An academy was like a castle with several facilities around.
It was an astonishing place similar to the capital of Waleria Kingdom, but Vayve was unluckily enough, going away from this very castle. His small body was forced to stomp for quite a long while all the way to the end of an academy's territories.
The place where Vayve found himself was quite dark.
It was a forest, but the aura of this very forest was kinda strange. It surely wasn't because it was dark outside! Furthermore, an air was a little too uncomfortable as if there were some toxins around!
Vayve got a little scared, but there is no way for a teacher to actually poison a student!
Within a dark forest, there was one house surrounded by a thick hedgerow that looked spiky! The house itself was not too big, not too small! But the nature itself was dark and as if untouched by a humanity, so the house was shrouded in a dark nature as well.
Everything was rather too dark here.
'I understand my situation now...'
The teacher was called 'an outcast' surely because his magic was related to a toxic or something like that. The whole forest seemed affected by that magic and in such dark nature, most kids wouldn't really like to live.
Vayve wasn't a kid as he is that reincarnator, but he also didn't feel like going for a toxic magic.
'I only know how to describe a simple level 1 defensive magic scroll. Can be poison magic utilized by a magic scrolls anyway?'
It was kinda interesting, but Vayve's situation was even more interesting!
He had to see whether there is a hope in this place. It would be the best if he got a normal teacher that would at least help him describe a few more advanced scrolls. For Vayve, even a level 2 scroll can be called 'advanced'.
If a teacher is going to end up dissapointing, then Vayve's path will be self-training for at least a month, then the visit in the principal's office!
"Hello, is someone here?"
As Vayve's voice rang out throughout the house, he himself stepped forward as no one really responded. It was so dark outside it would be bad if he ended up without a place. That's why, he just stepped forward.
Maybe a teacher is somewhere deep in the forest or busy with a magic research.
Nevertheless, Vayve had to go inside as it the toxic air was slowly causing his body to feel bad. However, deep inside a house, Vayve realized his mistake.
It was simply way too toxic inside!
"Goddamn it..."
With his nose covered, Vayve roamed throughout the house, then a sight of his teacher finally entered his eyes. In a room where books blocked his sight, Vayve could spot a woman sleeping on the sofa.
There were also a few tomes on the sofa too.
It was a room of typical 'nerd', but Vayve felt like he has to awaken this woman to get some medicine against this toxic!
"Mrs. Hana... Mrs. Hana."
Vayve first called her, but his voice was not enough, so he closed up a distance and softly jostled her body! Only then, her eyes twitched and slowly exposed a green jewels that were shining in that quite dark room.
"Mmm... Who are you? Did he finally send someone for me?"
As Miss Hana woke up, she slowly raised her body, then glanced at Vayve who was standing calmy. He was a young boy, clearly a new student, so she could guess the situation more or less.
She spoke slowly with her voice still a little sleepy.
However, Vayve wasn't bothered with that as his eyes were going around the room. It was because this woman only had her mage clothes without anything else on her body. No panties or any other cloth was on her body.
And as she slept on the bed without caring about her appearance, her mage robes were folded in a way it exposed a little of her skin. A little more and Vayve would see something way too private!
Luckily enough, Miss Hana took her legs down and covered herself properly with her mage robes, then stood up.
"I am Ranria Vayve... The principal has sent me to be your student, Mrs. Hana."
"Haaannn~~ Just follow me for now."
After yawning, his new teacher gave her first order and so Vayve followed her going through that huge amount of magic books scattered around the room. They went upstairs to a room that had something akin to potions.
The glass test tubes were everywhere with a liquids mostly in a green color.
The lady grabbed one of the potions and passed it down for Vayve.
"Drink it. This will lessen the effects of the toxins affecting your body."
"Can't a teacher completely get rid of it?"
"I can, but your body must adapt to it. You are my student after all."
Her voice was still slow and sleepy even though it looked as if she woke up thoroughly. It was surely her usual way of speaking, so Vayve just listened attentively, but he easily got shocked when he heard he has to adapt to that toxin.
And the potion wasn't really pleasing to an eye...
However, this is a teacher...
'This is a teacher, a teacher shouldn't threaten a life of its students.'
Thus, Vayve drank that potion which caused his head to hurt way more than that toxin. Then, after a five minutes of grumbling and groaning, Vayve could feel a little better, but it was not as strong as he imagined it to be.
The potion was simply that of a low quality.
"Ugh..."
"Finally ready?"
"I am ready-"
"That room where I had slept... Gather and sort all the books."
Miss Hana stretched her arms, then left the room leaving that shocked Vayve. It was so dark and he had spent all this time moving around! His exhaustion was obvious and could be clearly seen by an naked eye.
Yet he got sent to a work without even getting a room for himself.
