🔑One month later🔑
Esmay visited the Library. A lot of students were around her. She slowly reached a corner. After making sure that no one was around, Es took out the clock from her pocket.She placed the clock on top of a book. The book changed it's color. The subject has also changed.
Es took the book and started reading it on a table like everyone else.
A few hours passed. Students came in and went out. But, Esmay's eyes were all in the book. Suddenly her phons rings. Few students looked at her. She quickly picks up the phone.
The call was from Lora.
She asked about her location.Es didnt want to tell her. Out of choice, She said the Library location.
Another hour passed. Esmay was still reading the book. A librarian came up to her, "Maam, Im sorry but we're closed till friday.". Esmay smiles and replies, "Even better." Before the Librarian could reply, Es again took out the clock and holds it beside the woman. After hearing the clock sound, The woman left without saying anything.
The whole Library was empty.
Lora reached It. after looking around ,"No one's here...? That's weird."
At last, Es closed the book.
"What took you so long!"
L, "You're waiting for me? Is everything okay?"
E, "You're the chosen one. Yet you think there's nothing for you to do..."
L, "Anyway, I came to give you a good news. Aspen and Aron is together now."
E, "Unexpected..."
L, "You're not happy!?
Aspen mentioned something about feeling sick. She was admitted in the hospital for a few days. Aron took care of her. They decided to give each other another chance. I'm so happy for them.~\(≧▽≦)/~"
E, "…"
L, "Esmay...what's wrong."
E, "…"
L, "Are you okay...?"
E, "Flora! It's time."
L, "For what...."
E, "It's time to visit our past life. We cant delay it any longer."
L, "well...Im always ready. Im just...a little nervous..."
Esmay sighs, "It's not that simple. There's something you need to know...about it."
L, "I've been waiting for you to tell me about it since one week. Finally,

E, "Keep your happiness level down for now. It's not something that will make you happy.

Flora quietly reads the part Esmay pointed. The more she kept reading, the more her expression kept changing. At last, She stands off the Chair. With her shocked face,
"Is it...true..."
Esmay stood up and approaches Flora. Picked up the book, "It's a book i collected from the clock. It says everything about breaking the time.
Most Last life people break time to save their close ones from dissappearing. IT....says that, Everything that happens after the lost star's dissappearence...would be removed after saving her. "
Lora couldnt say anything. She was still in shock.
Es, "All the memories Every person, who knew Astrid made after her dissappearence, would be removed from their life. No one would remember anything."
L, "why....why...
Everyone's so happy right now....It shouldnt happen....to them..."
Esmay grabs her shoulder, "Look Flora! It's for the best. No one would remember anything. Everything will be normal again-"
L, "How are you so okay with it...!
Aspen and Aron
Emma and Nathan.
They all met for a reason. The reason is, They are made for each other. How can they forget it so easily!"
Esmay lost her cool. She starts shouting, "That's why I never wanted anything to happen in this short time. Emma and Nathan are acceptable cause their unitation was just an excuse to fix the clock.
But everyone is so damn idiot that they couldnt hold themselves back and fall in love even after losing such a precious friend!
Including you Flora!"
Everything became quiet.
Esmay sits down on a chair. Puts her hand on her forehead. While Lora still couldn't say anything.
She shutters,
"...Leo knew about it....?"
Esmay calms herself down and replies, "I tried Flora. Even Nathan did. But you two kept meeting with each other.
You saw what happened after Leo crossed the line. He was removed from every person's memory.
That's what you're going to do now.
The result is, We'll have our Astrid back. No one will remember anything. "

