A week has passed since I saw Lord Kai rising from his grave with Enikil. Staying ever close in my mind, I step into that place where time seems to stand still, and all can go invisible. The absence of substance.
Lord Kai is just emerging from his hut, as usual dressed all in black. Except today there is a golden aura surrounding him.
Oh Gods! Enikil told me about this. But how in the hell did Lord Kai get the power to go invisible! Swiftly, I lowered myself and then came back to the place I know as home.
Gasping for air, in a rising tide of anxiety, I ran outside my hut and took off for the temple. I needed some answers.
