan's POV]
"You look happy," Russell pointed out.
"Am I?" Johan threw him a glance as they marched side by side on the sidewalk along with other people who's about to go home after a night of fun in the carnival.
Now that Russell pointed it out, he caught the slight strain on his face from the permanent smile he's sporting. It grew even wider when Raymond's parting embrace resurfaced in his memory. He felt so accepted. All his worries vanished after his talk with his best friend, who promised things wouldn't change between them.
Johan took a calming deep breath and sighed in relief, looking at the stars. "I guess, I am."
"Did you win a jackpot or something?"
"Hmm... No. I won in the color game, though. I bet a hundred in the color red and tripled my money! Then I rode the Ferris wheel."
"Oh~?" Russell's lips curled upward, amused. "Looks like you enjoyed yourself tonight."
