ROSE
I woke up and shivered due to the cold temperature and bumped straight into Iris, thankfully she didn't shout. I clenched my arms as my hands started to freeze, thankfully there was no window in the cell.
"Where are the others?" I asked Iris.
"They took Bryce again, wait someone is coming" she whispered.
The lights were turned on before we could find out how many men were out there, the door opened and those two angry birds emerged from the door holding a boy not much younger than Bennett. As he tried to lose their grip, he got kicked in his stomach and they threw him inside. He cursed loud and got up from the floor while walking towards us both. His eyes were deep blue and hair was brown with slight golden strands. He was muscular a little bit less than Connor and Bennett with fair complexion and a perfect jawline.
"Little girl you'll be next after we bring Bryce back to the cell, the doctor requested your presence next" one of the guards informed and closed the door with bang.
As they left I found Bennett staring at me with emotionless face and hair giving a view of a bird's nest.
"And who might you be?" Iris asked while looking at the boy who was now sitting beside the door.
"Definitely not a hero to save you all, I'm already trying to figure out why they kidnapped me, don't have to answer your useless questions" he said in frustration.
"Very rude, though you might end up spending your last days here with us all, so I suggest it's better to introduce and get to know each other, we all might help your escaping plan" she taunted.
"Geez ... so irritating, my name is Aiden, and why can't I use my senses here?" he asked, he keep on sneaking glance at me.
"Good question, these cellars are sound proof or maybe they used silver in the walls to weaken us" she replied.
"Damn it" he punched the floor.
"So how did you end up here little girl and who are you guys?" he asked.
"Well this kid here is Rose, I'm Iris, over there is my eldest brother Bennett and in the other one is Connor, and now one left my second elder brother. Bryce who's again in the research room" she replied.
They turned off the lights again resulting in Bennett and Aiden cursing out loud which made me laugh inside. I relaxed as Iris sat beside me.
"Are you and Aiden related, his scent is somewhat similar as yours?" she asked.
"No" I replied.
"Well girls, what might you both be discussing?" Connor asked out of nowhere, making me jump.
" you startled me" I said while staring into the darkness.
"Sorry kid, didn't mean to startle you, I heard they might be taking you next" he said.
"Yes, I have no idea what they'll do with me?" I whispered.
"Don't worry you won't feel a thing, they'll sedate you first you will wake up here in the end" he replied.
"What they kidnapped us all for experiments, God have mercy on me" Aiden shouted and continued to curse.
"Yes, that's the whole story bruh" Connor replied and they both started discussion like they are old friends.
"I think they'll end up being best friends of each other," Iris laughed.
"Yeah definitely" I replied.
All of the doors opened with bang and two muscular men threw inside a tall guy, whom I guess was Bryce. Only a few rays of light coming from outside made the guards visible. One of them walked towards me making me shiver,
"Now your turn little bitch, and I'm warning you...do not struggle" he grabbed my arm harshly which made me scream in pain.
"Oh you really got some nerves, here comes the little she wolf, oh wait whose wolf still hasn't shown up" he grabbed my hair.
"Get the hell away from me human dog" I bit his fingers and he shouted in pain.
Suddenly Connor was at the top of him, punching him non stop, but in a few seconds he was down when the other guard injected him with some drugs.
"Can't kill this filthy mutt he's useful , get the girl" he shouted while throwing the syringe outside.
"Don't you dare touch her son of a bitch, get behind me" all of the sudden Aiden covered me and I looked at him in utter shock,why would he do something like this for me, Bennett stood in front of me which made me stare at him in disbelief,he wasn't bad I guess, Iris tugged me with her.
I couldn't process why Aiden was protecting me all of the sudden, and Bennett was also shielding me maybe Iris said something to him or God knows what changed his mind. All I could hear was fighting and shouting till the lights turned on and Bennett, Bryce, Aiden and Iris fighting those guards.
I tried to hide myself in a corner, as more guards came in and shot tranquilizers and they all fell down like dead.
"Let's get her out of here, bitch I see you've made some new friends, now we know your weakness" one of the guard spat in anger and grabbed my hands.
I screamed and used all my strength to lose his grip and looked back at all of them and struggled to lose their grips, but it didn't work. This guard was much stronger than the last one, even biting his hand didn't work.
"Please shut your mouth, or I'll do it for you little girl" he laughed while dragging me out.
"I won't, you filthy man, I won't" I spat on his face which was now red with anger.
"YOU REALLY GOT SOME NERVES" he shouted in my ear and injected something on my arms making me paralyzed.
"Didn't you give her a full dose? How's she awake?" he asked the other guards.
"I gave her a full dose, more will kill her, just wait a few minutes and she'll be out" one of them assured.
After a few minutes they dragged me out of the cell towards a white tunnel with bright light making my eyes shut and darkness took over.
Few hours later...
Intense light woke me up and it felt like I've been sleeping for days, my body ached horribly and I felt like all the energy was drained out of my body. I moved my hands but it turned out that they were tied to the bed. I screamed internally and looked at my right side. They were giving my blood to a boy who was already pale and weak, maybe suffering from illness. The room felt like an experimenting lab with many beds like a hospital. I found four cameras in front of the beds and two on the sides. I cursed under my breath and tried to free my hands again but failed miserably.
"Rose...Rose... are you awake?" I heard a whisper.
My eyes widened when I saw Aiden on the left bed beside me, when did they bring him here. Before I could've replied, the door opened and I faked sleep.
"Stop faking sleep, I know you both are awake" a feminine voice echoed in the room.
