After a peaceful night's sleep, Mia was awoken by Lucell standing next to the bed. "It is time to wake up Miss Mia." Lucell gently nudged her. "If you dally too long your breakfast will go uneaten and you would be forced to train on an empty stomach." Lucell gently nudged her again. "Miss Sabrina will be quite displeased if you don't wake up."
Groggy Mia finally stirred from her slumber. "Alright, I'm getting up." She yawned. "Do I smell Bacon?!"
"Why yes, I woke up early this morning and slayed a boar so that you could enjoy bacon for breakfast." Lucell said nonchalantly.
"You woke up and did all that just for me?" Mia was so happy.
"But of course." Lucell said in a very matter of fact manner. "It is something any proper gentleman would do."
Mia thought back to her time as a man. Waking up early and killing a boar so that someone else could have bacon, was not something she would have ever done. "Well I guess I wasn't much of a gentleman then!" Mia said while laughing to herself.
"It's not your fault." Lucell added. "You humans are just so unrefined."
"No Lucell I think you are just the most refined gentleman in the world!" Mia tried to give Lucell a compliment.
While Mia was eating her breakfast, there was a knock on the door. "Oh Lucy!" Sabrina yelled from the outside. "I heard you had a guest last night!"
"Yes, yes, I am coming." Lucell yelled while heading to the door to open it. "Good morning Miss Sabrina. I assume you are here for Miss Mia's training."
"Only if your done training her." Sabrina said with a wink and an elbow into Lucell's stomach. "I hope you didn't work her too hard last night Lucy, I have a lot of training planned for her today."
"I would never!" Lucell was offended. "I have you know; all Miss Mia did last night was sleep."
"Oh, and did you watch her as she slept?" Sabrina teased. With that Lucell blushed. "Oh, so you did watch her! You prev." Sabrina looked around. "So where is short stack?"
"She's in the dining room eating the bacon I prepared for her this morning." Lucell responded.
"Typical man, only bringing meat to a meal!" Sabrina scolded. "Where's the fruit, where's the veggies?!"
"Well Miss Mia seemed quite pleased with her breakfast." Lucell was proud of the meal he had made. "I heard no complaints out of her."
"Of course, she isn't going to complain!" Sabrina yelled. "She is a guest, and way too polite for her own good! Don't worry I will take care of her lunch and dinner, so you won't screw it up."
"Thank you, Miss Sabrina, I appreciate your assistance." Lucell bowed his head to his peer.
This caused Sabrina to roll her eyes at Lucell. "Damn Lucy, just how far up is that stick anyway?" Sabrina turned to the room where Mia was eating. "Yo short stack! Get out here, let us start training!" She yelled.
Mia rushed into the room with Sabrina and Lucell. "Oh, I am so ready to start training!" Mia shouted.
"Well I do hope so, and don't worry if you die, we will have the Goddess bring you back." Sabrina teased.
"If I die?" Mia asked as she followed Sabrina out of the house. They ran all the way to the training grounds, which were a few miles from Lucell's house. Mia was out of breath; she had not gotten her endurance up in her new body yet. "That was quite the run!" Mia said panting.
Sabrina had not even broken a sweat yet. "Come on short stack! I basically walked here! Why are you out of breath?" Sabrina teased. "Do you need a break?"
Mia got a determined look upon her face as she answered. "No, let's train!" She then stood up straight and at attention awaiting the orders from Sabrina.
Sabrina looked Mia over noticing how stiff and rigid she was making her body. "What's up short stack? Did Lucy put a stick up your butt too?"
"What?!" Mia shouted. "Lucell did not stick anything in my butt or me!" She blushed.
Sabrina found Mia's response to be hilarious. "No, I am not saying that." Sabrina had to pause from the laughter. "I mean you're so stiff, just like a man. You're a woman now, you have a whole different muscle structure."
"Oh!" Mia was embarrassed by her mistake and blushed. "I am sorry master! Please explain!" Mia shouted as she bowed. Still extremely stiff and rigid.
