Just as I was about to enter the world of hopes and dreams.
[System is receiving a phone call from, Sam pick up? y/n]
"..."
"I can receive phone calls while in-game? Well, let's see what this bitch has to say to me."
"Yo Andy, what's your Verisimilitude ign? Mine is A__Hawk and Dan is ShadowSyther."
"Mine? It's Ichijero, yknow like mine is in League and Valorant."
"Right, lets party up and kill some mobs me and dan are already level 6, what about you?"
"Err, Level 10."
"Wait! You were the one that got the Global Announcement yesterday? It said Ichijero was first to reach level 10 or some shit."
"What? What global announcement I didn't see any global announcement."
"It happened like at the beginning of the 2nd day, it said congratulations Ichijero is the first to reach level 10 and received body cleansing or something?"
"Weird? I didn't get any notifications..."
"Yo, how'd you get your body cleansed? Also, did you get any of the rewards it said it gave you in the announcements?"
"I did a few quests in the village and when I was level 9, the mayor Charles gave me a quest which would help me reach level 10. Also what rewards?"
"The system said that you got 10 gold for each announcement so 20 gold total and 2 special gifts."
"Wait- What?"
"Yeah you got two rewards- Shit, dan's calling me, make sure you add us both, see ya in-game."
"Weird... Why didn't I get any of the global announcements? Whatever, I'll find out when I'm in-game, also gotta learn that skill book now."
When I came back into the game, I was once again greeted with rows of books surrounding me. Further, then the eye can see, just books and books.
[Magic Flow Through the Human Body by, - Gratian Currington]
Page 1:
What is Mana? Mana is the source of all life, it gives all creatures in this world power.
You may be wondering if this so-called Mana is so important than where do we get Mana from?
Mana is naturally absorbed into our bodies through our pores in our skin. Our body then stores this Mana in a place within our body called the Cortex.
As for what the Cortex looks like, it is still highly debated. However, one indisputable fact is that, from the Cortex, Mana is then transferred evenly throughout the body. This allows for the body to grow stronger and the user can call upon this flow of Mana to unleash skills or spells.
However, there is one fatal issue with this, although you can call upon the mana to flow through your body faster, the mana does no passively flow through your body quickly.
This leads to slower growth of the body, this is the basis of all strength-based warriors.
These warriors will often focus on the cultivation of the flow of Mana throughout there body. While mages will normally focus on the cultivation of their Cortex, allowing them to pull more mana out.
Although it seems to be a better choice to cultivate the flow of your Mana, the fatal flaw is, when you do so, you must close off the area in which the Mana is released, your four limbs.
This significantly makes it harder for the user to expel mana and is forced to be expelled through the pores of the user. Which then becomes Aura, when Aura is formed, the user can train his Aura to manipulate and strengthen his attacks and create skills.
I, Gratian Currington have found out a solution that allows the user to maximize the benefits of both sides. The user will gain increased body strength as well, as being able to expel Mana is a normal fashion.
This theory is based on the ...
[You have gained an understanding of Mana +1000 Mana.]
[You have learned the basics of Battle Mage Cultivation. All stats will increase by 25 and the user will gain an extra 1000 HP.]
[You have learned how to use Aura.]
[You have learned how to Multi-Cast and Mobile Casting]
[You have learned the basics of being a Battle Mage (Title)]
Aura - Growth (Common)

By Activating Aura, the user will gain a shield around the body, that will nullify 20% of Damage and increase all Damage by the User by 10%.

Novice Battle Mage - Growth (Uncommon)
You are a beginner on the path to becoming a warrior and a mage, a battle mage.
You will have a status in all human kingdoms equal to that of a low ranking noble.
Increase all stats by 10.
"Oh? It seems that some books can offer you titles instead. However, it seems like that from the books that I've read, that everything has growth and learning curve."
Meaning, that I will have to slowly adapt and take what I learn and grow in skill with it. That then leads the question to be, what else can be learned from books?
I quickly checked my stats to get an understanding of them.

My strength as of right now is probably incomparable to all the noobs in this game. However, I would not say I was the strongest in the game, as this game is an opportunist game.
I can almost 100% sure say that other people in the world are equivalent to me in strength or possibly even stronger.
As it appears that the strength cap in this game is much higher and that the difference between the Pros and the Noobs of this game will become, extremely clear.
However, it also means that if anyone takes the right opportunities they can easily become pro.
As for my two friends in this game, I think it's about time to add them.
I looked up in the interface and added A__Hawk and ShadowSyther. Within a few seconds, both of them were on my friend's lists.
It appears both of them reached level 8 in the couple of hours which I had spent reading the book. However, I'm not afraid of them or other players catching up to my level.
My stats are way higher than what other players could achieve by just grinding levels.
Meaning that this game will be the bane for those that love to grind levels.
As I was thinking about the future of this game, I received a party invite from my friends.
"Woah, WTH Andy your combined stats are over 1500!"
"Wait how'd you know?"
"Just click on our names and you can see our stats."

"We can see anybody's stat as long as they are in our party. However, for some reason, we can't see the other person's equipment unless they give us permission to."
"Oh yeah, Andy did you claim your rewards yet?"
"Oh shoot, I nearly forgot about it, hold on let me claim it."
I clicked on my inbox and saw two pieces of mail asking me to claim it.
I quickly clicked on both of the letters and accepted the 20 gold plus two secret rewards.
