My cooking plan consisted of two parts, firstly I wanted that my brothers ate something different and healthier than usual. And my second goal was for them to start trusting me more and to decide on their own free will to follow my crazy ideas. This way you could start a fire or make certain modifications inside the house without them giving it too much thought. So I will have a more comfortable life in this hostile environment.
At night, my father arrived, when tasting my fish, he was quite satisfied with the taste. Unlike the children who barely tasted the food and they stopped thinking about anything else, he was extremely interested in this method of "cooking". He asked me several questions such as if this method preserved food for longer and he also wonders how it had occurred to me. Unfortunately, although lemon is good to mix with fish, it is not a food preservation method.
I thought of many ways to answers his questions about how I learned to cook in this way, but I felt that anything I said could raise suspicions. So, in the end, I said that the goddess had shown it to me in a vision. At first, I thought I was wrong with my answer as everyone fell silent with my words and my father looked quite thoughtful. However, everyone believed in this reality and even wanted to take me to see the priestess tomorrow. To be honest I am somewhat afraid of seeing her and that she will discover my lies.
When I went to sleep, I went back into the room of the book of knowledge. The language is already costing me much less to understand and speak it. Although, I still have a limited vocabulary and at times to continue the conversation I close my eyes and look in my dictionary how to say things. Even so, today I came to the room not only to learn more about the language but to learn how to make a fire with my own hands. I could not live off raw fish, so my next project will be to make roast meat.
