On a different part of the academy, there were two certain third-years who just overheard the same rumor while strolling down the hall.
Cosette and Wes were in the middle of discussing their latest scheme when the same, recurring pattern of words kept passing in and out of their ears. Apparently, the news about the Spencer's had already spread even all the way to the ninth grade's building. At this point, it has turned into a hot topic among the student body.
"Lord Caspar has been meeting up with the others these days. It seems like everything's escalating according to his plan..." Cosette remarked with her trademark poise and placid tone before surveying the crowd around them.
