Mako's POV
Once my mind clears I unwrap the ancient oilcloth and gently set the two special swords in front of the two high candles, leaving a big empty space.
Looking up I see poor Aya fighting to keep control of herself. She looks so lost, almost broken over the loss of Master Liu. Thank the Gods, literally, that Enikil showed up and distracted Lord Kai. What am I saying, Aya would have killed him anyway..
Then suddenly with a flash of light, the entire room is clean of the blood that splattered the walls, and so is the clothing of Enikil and Aya. No bodies, no gore. I know Aya will want Master Liu's body back, though. They move toward me now. "It is time, old man." Enikil says sternly.
