After a week of sorting out documents and other stuff along with a few weapons here and there which seemed special for some reason Sylphia keet looking in amazement at the lost Technology of the ancient era. She had no doubt ever came close to any place which has so many extinct arts of forming arrays, weapons and potion making techniques and long lost recepies, which had no side effects as such she kept storing and reading information with great delight.
Zash too was not far from her and knew this was a wonderful opportunity and many were lost arts which the outside world may not even posses yet and knew what it implied.
After a week of research Zash felt dizzy and fell from his chair, making Sylphia worried.
"Zash ! Are you ok !? Is something wrong ? She kept shaking him gently as throughout the decades she had learnt to get better at controling her power in human form but was still careful as he's currently still LV 1 and may hurt him unknowingly. Suddenly as if a spark hit her she understood what was wrong and made a portal to the previous springs
She then continued to submerge him gently on a shallow corner then placed him to another corner in a sitting position enough to let him soak into it.
After a full day of staying in the water he finally opened his eyes to be greeted by Sylphia looking at him worriedly.
" You Idiot ! Did you think you were strong enough to live without food for a week ?! Even I forgot you are still a mortal, as such it's a miracle you are still well without any permanent damage nonetheless !! Don't forget that timeflow for the body gets resumed the moment you are out of the springs ! Once you are out you are once again a mortal ! And kept lecturing him for an hour .
"Ok ok ~ sorry about that. I forgot about that as for a few years I too taught myself to not be overdependent on the springs as I can often forget eating food and taking care of my body as snd such but eventually I made a major mistake and forgot to eat while researching, fortunately you were there, still how did we managed to get here? I recall we spent days getting through even with your speed and everything"
" You haven't seen my top speed yet. Even I don't know as I may cause a catastrophe if I do try to test my power. Also about that i should tell you as a tier 6 many a lot have skills for traveling long distances, such as ( Teleportation ) the only downside is you have to get a decent idea of the place you want to travel to and make a portal in a place which has nothing in its path.
Without knowing the path if you aren't strong enough and get stuck in a wall you'll be joining the list of idiots died trying similar things."
"Got it can you please create it and transfer some documents ? I'll cover the papers and parchment in a thin layer of Quantombots so they can't get affected by the water and steam as such. We'll be free to research here so no worries." Zash replied to Sylphia.
"Ok just remember that in the future there may be situations when maybe I won't always be with you and it's necessary for you to bear in mind of your own body's limitations and take it's proper care." Tired Sylphia just reminded him to not make such silly mistakes here and there again.
As she complained and braught parchments and pages they were covered in a translucent 3 layered Quantombots which he then separated from his mana and Essense pool and made them self sustaining as long as the material itself doesn't corrodes from time itself.
It began all over again a thousand years had came to pass just like that. Zash strolled aimlessly sometimes with Sylphia and sometimes alone, they'd watch Anime, Movies or other entertaining stuff and study the array and a few other designs they had on hand in these 1000 years they had mostly learnt more that 1/3rd of the knowledge contained within the god's of literature's secret abode and along with his personal libraries.
He had a blast all the while as he wasn't truly alone with system and Sylphia's company to boot and along with the thousand year mark his Meridians were 30 % healed which meant he could prepare for a new step in his cultivation and gain additional boost in his strength. Throughout the while he had seen Sylphia be careful around with him as to not hurt him unintentionally as such he wanted to be strong enough to step aside that boundary as it felt a bit off to be held back from time to time.
"I'll be in cultivating for a while as my links are nealy 30 % healed do you wanna try it as well ? "
And explained cultivation methods and how to form meridians as he had a basic outline of how a girl's meridians should work and function along the way by carvings space with Quantombots and simultaneously sending mana in them to make them function naturally. As such he'd be creating a new Cultivatior in a new world.
And explained it'd hurt a lot but it would be worth it as it's make her 2× stronger than before still he could have just been wrong and can also damage but not long enough and may even benifit and told her Everything truthfully .
"Seems interesting but I'll pass for now, I'll do it later and leave you to your thing." While she didn't mind extra strength and trusted him enough and had confidence in him she wanted to see what he was capable of first as in to see his technique and power the said (meridians) provided and wanted to have a better idea as currently they were too weak for her to be interested in ( she could make an faint outline of his both links and meridians parallel to each other and meridians were indeed more powerful but she didn't understand how they functioned or how they leveled up and such.
"Ok no worries you can just watch then, though it may get boring as such I have set up a TV and a few terra bites of data into it along with a few other things to keep you company as can watch them if you get bored it'd take a few years for me to breakthrough considering my links and amount of essence along with my control then".
"No need I'll just watch as such to get a better look at your body and how it functions with meridians and such so don't worry" she replied somewhat embarrassed as it felt a bit rude to view inside someone's else's body's conditions but her curiosity got the better of her.
As to which Zash didn't mind as he trusted her a lot.
"First step Sky master stage which goes along with the next stage which is Core Foundation" said Zash and sat down in meditation pose and concentrated collecting essence from the whole island .
While he sat and practiced his techniques he got a message from system
[System assigned 2 ways to implement Cultivation on the island
1) Dual Cultivation : As you get to the higher level you spread energy and share it with the island whilst it itself form its own meridians and may advance along with you at the same time and both may share energies while facing less resistance and no Tribulations along the way. The only downside being the longer time needed for essence to form and implemented as it may take years unknown and throughout times you too have to deplete your reserves as you too can share power with the island to improve itself.
2) Normal Cultivation : While implementation does harm the island and follow through normal Cultivation notion and may face Tribulations normally as you are designated for.
Select a method to implement now and be prepared for the process may have unexpected results.]
Without thinking he chose Option 1 neverminding the fact that he didn't have to worry about time, but also the fact that there's no need for Tribulations along the way which was literally godsend. While bear in mind that he didn't knew how strong a tier 6 was he knew Tribulations well when their parents were nearly dead and were critically wounded while ascending to Godhood.
It was a miracle none of his family members had fallen to them as many others races and human who ascended were all killed by Tribulations and as such it was a nightmare for them !
So without a doubt he chose Dual Cultivation which seemed too good to be true, and kept looking at the notification to look at the system announcement for reconfirmation if he had read things right. For he wasn't lazy and could ignored the dual cultivation method, he would be harming the island and he didn't liked that idea along with a free ticket for powering up without threats from tribulations.
