When I heard footsteps approaching the hut, I knew that the rest of my human family had arrived. They were two twins of 12 years maximum, they were blond with green eyes and very cute. They had a perfect nose and thin, brushed lips.
Definitely, when they grow up they will be very popular in the tribe. They were almost identical, but if you looked closely one twin (which we are going to call it twin A) had a small mole on his lip, he looked very cute and if it wasn't for me being the pet here, I would start to pamper his head.
Something weird for me was that they did not look similar to their father if they were all blond around here. But unlike the twins, his father had gray eyes and his features were less delicate. If you knew the twins and their father separately, you would never think they were family. I suppose they look like their mother who has not yet arrived.
The twins' reception was not very positive. While twin A was looking at me intrigued and frowning. Twin B looked at me with annoyance, although he tried to hide it with a false half-smile. So, to secure my position within this family, I will have to act as cute as possible.
Therefore, as soon as the father made what I assume was a presentation, I turned on my back and began to move my legs unfortunately as I did in the forest before. However, instead of a cute look I expected, I was met with looks of shame and the blushes of the twins.
Yes, they looked very pretty blushed and made me want to pinch their cheeks, but that was not the reaction I expected. Apparently I should start a better investigation, how pets act since my actions are not working as they should.
