As I quietly walked past Damien and Annabelle's Office, at three thirty o'clock in the morning, I could hear raised voices. I should not eavesdrop.. but something in my gut ordered me to.
The door was open ajar and I peeked through slightly.
Anna snarled at Brax and threw his back against her desk; he looked pained but did not look away; she grabbed at the belt to his jeans.
My chest felt so tight.. so I was right; they were both using me.
'Stop being so frigid and let me please you'. She spoke full of passion and teasing.
'I just do not want to'. He growled, shoving her hands away.
'You honestly expect me to believe that my mightiest warrior is content with one night alone with my virgin sister?'. She scoffed.
'You are just feeling guilty, because you know she probably has real feelings for you'. She teased.
'All you care about is control and this stupid bond!'. He growled, as he looked away from her gaze.
