Everything was going smoothly not until when Gab decided to visit his grandfather in the farm. One day, Gab was so excited because she was given permission to visit his grandfather even just for a week. Gab was so happy because after months of living far from home, she could finally see her loving Lolo. Excitement and happiness was all over her face though she haven't inform Luke about it.

"Really? You're going to visit them this weekend?" asked Miss Lyn.

Gab nods with a smile all over her face.

"Hmmm… I'm so happy for you. Finally, you'll going to see them. I know you missed them a lot." Miss Lyn added as she hugged Gab.

But not far from the kitchen, Luke overheard their conversation and suddenly diverted his mood. Then, he left feeling enraged.

"But, wait. Have you talked this matter to the young master?" Asked Miss Lyn. "Have you asked for his permission, too?"

"Why? Why does Gab need to asked for the young master's permission?" other chambermaid asked.

Gab suddenly stops and thought hardly. She realize the situation. Then, she looked for Luke.

"Luke? Luke? Where are you?" Gab yelled. "It's time for dinner." She searched every room but she haven't found Luke. Then, it reminded her of the first time she was looking for Luke and ended up in the secret garden. That memory puts her into smile and hurriedly went to the garden. There, he found Luke.

"Hey!" She uttered. "I'm been looking for you everywhere." Let's go. It's dinner time." She smilingly added.

However, Luke never responded and just look at her sadly. He wanted to speak but found no courage to do so. Dinner has passed so as the night. Luke hardly fall to sleep—he was not prepared of the idea of Gab leaving. When morning came, Gab decided to tell Luke regarding her unexpected visit to her grandfather. At first, Luke won't give his permission but since Gab explained that it will be just for a week, Luke seem okay and eventually give his approval. But deep inside, he's not totally okay with it—something is bothering him especially this past few days, he got nightmares about someone leaving him behind and he never thought it would be Gab.

When weekend came, Luke didn't watch Gab leaving. He just made an excuse that he's not feeling well but the truth is, he wasn't totally okay with the idea of Gab's sudden trip. But, he take a sneak from the rooftop garden.

Meanwhile, Gab was so happy when she reached the farm. She was joyful to see her Lolo, her dog, her best friend, Chad, their neighbourhood, their chicken, goats, horses, cows and everything in the farm. She run as fast as she could and hug her Lolo. Since the visit was so sudden, Lolo ben was really surprised to see her granddaughter.

"Lolo… How are you?" Gab asked. "How come you look thinner and pale this time? Are you not eating well? What about your medicine? Are you taking it on time? What about sleep? You should sleep early. Gab added.

"I'm okay." Lolo Ben answered. "I'm just so happy to see you." "I'm even healthier this time especially now, that I got to see you."

But the tone of his voice sense that he is lying this time. Lolo Ben looked Chad—telling him in his mind not to spill the truth with his health condition. Gab continued her story telling and her Lolo was listening attentively. Now, their house was filled with laughter, smile and happiness.

On the last day of Gab's visit, her Lolo unfortunately collapsed and was rushed to the nearby hospital. A festive celebration turns out into a nightmare. Together with Chad and his family, Gab was so nervous waiting for the doctor who conducted her Lolo's operation. She felt so scared especially that the surgery were extended to 10 hours. Chad comforted Gab—he hug her so tight, saying it will be okay while Gab can't help herself and cries silently. She wanted to be strong but her emotions overpowered her.

On the other part, Luke was so excited because finally, today was Gab's last day in the farm. Smile was all over his face. He oversees the full preparation of Gab's arrival. He was so happy not just because of Gab's coming but because today is very special day—it's his birthday. It's the first time Luke decided to celebrate his birthday. But his excitement slowly changes as the night deepens. Gab hasn't arrived yet—no call or text from her. None at all until Luke falls asleep. In the morning when he wakes up, he immediately look for Gab.