Leo was looking for Lora all around the school. He kept asking people.
Finally, After reaching the ground floor, He was about to open the music room. As soon as he placed his hand on the lock,
He heard some clapping sounds.
He looked back. A guy was clapping his hands and walking toward him.
With his arrogant tone,
"Long time no see, Prince ."
L, "Carson.". He gave a surprised look.
C, "I heard You're trying hard to win over a girl. What was her name...
Right, Ora."
L, "Shut up and leave me alone."
He turned around and opened the door. After taking a look inside, he closed the door and starts walking.
C, "Cant find her huh? She left without you?"
Leo was holding himself back from puching him off.
C, "Come on. You cant forget what a good friend we used to be. I made sure it doesnt happen.
Gosh, I tried to hard to approach one of your sweet subjects. But, they turned out to be tasteless."
L, "Get out of here!"
C, "I guess you want to show Ora how kind you used to be back then.
That's the reason you came back right?"
L, "Im warning you! Leave us alone"
C, "You're the one who should leave! You dont even belong here.
Anyway, The chosen ond will soon break the time and face the real you!"
Leo lost his cool. At once, He punched Carson to the ground.
Carson wiped of the blood from his mouth and replies, "You poor thing.
What can you do anyway. Beat it. Nothing would change!"
Both started fighting and puching each other.

L, "I cant do this. I cant ruin their happiness....No one would remember anything if i bring back Astrid. Everyone would be parted away from their other half..."
Es, "That's all nonsense Flora.
Dont forget, We're now here only for Astrid. Nothing else matters-"
A girl came running. She opened the door and talks while taking deep breaths, "Sister Esmay! There's a bloody fight in the ground floor!
We need you!"
F, "what! Esmay, Let's go."
Flora was about to leave, Esmay holds her back, "You cant back off now. It's our friend Astrid or Those couple who dosent exist in real life."
Lora was shocked, also freezed in her words, While Esmay walks away with the other girl.
After they left, Lora quietly follows.
When they reached the fighting spot, There was already a big crowd around. Although the fighting stopped, Esmay cuts the crowd to see the fighting students.
Es, "Leo...?"
Flora heard her and quickly comes in.
Both of them were badly hurted.
A lot of chattering starts around the crowd.
Flora couldnt say anything. She helps Leo to stand up and took him to the nurse room. While Carson was still smilling.
When the other students were gone, Esmay finally spoke up to him, "Im warning you for the last time. If you pick up a fight again, As a senior I can suspend you."
Carson stood up and came closer To Esmay."Come on. It's no fun. We used to be close right? What happened, Are you trying to protect Nathan?"
Esmay turns around, "I'll let you go for now. There's nothing to do . It wont take long to forget everthing. ", Esmay left.
In the nurse room, Flora gently puts him down on a bed. She couldnt ask anything about the fight. With her lost mind, She took a bandaid box and placed it beside Leo.
L noticed her absent mind. When she tried to put medicine, L grabs her wrist,
"Are you okay?...."
Lora nods and tries to change the topic, "Im fine...Let's apply medicine now."
L, "Esmay....said something?"
F, "…It's time....I have to go..."
L, "You nervous?"
F, "more than that....im scared...We wont remember each other."
L, "…"
F, "Is it fair....? After this long journey...We just have to let go in the end..."
Leo puts his hand on her cheeeks,
"To Save Astrid. That's why we met. If we fail to bring her back, There's no meaning in our Journey."
Flora's eyes went teary. She leaned her head on his shoulder.
Esmay entered the Nurse room. "Tonight!
Be ready."
Leo and Flora at the same time, Jumped off the bed. Both were shocked.
F, "Why so fast....Im not ready yet.
I...Cant do...it"
L, "you're pushing it way too far! Give us some time."
E, "Look, I know it's early and you're not mentally prepared yet. But, Im scared someone else would dissappear. It's already two months-"
Flora kept hiding.slightly hugging Leo on his back. Unwilling to talk with Esmay.
Es," Take your time. Tonight at the music room.", She left.
Both tightly hugs each other. A strange moment, where they cant help but let each other go.
F, "I dont want you to forget me...", tears falling down from her eyes.
Leo parts her away, "In our last life, There's another Us. Just like now, They dont want to part away...But look where we are now.
It's destiny."
F, "Stand with me tonight. I want you to be the last person I'll be seeing in this life."

