Chapter 60 - Vayve learns a little of wind magic.

Vayve and Lulu were both wounded, so they had to rest before anything else could be done. Due to that, both of them spent some time together in one room. They were becoming closer to each other after speaking about a little of their time here.

"My talent has been found out by one of the visiting mages... There is a highly profitable job of going to the other villages and cities to teach magic."

Lulu had spoken about something that Vayve was thinking about. The only reason he thought about going outside to teach others about magic was solely due to Yuna's words about other wounded kids.

There are a lot of stupid and evil people who use the innocent for their own benefits.

Vayve wanted to go outside and teach magic, then look deeper into other cities or maybe even the adventurer guild whose roots are pretty much everywhere. This is not Vayve aiming to save everyone, but just him trying to help if possible.

The recent events had put some burden on his heart.

The words 'Help me' are affecting Vayve way too much.

"I heard you can apply for it at the age sixteen. But if someone is talented, then he can go earlier and try to find the good seeds while showing off a nice talent. This is also kind of motivating for others."

"I see, thanks."

The duo talked for a while, then Vayve naturally felt like he had to speak about Lulu's greed. It's not really bad to be greedy, so there was not even jealousy or any other negative emotion within his voice as he spoke.

He was just curious.

"It's amazing that you can use your resources so quickly. If your body is so sensitive towards magic, then becoming one of the teachers here is not a mere dream... A teacher has his own land, high status and salary is unimaginable. They only move if Xosun Kingdom sends their strongest forces too."

"Yes, this is what I want to become."

Lulu was honest, then she added more. It was due to the fact that Vayve was casually speaking and it was rather very nice unlike her classmates that were either angered or frustrated with her being so strong.

The lady shared a truth.

"I don't really use all resources. Around 80% I would say... The rest is sent to my family, so that they can sell it off and live grandly."

"..."

It was too sudden, so Vayve had no way of answering Lulu. She just smiled, then turned her attention to the ceiling looking better after she spoke about it. It was as if a huge burden disappeared from her heart and she even giggled a little.

"Do you want to learn wind magic?"

"Ah, yeah! I want to at least learn how to float!"

Such ability would be really useful.

Vayve was pretty excited and it was easily conveyed through his tone. He knew that an ability to stay in the air can easily change the flow of the battle, then his flight here was also pleasant and thrilling one.

That's why, Vayve rolled on the bed, then locked his eyes on Lulu who was willing to teach him. The fact that she asked about it was the reason Vayve thought as such and it was indeed the truth...

The lady knew that Vayve can enter the highest building now.

So before that, Lulu took out a simple scroll and other needed stuff to begin magic scroll describing. She was already feeling better, so her body jumped onto Vayve's bed.

As she sat down next to him, Lulu unfolded a blank magic scroll and turned her attention to Vayve. There were a few ways to describe wind magic, but it had so strange letters that Lulu simply called them.

"A wind~~"

Vayve felt like she is just 'drawing' a waving lines, but as he peeked deeper into it, his eyes could spot some differences. It was very hard at first, but the more Lulu described, the more differences began unfolding...

Everything is important in those lines, even their thickness!

"This is magic scroll to float at least five meters above the ground! The magic consumption is not that big and it should last at least ten minutes before the power gets depleted."

"You don't need to take out this scroll to use its effects, right?"

"Right, I have described it so many times I can already use it as long as its on my body."

This is pretty common!

Vayve nodded as it was still astonishing for sixteen years old lady to achieve such effects. He tried describing it on his own then. Thanks to the fact that Lulu passed her pen, then allowed to use her ink as well, Vayve had an easier time for sure.

But what has helped him the most was Lulu's hand that touched his free one.

It had passed her own wind magic in a form of the gentle breeze. It was very nice and cold allowing Vayve to get closer to the wind magic from its 'gentle' perspective, so the whole describing became easier.

And what Vayve possess unlike others is his MC Plot Armor, so the differences noticed up during Lulu's describing were also utilized by Vayve, so he had formed a very close in strength magic scroll.

"Wow, you had my help, but..."

"Haha, it's thanks to your help and talent though."

Vayve smiled like a common MC, then turned his attention to the scroll. He wanted to describe more and become familiar with while the feeling of creating a successful and strong magic scroll still lingers on his mind and hand!

"Um, Vayve... Do you want to be friends?"

"Yes! It's a pleasure for me."

Lulu asked a little awkardly, so Vayve did his best to answer as positively as he could. She was talented yet hard working lady, so Lulu is going to be a great friend for sure! Vayve himself was feeling really good as doesn't have many friends...

Only Yuna in fact.

Teacher Hana can be considered friend too, but Vayve was thinking of himself as that thirteen years old boy to not cause any misunderstandings! It was also nice to just start everything anew!

Thanks to the current mood becoming better, Vayve and Lulu spent a lot of time in the rest room! If the sky didn't turn dark, then they surely wouldn't notice how much time passed! Only when the source of light disappeared the two of them gasped and left the room!