"She hasn't arrived yet young master." Master Pete uttered. "Well, maybe she's on the way. Or, maybe something came up so she could not make it last night. Or, maybe she's preparing a surprise gift for you. Don't worry young master I'll contact her immediately and I'll update you ASAP, okay?" Master Pete added.

Night came again and yet still Gab hasn't arrived. Luke decided to go for himself and bring her back home. He went to the farm but no one was there. An old woman inform him that Gab was in the hospital but before he could hear the whole story, he immediately rush to the hospital feeling worried at all. But his worries was suddenly vanished when he saw another young boy was hugging Gab. Though he was still young to realize his feelings yet he can't control it. He rushed towards them and throws a punch on Chad. They were all shocked.

"Hey!" Gab yelled.

"Let's go." Luke uttered and grab Gab's arm.

But Gab resisted. Instead, she grab Luke outside.

"What was that all about?" She furiously asked. "Can you explain to me what was happening Luke?" Because you know what, I can't think of any proper explanation for that stupid action of yours.

"I'm sorry." Luke apologized. "I didn't not intended to act that way. It's just that I cannot contact you since yesterday. You've been out of coverage. I got worried so I run out here as soon as I heard that you're in the hospital. I'm sorry. It was really out of the box." He explained further. "Are you okay?"

Gab just stared at him blankly. She wanted to tell him everything and cry her hearts out but she holds back. She doesn't want to drag Luke with his pain.

"I wanted to be alone for now, Luke. Please? Just leave." Gab begs him with a sad face.

Luke doesn't want to leave at first but since he felt Gab needed to be with his Lolo. He understands everything.

"Okay." He voiced out. "I will leave. "But, you will be back, right?" He pleaded.

Days passed by so slow for both Gab and Luke. In the mansion, Luke patiently waits for Gab. While Gab only thinks the condition of his Lolo. Until One day, Luke visited her and told her to come back. He even offers that they will take care of her Lolo's hospitalization—he will be transferred to a prestigious hospital in the city with the best doctor in the country and with the best treatment of course. But she needs to come back with him in the mansion. At first, Gab won't take the offer since she don't want to be anyone's burden but she realize that the best thing she can do for her Lolo is to make sure he could have the best treatment. So, she left with a painful heart. When she arrive in the mansion, Luke was so happy but not for her. Her thoughts and her heart was left in the hospital.

One day, her phone ring, but she was in the kitchen. Instead, Luke answered the phone call. It was Chad. He called asking for Gab to visit the hospital immediately since her Lolo wants to talk to him. But, Luke kept it as a secret. Not until in the evening, when they were sleeping, she has a bad nightmare. She wakes up, crying and breathing quickly. She wanted to go to the hospital right away. In the middle of the evening she runs out but Luke stopped her.

"I need to go." She cried. "I need to be with my Lolo. He is calling for me in my dreams."

"It's already late in the evening. If you want to visit him, you can, tomorrow when the sun is up." Luke explain.

"No." Gab strongly uttered. "I need to go tonight. Please."

Gab was sent to the hospital with Luke but she was already late. When she came, just a minute after she reaches the hospital, her Lolo passed away. Gab hugged her Lolo so tight.

"Lolo? Lolo, I'm here. I'm already here. Please wake up. Please." Gab cried hardly. "I had a dream as if you're calling for me, so I rushed here. Lolo, please wake up. I'm already here. Isn't you made a promise that you will not leave me? Mom left me when I was young. I don't know who is my dad and if he's alive or not. They all left me. What about you? Would you do the same? Would you leave me as well?"

Luke just cried from afar. He wanted to comfort Gab but he don't know what to say—he can't find perfect words to ease her pain. Chad confronted him. He then realize he did something wrong. He never thought that his simple selfishness could hurt Gab the most. He felt guilty.

As months quickly passed by, Gab was still in pain. She stayed with their house in the farm. Everywhere she looked, she sees her Lolo and his memory suddenly brought her into tears. She thought if she was just a bit early, she could be able to say goodbye properly—she could say thank you and sorry for everything. But everything was all in the past.
