Chapter 1 - Death

Creation, the beginning of time and knowledge as we know it. What was the beginning? How did it happen..? Why do I exist at all..?

There exist a belief, that all life was only on earth. That was the truth of our ancestors and nothing could sway their thinking. It's 2017 now and that sort of ideology is the minority.

What do I believe is the truth? I wasn't allowed to have a truth...

Well... Not until I died... I know your probably all wondering, Dose death hurt..? Suprisingly, I didn't feel anything. I know it should have hurt, I was stabbed mercilessly and bled out! I just felt cold... Lifeless... And empty... I knew I was dying but I couldn't even cry out! Instead of feeling sad or helpless I just kept thinking 'No one will miss me.'

I didnt even have a name... I was just an orphan; kidnapped by the government. Trained to be of use and eliminated when I had no more purpose. That's exactly what happened... I was released to the embrace of death.

I laid in a pool of my own blood, closing my heavy lids, accepting the peace of death. As I waited to breath my final breath, I heard a voice.

"No! This can't happen!" The voice was of a lady, I couldn't understand what she was saying. I knew many languages but I couldn't seems to identify what language she was speaking. She spoke again "I wont let you!!!" she shouted angrily... I couldn't understand why, I'd never heard this voice before. Why was she so furious..? The voice stopped yelling after that.

The silence surrounded me until the voice started to make sounds again... Almost like a chant, comparable to casting a spell... I felt a light surround me, it was warm. It felt like an embrace, a feeling I had never experienced before. I felt a damp sensation form around my eyes... I had never cried before, I never had time to cry... The light enveloped me, until I was no longer even visible and I fainted.
