Aya's POV
Separating quickly, we both ran to the encampment of the lycans. When we informed Huang of the fact that Jin and Lord Kai was still alive, his face wrinkled up with disgust. "Damn vampires!" He yelled, then looked at me apologetically. "No offense meant, Aya."
I nodded at him and smiled sweetly, "None taken.. You damn lycan." I answered with a bright smile. Huang grinned at this and winked at me. Then the alphas got down to business.
Guards were doubled around the encampment, and the compound. This time, Lok wanted guards on me, and so did Huang. Four guards to go wherever I went, at all times. This was insane.
To escape the four guards that had followed me back to my hut, I escaped into my mind. The more I used the omnipresence, the more I understood how it worked. But for all the good it did me to use it, the more that it began to hurt me too.