After cursing internally I opened my eyes, a female and male doctor were standing over my head. I sat on bed and observed them,their rings which were same means they both were husband and wife.
"Look like you both don't know each other" the female doctor said.
"Well let me tell you about your DNA results, they are matched means you both are siblings and unbelievable you both don't know" male doctor said.
"Let them both figure this out, we'll be back in few minutes, and don't try to escape it'll be better for you or we must use other ways, that will be our last choice you both are from strong bloodline and are very important for this project" she said while leaving me in complete shock. I stared at Aiden who looked shocked.
"Won't you say something?" I questioned him.
"I'm sure Mom and Dad didn't tell you about me, I was getting a hint that you might be my sister whom I never saw after you were two years old" he replied.
"Wait what..." I gasped.
" Now I get it why you were looking familiar" he gave me a warm smile.
"What do you mean by that?" I asked.
"I only saw your childhood photos, never saw the ones of you all growing up, so yes I kind of forgotten you all" his face went down with guilt.
No words came out of my mouth, I stayed quiet, Mom and dad hid this from me too,what else they have been hiding, just because I'm younger in family. My mind was clouded with sadness and anger.
" I know it's hard to believe but its the truth, I don't know why mom and dad hid it from your, whatever the reason was but they shouldn't have done it,I respect them both and their choices, after all they are my biological parents, besides that uncle and aunt are the best parents I could ever have, they never let me think that I'm their adopted child, they love me more than anyone can, they gave me more love, care, attention,and importance then they could've given to their child, Mama she is the best mother in the world, after losing her daughter, Papa had no choice but to adopt a kid or else she was ready to do something worse because she couldn't bare the loss of her very own child, I love her more than anyone in the world, I'm the luckiest, that she's my mother, I never considered her as the mother who adopted me, although she never hid the truth from me that I'm adopted, they love me more than they loved their own child" he said in a breath.
"I don't know what to say" I sighed.
"I always wanted a sister, while I always had a sister, but I never got a chance to meet you, you already have four brothers, that might be wholesome, why would you want one more brother in addition " his voice broke.
"What no... oh God, why would you think like that, of course if I had known about you, I would've loved to have you as my brother, Nick and Jack they are quite older than me, but if I had a bond with you it would be a different brother sister bond unlike I have with them, they think of me as a kid, they will always treat me as I'm a kid" I said slowly.
"Really, I'm Surprised I'm already feeling drained out of energy." he said as his face lightened up.
"Yeah you're my long lost brother aren't you? I started to think that'll die in here alone, in between all these strangers, at least if I die here, I wouldn't be that much disappointed." I sighed.
"That wasn't a good joke, little sister" he chuckled.
"Can you listen to me?" a voice boomed in my head.I nearly jumped.
"I can hear you, how can you do that?" I whispered.
"You better get used to this, it's another ability we werewolves have,we can link our minds to each other and have a conversation in our mind, it's like mind reading" his voice echoed in my mind again.
"Wow" I rounded my lips without making any sound.
"And we have blood relation, we can easily talk through mind link,without these scientists and doctors getting a hint about it, you should try it now" he said through mind link again.
"Aiden..." I called out his name in my mind.
"Great, I can hear your voice in my head too" he Chuckled.
"You can block the link with me and open it whenever you want, try it too" he continued.
I thought about closing mind link with him and for few minutes when I didn't hear voice I looked at him, he gave me thumbs up, I opened it again and after trying for few seconds I started hearing his voice calling out my name,
"ROSE, YOU DID IT, BUT KEEP THE MIND LINK BETWEEN US OPEN, IT MIGHT BE USEFUL" his voice boomed again.
The door opened and the same doctors In with syringes, I looked at Aiden who was trying to hide his fear and uneasiness.
"Take these two to the next room," female doctor told the guards who came inside and moved towards us with white handcuffs.
The fear rose inside me again as one of the guards came closer to touch my hands, I screamed at the top of my lungs and he jolted.
"Can't you sedate her again doctor, or I might become deaf." the guard shouted, Aiden cursed something under his breath. Idiot, he really has a death wish.
"No we can't because she's too young, but we can give more doses to her brother." male doctor smiled devilishly, while giving the second guard a syringe.
"No, don't touch me, you filthy human." Aiden growled as the guard squeezed his windpipe when he tried to struggle,
"Stop struggling brother, I don't want you to get hurt because of me" I said through mind link.
"Don't worry about me, don't block mind link, whatever happens just don't do it" his voice felt like whisper.
I watched helplessly, they inserted the syringe on the left side of his neck, he fell back while whining and within seconds he was unconscious.
"Now you little girl, if you try anything, you'll be treated the same." the same guard warned.
More guards entered as the lady doctor ordered them to take Aiden, after that she grabbed my hands while saying something in foreign language to the guards, they nodded and left. They took us into a big hallway where already twenty werewolves were chained from the walls. They were nearly the size of range rovers and were lying on the floor unconsciously.
She opened the door at the end of the hallway, I forgot to blink my eyes in terror, there were two beds beside them were machines and many surgical instruments on the table. They were going to dissect us.
"Don't worry you're not going to feel anything, we'll sedate you." she said and gave me a warning look while filling the injection.
"Don't touch me, I'll kill you, I swear on my life." I shouted.
"I know you can't, stop threatening me and let me do my work." she said while eyeing the guards.
"No..." I shouted again, as the guards grabbed me, she injected the syringe in my neck.
They threw me on bed brutally,I was unable to move my body, my eyelids felt heavy and darkness took over...
