Stan ignored Brann's whining and his narcissistic comments, as he pick his phone to texted someone. He soon received a replied, bringing a killing smile on his manly face. "They are here.." he tells Brann, looking at the entrance.
As the most awaited man enter through the big carved mahogany gate with a glamorously charismatic air around him. Andrew Johnston..... styled in his custom made, slim fitted terno double breasted black tuxedo.
He moves elegantly with a beautiful lady beside him towards the Senior Gibson with a devilish sweet smile on his face. He is not only famous among girls and youngsters but also among the elders. As he knows how to sweet talk to anyone irrespective of their age, he is quite popular among elders and one can often see and hear them comparing their sons, daughters and grandchildren with him.
Ariena glides through the people with her breathtaking smile plastered on her face with Andrew, sliding her hand around Andrew left arm. "Andrew...my son how are you? I'm seeing you after so long time. You youngsters don't like spending time with our oldies any more..." Senior Gibson answered his greetings in a complaining tone.
Andrew gave a hearty chuckle and shakes his head in denial mode, "Uncle ,what are you saying I patronize you so much and who says you are old , even now you are giving Brann, Stan and me a tuff competition..."
"You... naughty boy, from where do you learn this sweet talking, hmmm..." Senior Gibson pinched his ear's lightly.
Showing off a hurt face Andrew pouted, soon they both started laughing and Senior Gibson patted his back with love and admiration.
"Uncle, where is the birthday boy and Stan?" asked Andrew, while looking around for his friends.
"They must be near the bar, go and enjoy yourself..." said Senior Gibson as he turns to look at his beautiful partner and said to her, "Ariena dear you are looking stunning today."
Ariena smiled bashfully and bowed slightly to show respect to Senior Gibson and said, "Uncle, thank you."
Senior Gibson really enjoy partying, he has a beautiful bar with huge collection of different kinds of wine, whiskey, vodka, rum, etc.
After saying greetings to Senior Gibson, Andrew slides his hand on Ariena's lower waist to guide her towards bar. Ariena looked at him with the eyes filled with longing and a bright smile. He also looked at her in the spur of moment and gave a genuine smile. Everyone saw the blooming love between them, some with admiration and some with jealousy, as the couple move towards mini bar lounge of Gibson's.
"Hey.... Happy birthday man, ready to kick up the party mood" said Andrew with a charming smile on his face as he gave a brotherly hug to Brann.
"Wowow , finally you appeared... thanks buddy." Brann replied while replying to his gesture with same enthusiasm.
"Hey Stan, how was your trip?" asked Andrew to his other friend, Stan, he hugged him also as it was their way of greetings each other.
"Great, hope soon everything will be finalized and you have to be there to celebrate my first successful venture party." Stan replied him with a grin.
Stan turn to Ariena and said with an amusing smile, "Hey Ariena, you look gorgeous as always, hope you will give me a chance to dance with you later tonight...."
"Hey Stan, sure I will grant your wish, how can I refuse to such a request as you were so helpful to let me to get my internship in Matilda's, but I've to ask Andrew first."Ariena said with grin and turn to Brann to greet him,"Happy Birthday Brann, you're looking super cool today."
"Thanks Ariena, now that you know how wonderful and cool my personality is, did you regret marrying to Andrew? You should have looked for me before agreeing to his request dear." replied Brann coolly showing of his bright white teeth.
Andrew shrugged his shoulders as he grab her waist in a possessive manner and said with a lopsided grin, "Hey, will you both stop hitting on my wife and focus on getting yourself a good girlfriend's instead. Though it will be tough for both of you to match with my choice, but you should give it a try. It's better to have something than to have an empty barrel."
Everyone looked at each other and start laughing. 'This is the only time,the time with his dear friends, when one can see him acting so freely, smiling with his heart, because all the other times he has his signature business smile plastered on his face which doesn't reach his eyes. No one can guess wheather he is happy or upset most of the time, he has a full control over his emotions...I love this Andrew over the stoic side of him...', thought Ariena smiling foolishly to herself in her own love stuck zone.
