We finished eating breakfast then we went down to the other rooms. We didn't have an official meeting place as of yet so we all just went to Lucy and Lana's apartment and sat around the large table.
I explained to everyone how I would be staying home whilst they all grinded levels for the next few days. They agreed and allocated Cole as the new leader due to his PoV on the battle field and his combat expirience.
They left for the skeleton dungeon, I summoned my shadow soldiers and ordered them to fight in the other two dungeons but try not to be seen by other people. They then split into two teams of orca and headed off in different directions.
I kept 6 orcs with me as I had another mission for them. I explained to them that I wanted materials and they would have to go and find them without causing too much suspicion. They then all left and I was left alone in Lucy and Lana's room.
I quickly left and headed up towards my forge. I still had some pieces of copper and iron lying around and my knife should be done by now.
I headed towards my oven and took out the freshly tempered knife. I checked to see it wasn't brittle and it was just fine. I appraised it to see if it was recognised as a system item,
[Pristine Copper Blade (Unfinished) - Trash - A blade forged by the last Titan - Durability : N/A]
It said it was unfinished so I scanned through the ability scroll in my head and realised I was stupid. I hadn't added a handle.
I took apart a bookshelf in the corner of the room and examined the wood. It was pine which was good enough for a knife handle. I took our my dagger and carved the handle, I then drilled holes into the handle of the knife and fixed them together with a dowel from the bookcase.
I appraised it again only to find that it hadn't changed. I looked over the scroll in my head with a lot of attention to the details before I noticed what I hadn't done yet.
I looked at the knife then gathered some mana my hand as if I were going to appraise it but instead I just let my mana flow through until the knife was full of my mana.
As I finished filling it it suddenly glowed white then green and finally settled on blue. BLUE! That meant they it was a rare item. My racial ability had raised it from an Uncommon to a rare item. I quickly appraised it,
[Pristine Copper Dagger - Rare - Forged in the first forge by the first blacksmith - STR +12 ATK +300 - Durability : 180/180 - Requirements : Must know bladed weapon mastery level 3 - Ability : +20% ATK Stat - Rune Slots : 2]
I then got three more notifications that made me smile,
[You have leveled up! You are now level 17]
[You have gained an achievement!
You have created your first item. This completes all prerequisites for the {Novice Crafter} badge, it is awarded. As a reward you will be gifted 1x lvl 10 item box, 500 EXP and 1000 vis (you may except rewards in the mail menu)]
[You have gained an achievement!
You are the first person to craft an item. This completes all prerequisites for the {First Crafter} badge, it is awarded. As a reward you will be gifted 1x lvl 20 item box, 500 EXP, 1000 vis and the Master Craftsman Special ability (allows the user to earn 2x EXP when crafting items) (you may except rewards in the mail menu)]
I smiled widely with a massive grin. If I keep on getting these double EXP and Vis abilities I would soar past everyone in terms of level and cash.
I spent the next two days and nights forging different kinds of weapons to see the different effect that they would have. I barely ate or slept the only time I did was when Lucy and Lana would come over with dinner.
On the third day I decided to try making wands for them. I knew that Lana already had one but it was Uncommon and so far everything I have made is rare so I gave it a shot.
I used my immense strength to twist the hot metal into spiral shapes, one left and one right. I then inscribed a moon on the base of one and a sun on the base of the other. It took a lot of mana to finish these items, most likely due to the fact that they were magical items.
Once they were finally done I appraised them both respectively,
[Wand of the Titan's Sun - Rare - Crafted by the last Titan for one of his two lovers - INT +12 - Durability : 180/180 - Requirements : Must know two magic skills - Ability : +20% efficiency when using magic]
[Wand of the Titan's Moon - Rare - Crafted by the last Titan for one of his two lovers - INT +12 - Durability : 180/180 - Requirements : Must know two magic skills - Ability : +20% efficiency when using magic]
They were really good items but when I inscribed them with the insignia I was trying to get a boost in dark and light magic, but honestly I knew it wouldn't be that easy.
They were however two times more effective than the Uncommon wand which Lana was using which only boosted magic by 10%.
I took a quick shower, got dressed, then went downstairs to see them making breakfast. Today was the day that the boss rooms would reopen so I would be rejoining them to fight the bosses.
We had a nice breakfast and then headed out with everyone else. We headed towards the skeleton dungeon and headed inside. Everyone was now at least level 17 so we got to the boss room in around 30 minutes.
It only took around 10 minutes to kill the boss as we knew it's attack patterns and played against them. We opened the boxes and then waited for the timer so we could head to the next dungeon. I appraised the items whilst I waited,
[Golem Arm - Rarity : 4 - Item Type : Body Part - The severed arm of a magical iron golem - Used in crafting to make stronger weapons - Can be used to brew Potions]
[Aram Spear - Rare - Once used by Jagar to slay 5 Mangguses and quintuple the land of Bomba - ATK +300 AGI +4 - Durability : 180/180 - Requirements : AGI = 20+ - Ability : Pierce (Ignore defense on the first attack on an enemy)]
These were okay items but I only had basic training in spear arts so I just put it in my inventory. The arm on the other hand would make a great weapon once I had forged it down.
We rode off to the next dungeon.
