"Sir, the food samples from the kitchen are here already."
Who was talking? It is the Personal Advisor of a well known politician, John McCarthy.
Who was he talking to? The illegitimate child of the president of the Republic of Georgia. He was the president's illegitimate son, but no one knew this. They thought he was just another politician clinging to the president for political favors. Although, the president hated him, he didn't see him as threat. He had thrashed some sense into him, ever since he was young. Right now, he was as obedient as a dog.
The President of the Republic of Georgia, had the last name Thompson. But, he had banned his illegitimate son from using that name, and he went by his mother's maiden name, Anderson.
Thanks to the harsh treatment he received ever since he was little. Alexander Anderson, became a cold blooded brute. Outside, he was like an angel sent down directly from heaven. But, on the inside, he was the second in command to the devil.
As they often said, everyone had their own Achilles heel. But, people who had known him, all round the thirty-one years of his life, could not point it out.
To avoid suspicions too, he didn't live in the presidential Villa. He found an equally flamboyant building, so far away from the capital to live, together with his maternal grandmother. Considering the distance from his house to his office, he often came home once in a while. He always stayed at the hotel.
The cook back at home, wasn't so qualified. He liked spicy food but his grandmother does not like it. But, the chef kept on preparing spicy food, to please him, therefore, making his grandmother to always starve. The chef often brought her daughter along with her whenever he came home. The sluty girl would always wear revealing things while coming. He had to throw but mother and daughter out, when the foolish girl finally made a move on him.
Now, he had a vacancy for a cook at home. He knew he had to fill in the spot as soon as possible to avoid his grandmother starving to death.
"Set down the dishes and open them."
They acted as quickly as he had ordered them. They had told him that these set of dishes were from the best. He tasted the sandwich first, the taste was okay, he nodded and tasted the rice and nodded too, they were all tasty.
Then lastly, he tasted the Lobster Mac and Cheese that constantly drew him, because of the familiar aroma it gave off. He opened up the cover, this particular Lobster Mac and Cheese gave him a sense of familiarity. It reminded him of someone. His face darkened as he remembered that person. She had deliberately cut off every connection with him after he had asked her to abort the child. Was that too much to ask? He was glad she had aborted it anyway.
He picked up a fork and dug in to the food in front of him.
Bam! He slammed his hand on the table. It tasted exactly the same. She had made him Lobster Mac and Cheese, on his birthday, that unique taste was still engraved on his taste bud.
"I want to hire whoever it was that made this." He said, with his voice slightly husky.
His assistant, PA and other escorts of his nodded.
He walked away from the room and headed straight his office. His secretary chased after him.
"Sir, you have a date with your fiance." The secretary also paused at his steps as his master paused.
"Cancel it."
His secretary frowned as he heard this.
"Sir, remember we don't want to offend them now, you should solidify the bond between you and her." The secretary said.
"I know what I'm doing, David." He said as he flashed a devilish smile.

Roxie struggled with the sack full of groceries to her front porch. They were just two but she had bought so much-needed, she made sure Draco had the best things he could ever wish for. They both depended on each other to survive.
She was still trying to make her way to the front door when a. Masculine hand lifted it all from her. She had wanted to scream at the person thinking it was a thief. Her scream was withheld when she saw that it was Shane, her neighbor.
"Were you planning on calling the cops on me?" He had asked her with a smile.
"Shane, stop scaring me like that."
Roxie said, everly grateful that it wasn't a thief.
"Why did you get so many grocery, are you holding a party tonight?"
"Of course not, it's just for my son and me."
Shortly after getting to the house, Shane left.
Roxie decided to make noodles for herself, she was still on the process when her phone rang. After answering to the call, she nodded. They had told her to return to Sky Food the next day.
When the noodle was done she scooped it all in one plate and started eating them immediately. She slouched back on the sofa when she was done, and drifted into the dreamland.
In that dream she was putting on what seemed like a wedding gown, with a man beside her, but she could not make out the face of the man. Her Draco was standing not so far away from them. At the other end stood another couple, Alexander and a strange woman that gave off an evil smile.
Just then she screamed for Draco to run over to their side, but the other couple struggled to get him too. She moved forward to snatch her son back but she was knocked out cold by someone. Her son was carried away.
She jerked up from the sofa with a great force. She was panting and sweating like someone who had run Marathon race. She quickly found her clothe and went straight to Draco's school. It wasn't yet time, but she had to make sure that her son was still safe and in school.
On her way to the school, she pondered about getting a gun for herself. But, wouldn't that be illegal? No! She had to get that gun, there's nothing illegal to her when it comes to protecting her son, her life. She just needed to find someone that could sell one to her. Maybe she could just ask Shane. He looked like someone who had weilded a gun before.
