The next day, hospital.
"What did the parents say?" Gu Xingfeng asked as he buttoned his uniform which he replaced the hospital gown. One of his arms are still in a sling and the doctor has advised him not to move too much since his chest is still recovering.
"The girl's parents said that their daughter indeed has gone missing six years ago." Zhang Bao answered. "The girl went to the city for an interview yet she never came back. Her parents only noticed this when the next day since their daughter didn't call them the day prior." He explained.
Gu Xingfeng heaved a sigh of pity. "It is truly hard for girls these days." He shook his head.
Zhang Bai nodded in agreement. "Also, chief…" he muttered.
"What?" Gu Xingfeng looked at him.
"They said that their daughter's boyfriend also was missing." Zhang Bao answered. His expression is serious.
