Saying that Arnie was a weird person would be an understatement. Arnie is such a weird and very ugly name. Anyone named Arnie should be weird but he was far weirder. I first met him in elementary school. There we weren't that close but we had a friendly relationship and used to play together sometimes. At that time he was fairly normal. But starting from middle school he started to change. In middle school he would always follow me calling himself my henchman or follower. In school he would always clap and make a commotion whenever I entered a room. Whenever I would walk somewhere he would appear out of nowhere and do something weird. Because of him my middle school years were full of embarrassment.
The worst thing about his actions is that after few years even I thought it was normal. After few years of him following me as a henchman, and after few restrain orders. I really started think of him as my henchman . His weird actions followed us to high school and by then I was already thinking him as my follower. I don't know why he called himself my henchman but I sure used him as best as I could. Most of the time he would do a homework for me or help me break up with my many girl friends. Sometimes he would beat up the guys who looked wrongly at me and other times he would stand in line for me.
I know he's weird but he was nowhere near as bad as the other people before him. His appearance piqued my interest and I wanted to see what Arnie did so receive such a service. I tried very hard but no memories entered my brain. When I thought there was some error a few lines of words appeared in my mind which did nothing but intensified my curiosity. The words said, 'Memories of this mortal are so atrocious that even 1% of his bad deeds could traumatize anyone here. We're sorry but can't show those memories to you because we want a fair challenge, you being traumatized could cause problems. We're terribly sorry but you can't view this persons memories, but believe us he is a very bad person!'
Even 1% of his memories could traumatize anyone here? When i heard(saw) that I really wanted to know what Arnie did. Everyone here is the worst of humanity and his memories could even traumatize everyone here? I have to admit it was a big flex of notoriety.
I opened my eyes and looked at the transparent screen to see where Arnie would go to. In the screen Arnie slowly walked up to the podium and in a lightning fast hand motion he pulled and pushed a lever. The game wheel started spinning and stopped right after. Then few words appeared on a spinning game wheel. Those words were, 'Transmigrate into the futuristic mecha oriented world. Soul mecha is gifted'
Portal appeared before Arnie and he too was sucked into it. After Arnie was transported 87 more people were shown getting transported into the other world. After the last hundredth person the semi transparent screen disappeared and I felt dizzy and fainted.
When I opened my eyes, I looked around my surroundings. Instead of white endless void now it looked like I was transported to a long hallway. Slowly I stood up and looked forward. In front of me there was a large line of people who also started to get up. I moved sideways and peeked to see where the hallway would end. I squinted my eyes and I still couldn't see the end of a hallway.
Disappointed I looked backwards and saw a man standing there. He looked like he was in his forties, he wore glasses and had a balding head. It looked like we were the last two people in this line. I smiled at him and started moving backwards. When I passed that person and continued walking I bumped into something. A transparent barrier appeared before me and blocked the way. 'So it's impossible to move backwards and somehow glitch my way out of this hallway' I thought and stood up.
After experiencing some pain I went back to my place in line and stood there waiting to move.
After five minutes I was already bored to the bone. It was just a torture to stay on line. At the white void at least I had something to see, but here I was standing on line. No one talked to anyone as everyone was cautious against others. I again looked at the person who stood behind me. Smilingly I asked, "Hello my name's Rodney. What kind of crime did you commit to be here?"
The man smiled at me and said, "Hi! My name's Andrew. I think I'm here because of murder I committed when I was young." He sighed and continued by saying, " So many years have passed and I still couldn't escape my actions from my past."
After saying that he started to mumble to himself and I slowly made a distance between us. It's a wise choice to avoid him or I too would become despaired.
Just after I stopped talking to Andrew a familiar transparent screen appeared before me. This time screen was not showing gigantic podium but a hallway with many people. Then the screen showed me what was at the front of the line. There was a cubicle at the front of the line and an angel was inside that cubicle. The angel inside the cubicle motioned towards the first person on line and gave him a circular badge with a number. After angel gave a number to the person he motioned leftward where a smaller version of the game spinning wheel was. The person after some hesitation walked towards the game spinning wheel and just like people before him he pulled and pushed a lever. After he did that the wards appeared on the spinning wheel. Words said, 'Reincarnate as a pet dog of the villainess from the otome game named 2+2=Love Eternity. Power of hugs is gifted'.
After those words appeared my jaw just dropped to the floor. I even heard few exclamation gasps from the background characters who not even had a line of dialogue before.
Seriously what is the deal with those villainess reincarnations/transmigrations! From the hundred people who went before this guy twenty of them reincarnated into an otome game as a villainess, a villain, a heroine, a side character, a dwarf, a slime, a monster duke, a horse of the villainess and now one person reincarnated into a dog pet. What happened to the trillion variations that the God told us about. Why are there so many villainess multiverses?