"Explain huh?" Sabrina thought for a moment. "Well in the simplest terms I can describe it, men are strong and sturdy, kind of like a tree. Makes them stiff, but also makes them durable. Women on the other hand need to flow like a river. We must be loose and able to adapt to any situation. I think for our training today we will work on your muscles and your flexibility." Sabrina explained.
They trained for hours only stopping to eat and use the bathroom. Mia had not been this exhausted since her days in the church. She kept at it though, here determination for self-improvement was unparalleled. Sabrina was proud of her trainee, although she knew much more difficult training would come later. "That's enough for the day!" Sabrina shouted. "Let's go take a bath!" Mia and Sabrina then bathed together, shortly after that Sabrina treated Mia to some dinner at the demon's pub. "Two ales for us, barkeep!" Sabrina shouted. "They have the best ale in the whole forest!" Sabrina explained to Mia. "Just wait till you taste it! It will knock your socks off."
"Oh, sounds good!" Mia smiled, still aching all over her body. All her muscles had been stretched and worked all day. "I have never had ale before, so I am looking forward to it!"
"What, you have never been drunk, short stack?" Sabrina was intrigued. "Oh, this I got to see! Barkeep open a tab!"
"Well the church said the alcohol would interfere with me being the hero." Mia explained. "So, ale was simply not allowed." Mia eyes the mug of ale in front of her. "Here goes nothing." Mia turned the mug up and chugged the entire pint.
"Whoa there, short stack! Pace yourself, don't want you to pass out." Sabrina cautioned.
Mia was starting to feel very warm and felt like the room was beginning to blur and spin. She tried to focus on Sabrina, making quite the face. "It's not fair if there are two of you." Mia slurred. "One trainer is enough!" Mia's cup had been refilled and we she was determined to drink some more of it. "This is really good stuff!" She continued to slur.
Just then Lucell entered the pub looking for Mia, he knew this was Sabrina's favorite place and figured that she would take Mia here. "Miss Mia!" He shouted from across the room. "You mustn't let Miss Sabrina corrupt you like this!" Lucell rushed over and took the mug from Mia.
"Ah Lucy but it tasted good!" Mia was visibly drunk. "Give me back my mug Lucy!" She complained.
"You heard the lady, Lucy. Give her back her mug!" Sabrina demanded. "Also how dare you say I'm corrupting her! It's my job to oversee her training and teaching her new life experiences is all part of the job."
Lucell paused before he spoke. "Everything in moderation Miss Sabrina." He then grabbed Mia and flung her over his shoulder. "Come Miss Mia, let's get you to bed." Lucell then takes Mia to his house and tosses her onto the bed. "Rest up Miss Mia, you will feel better after you have slept it off."
"It's too hot in here!" Mia complained as she stripped out of her clothes. She then wadded up her clothing and threw them at Lucell's face. "You big Meany taking my drink!" She just sat there on the bed with her legs tucked under her. Lucell was gathering her clothing off the floor and folding it for when she would wake up. "Hey Lucy!" Mia shouted. "You owe me for taking my drink!"
"Is that a fact?" Lucell questioned. "I think you should just go to sleep."
"I want to see your muscles again!" Mia demanded she still longed for her old muscles and Lucell reminded her of them.
"If I remove my shirt will you please go to sleep?" Lucell begged.
"Maybe!" Mia teased, still completely wasted.
"Fine." Lucell sighed as he removed his shirt.
"Now come here!" Mia demanded. "You're too blurry over there. Come sit next to me so I can see you!"
"Only if you promise to go to sleep!" Lucell was at his wits end.
"Fine!" Mia shouted. "I promise." Lucell then sat directly next to Mia. "It's just not fair!" Mia jumped on Lucell and rubbed on his muscles. "You got all these muscles and…" With that Mia drifted off, falling asleep on Lucell's chest.
"Well at least she finally went to sleep." Lucell sighed while wrapping his arm around Mia to support her. "Sleep well Miss Mia, sleep well." Lucell then drifted off to sleep as well.
