Well this here is a story that could happen to anyone and I mean anyone, with all of the warfare going on right now and experiments going on to get the deadliest weapon to wipe out opposing forces you never know what could happen in today's standards. Even if our government "wouldn't let that happen" any other country around the world may be working on deadly chemicals or mind changing toxins that could kill us all and even though they may be hundreds of feet underground there is always a chance that a containment center could have a malfunction or breakdown of sorts and escape to us the unsuspecting people.