Flora entered the music room. With her yellow dress and a short skirt, Hair down, She slowly steps toward the window. Lights were off. The whole room was empty. The moon was shinning brightly in to the room.
The stars were shining brighter than any other day. Her steps reached the end of the window.With her sparkling eyes, She kept staring at the sky. The wind starts blowing through the room.
When Lora was completely lost in the moments, She felt a hand touching her arm.
slowly sliding down to her hands. Suddenly, The person backhugs her. Lora didnt even try to turn around and see that person. Something inside her kept whispering, "you're safe~"
The person's arms were all around her. The wind blows at them. Finally, Lora turned around. Without any eye contact, She hugged him tightly. The person hugs back.
L, "you...okay?"
F, "Im...better than that. Let's stay like this for a while...please..."
Both closed their eyes and tightly buried each other in their arms. After a few moment, They parted and stared at each other's eyes. L slowly carries and puts her down in a table.
They kept staring without a single word.
L, "I want to show you something..."
Lora stares with curiousity.
He took out a small jewelry box out of his pocket. Placed it beside him and opens the box. There was a shining necklace inside.
L, "I'll help you wear it.".When The necklace was around her neck, Lora takes the center part in her hand, "This way, You'll always be with me. Thanks..."
Both were holding themselves back from doing something. The unbearing expression was visible in their faces. Still, They sat beside each other, without saying anything.
Esmay entered the room with the clock in her hand. Something surprised them. Esmay was wearing a black long hood. She was covering her face. She gently puts down the cloth from her face.
Lora have seen this getup before. It was the red hood promise from her dreams. she shutters,
"Esmay...are you-"
E, "Im not. Its the last thing I found to hide myself. Dont stress about it."
Esmay walked to the end of the room. She placed the clock on the ground and kept doing more preparations.
L, "How long is it going to take...?"
Es, "Until the red hood man appears...We'll start at midnight."
F, "...Isnt it already midnight...-"
Leo grabs her hand tightly. "We'll be back".
He pulls her out of the room.
Both walked down starts in a rush. Lora had no idea what was in Leo's mind but she kept following him. They kept running and running down the stairs. Finally, At the ground floor, He pulls her to the center.
Both were breathing heavily.
L, "I'm about to do something...you might not like..."
F, "What...-"

Few moments later, They came back in the music room. Holding hands and smilling at each other. They looked infront of them and saw the red hood man talking with Esmay.
Esmay noticed and came forward to Lora.
Grabs her hand and parts her away from Leo. Es took Lora to the corner. There was a liquid door infront of her.
E, "This door will take you to our last life.
There's something I need to tell you-"
The red hood man shouts between their conversation, "We need to leave now!"
Esmay shows a helpless face to Lora. Lora puts her hand in Esmay's face.
"I'll miss you.."
E, "Remember, Our last life selves differs genders, personallities, positions and relations. You cant trust anyone other than yourself. Trust yourself. You can do it.
You can save Astrid and all those characters."
F, "What happens...when I come back?"
E, "We'll be us. Just like before, Five of us, shopping and hanging around happily. Always relaying on each other. There will be no one else ever again."
Esmay started crying and breaking down,
"I've been hard on you...trust...me...
I miss the old us..."
F, "Dont act like I'm not going to return.
It's simple right? Find Astrid and come back throught the same door.I'll be back in a day."
E, "...It's not that easy.
You cant decide when to return. The door does. It will only appear when it thinks it's the right time.
It might take years..."
Flora was frightened inside. Still she holds herself from backing off.
"No matter how long it takes, I'll only come back with Astrid."
The red hood man walks toward the door.
E, "It's time. Follow him."
Lora hugs Esmay. She quickly parts away and looks at Leo.
He was staring at her the whole time. He steps forward. Lora came running and bade him goodbye. "I'll never forget you. Even when I come back, We'll be together." Leo smiles and nods at her.
She quickly turns back and enters the liquid door.
Esmay and Leo kept staring until the door dissappears. Both stood quietly for a while,
E, "You wanna go back?"
Leo couldnt answer.
E, "Arent you scared? She'll soon face the heartless 'you'."
L, "I have nothing to lose anymore."
