Lillith was curious about Luka's well being so she snuck in to his room late at night and tried to lift his shirt to see where the vampire had stabbed him. He grabs her hand and looks her dead in the eyes. "Someone liked what they saw last time and wants to see more?" He winked at her playfully. She glared and pushed herself away. "You wish buddy! As if I'd be attracted to a jerk like you!" -"Then stop sneaking around and get out there's nothing too see" she glared and left his room slamming the door behind her and went back into her room laying down. "That jerk!" she threw he pillow at the wall and got back up to go for a walk around the campus.
She wandered the the quiet halls of the school. She got to the end if the hall and it felt as if someone was following her. She turned around to see if anyone was behind her but there nothing there but silence and emptiness. Shrugging it off she kept walking but sped up her pace to see if she could shake off who ever was following her.
She could hear their footsteps getting faster to keep up with her so she began to run not looking behind her because she didn't want to know who it was she just wanted to get away at this point. Trying not to go faster than normal running speed due to many turns and obstacles she'd run into. She stopped to catch her breath and to see if she finally shook the pursuer off when a hand reached out from behind her and covered her mouth pulling her into a janitor's closet her heart rate sped up and she tried to scream."shhhhhh it's me stupid we don't want them to hear us" a voice whispered the hand uncovered her mouth.
She strained her eyes to see who it was. "Luka?" She whispered back. "who else would it be stupid."-"But how?"-" I saw someone sneaking around and went to look for you to make sure you were safe but something shoved me in here." he put his finger to his lips as they heard footsteps getting closer and closer. She trembled scared whatever was pursuing her would find them.
The footsteps stopped at the closet door and her heart leaped to her throat. "Hey we gota go security is roaming through the halls we'll find her later." a voice ran out on the other side of the door and the footsteps sounded as they chaser left the area. They stayed there a few moments longer making sure that they left before leaving the closet and Luka collapsed to the ground in pain. He laid there breathing heavily and Lillith panicked. "hey are you ok!" she kneeled down and there was blood coming from his stomach lifting his shirt she could she a bandage and pulled it off to see a gaping hole from where he had been stabbed revealing itself and she gasped. She felt his forehead and he was burning up the wound looked infected.
She grabbed him by the underarms and began to drag him. "Hang in there I'm going to get you help!" dragging him she began to shout."Help me! somebody help! please!" Luka slipped in and out of consciousness as he began to bleed out. she stopped and tried to hoist him on her shoulders using her strength to carry him. "Don't you dare die on me! I need you! you're my friend like it or not!" She managed to reach the Dean's room and began to bang her fists on the door. "Dean please open the door I need help! It's an emergency!" the door creaked open and there stood kent rubbing his eyes and Alifair yawning. "Oh Lillith what seems to be the problem?"-" it's Luka he's hurt!" Kent looked to a trail of blood behind Lillith and Luka unconcious. "I'll ring up the nurse Alifair show them the way while I do so he doesn't have much longer from looks of him."
The cat began to trot through the halls as Lillith followed him carrying Luka as best as she could with out makingh iui s pain worse. "It's over here Miss." Alifair jumped up and opened the door as Lillith walked in and the nurse was already waiting. "Put him on the table quickly." Lillith gently laid him on the table as the nurse opened up his shirt with scissors and began to look st the damage. "It's severely infected and looks like it was stitched wrong and opened up. How long has this been here?-"He was stabbed protecting me a few days ago on our way to the school. I didn't know it was this bad every time i asked about it he dodged the question." - " at this rate he's going to die from blood loss I need to go in and remove the infection and stop the bleeding wait out side till I call you back child." she nodded and left the room sitting on the floor of the hall.
She began to cry burying her face in her hands. Alifair jumped into her lap. "Pet me just this once and calm down he'll be fine madame macrabe is our top doctor he's in good hands." he nuzzled her hand as she began to pet him calming down and taking a deep breath. After abit she began to doze off as Alifair pulled a blanket over her that he got from the nurses office and curled up in her lap.
The door creaked open and Madame gently shook the sleeping Lillith. "Wake up child." She slowly opened her eyes and rubbed them."H-how is he?"-" he's stable and alseep if you want to see go on in." She quickly got up and rushed in sitting on a chair near his bed. "You can to stay here if you'd like but don't wander the halls ok I'm going to sleep if anything happens push the help button." Lillith nodded and sat there watching Luka.
