The time flew by and Rune and Dabi were much closer than before. Dabi knew that Rune liked him and he liked her too but he knew that she would be a hero however he, he would be a villain her villain the one she would always be after. He knew that he would have to leave her and he decided to do it when she turned fifteen after she got into UA. Later in the evening after Dabi left Rune walked through the door with some takeout only to find a note.
On the note was written.
'Rune I am sorry but we belong to two different worlds and as you belong in the light, I am destined to be apart of the dark side of society. This is goodbye. ~Dabi.'
Rune was in shock and she spent the rest of the weekend crying herself to sleep. The days passed and soon the first day of school arrived. Rune dragged herself out of bed and got ready for school,she had a simple breakfast sandwich and then she was on her way to UA.
Even though Rune was a fully licensed hero Nezu insisted that she have a normal highschool experience even if she was almost done with college class material and would be done by the sports festival that year.
Rune walked in to the classroom to find two boys arguing about feet on tables and alumni. This class was full of powerful kids and Rune knew that this year was going to be a difficult one. Rune looked at the yellow sleeping bag on the floor and knew that it was Shota and decided to just go sit down and be quiet.
