I wake up to see bright light all around me and feel energy flowing around like a steady breeze on a field. As I stand up, I see I'm standing on what looks like clouds. I see all my friends are standing behind me talking. Zero sees me and sighs. He slowly walks up to me.
"Sorry for breaking your sword man, I was caught up in the fighting." He says as I glare at him.
Shit that's right, he broke my sword.
I think as I recall the fight that happened between me and Zero. He quickly backs up as well as all my other friends. I turn around and see 10 people standing side by side, staring at us.
"You children are full of suprises."
One man says as he steps forward from the group.
"We are the elder spirits, we guide fate and know everything that happens in the universe. But somehow, you have forged a new destiny."
He says as he summons Nirioki. I see he's holding the 2 pieces of Nirioki.
"You broke a weapon that was supposedly unbreakable."
He says.
"This sword was created long ago, it grows stronger the more it is used."
He says. A woman rushes forward from the elders and stares at Zero.
"You have the blade we call Zaxus. It's purpose is to destroy the worlds that have already died or serve no purpose."
She says as she points to the sword on his back.
"Galos stole that sword from us."
An elder spirit says from behind her. Zen speaks up.
"So you the strongest in the universe? Since you control reality?"
He asks. Simultaneously all of the spirits answer.
"Yes."
He smiles and takes a step toward them. The girl that was talking to Zero waves her head over her head and the clouds above us vanish. We see 10 moons high above us. Zen laughs then throws a punch at the girl.
"I will prove I'm stronger than all of you!"
He yells as he punches her in the face. He smiles for a moment then a look of shock goes across his face. The girl is completely unaffected by his punch.
"My turn?"
She asks quietly while Zen takes a step back. The girl teleports to him and grabs him by his collar. She throws his straight up toward one of the moons. He gets thrown far beyond how far up we can see and after a few moments we see the moons he was thrown toward explode and a shockwave comes down on us and knocks everyone but the elder spirits to their knees.
Holy shit, did she just throw him through the moon?!
I think as I struggle to stand up under the weight of the blast wave that came from the impact of Zen and the moon.
"Your friend is now dead."
The girl says as she smiles. She snaps and Zen mangled corpse appears in front of us. His clothes and body are ripped apart, bone and sinew jutting from all parts of his skin. The girl snaps her fingers and Zen is surrounded by a wall of white light. It quickly cracks and falls apart. As it falls apart, we see Zen is fully healed but he is unconcious. Zero takes a step back. I look up and see the moon beginning to reform.
These elder spirits, they have unbelievable power. And why would Zen even attempt to fight when knowing their stronger than Satan? That dumbass.
I think as I back up. Yokun and Aziria step forward from behind me. Yokun stares at the girl that threw Zen through a moon. Aziria speaks up.
"Why did you really bring us all here?"
She asks quietly. A male elder spirit steps forward and laughs.
"You've changed destiny. We just thought you should know."
He says as he gathers energy in his palm. We all take a step back.
"Don't worry, I am just going send you back to your realm."
He says as energy continues to gather in his palm. a flash of light comes from his palm, and in the blink of an eye, I'm back in the woods. I look around and see only Zero, Raycar, and Yokun are there with me and it's night time.
Everyone else got teleported somewhere else I guess.
I think while Zero growls. I turn around and see him, in the light of the moon, grab his sword and cut through a tree.
"What's your problem?"
I ask. He quickly turns to me and smiles.
"Those elder spirits, they are the real deal. We're nothing compared to them!"
Zero yells, cutting through another tree. The loud crash echoes through the woods around us. Raycar and Yokun walk over next to me.
"Well, just don't piss them off and you'll be fine."
Raycar mumbles, rubbing the back of his neck. Yokun looks around and sighs.
"It's boring out here, and I wonder where Aziria got teleported too."
We hear a branch snap behind us. We all look behind us. We see a few birds flying away.
"Just some birds." I mumble. Zero quickly runs up by us and whispers to us.
"That branch snap was too heavy, it has to be a person. No way some fat ass bird made a snap like that. Keep your guard up, but don't be acting like you know it's a person."
He says. Yokun nods and laughs.
"I like birds."
Yokun says while laughing. Raycar also nods.
"Me too man, me too."
Raycar laughs while scans the area trying not to look like he knows it's a person. I watch the birds fly away.
"Hey guys!"
We hear behind us. We all turn around and see Vexx come running from the bushes.
"Why are you guys just standing over here?"
Vexx asks with a questioning face.
"We are watching nature dude."
I reply with a fake smile. Once again we hear a snap, this time it's a twig and it's slightly to the left of us. We all look over there and we see a man standing in the shadow of a tree. As I stare at him I can make out the shape of a sword on his back. I notice he has long hair, but I can't tell the color.
"So, you were summoned to the home of the elder spirits. And you knew I here, I wonder if you're scared."
The man says in a familiar voice.
"That makes you a valuable target."
He says coldly.
Valuable target? What's this guy talking about.
I think as I start to back up, but feel something prick me in my pocket. I reach into my pocket and pull out Nirioki. As I inspect my blade I see it's totally fixed.
The elder spirits, did they fix this?
I think to myself as I summon Nirioki true form. I see Raycar summon his energy blade behind me, Yokun pops his knuckles, and Vexx is hiding in a bush. As we all ready our weapons the man walks from the shadow and the light of the moon rolls over him, revealing his true identity.
"Y-you!"
I say as I backup. I hear everyone behind me scoot back as well.
"Velon."
I growl, Velon slowly unsheathing his sword.
"Now, I'm not after Rukia this time. I'm after you."
He says as blue qnd green energy swirls around his feet.
"Now, try to die quickly, I do have other contracts that require my attention."
Velon says quietly, dashing toward us.
