The screams and shouts coming from the other carriages caused Arthur and Nyssa to immediately exit their own carriage, jump up on top of them and gaze towards the Village in the distance. The faint rise of huge amounts of green coloured smoke and dust could be seen from afar.
Giving a rough estimate, Arthur could see that they were probably an hour and a half away from the Village. A little bit farther than what he would've liked, but considering what had just happened to him, he didn't particularly care.
In a random bout of enlightenment he had suddenly comprehended the first level of Emotion Laws. His Mind had suddenly become much clearer and his understanding on the emotions and feelings of his teammates could be felt, even without looking at them.
They were all feeling scared and where all looking towards Arthur for answers.
His black hair fluttered in the wind, and he turned around to face the others, nodding sternly.
"You all turn the carriages around and immediately head back to Parachenko Village! I'll go on ahead of you all and check out the situation beforehand! We'll rendezvous near the Lecture Hall if we all get separated!".
The other nine nodded, and Arthur's figure instantly flickered away. The only person giving his vanished figure a glance, was a slightly blank-faced Nyssa, who felt Iryna pull at her arm.
"C'mon! You and I will use your carriage! We've got to go now!".
The slightly younger girl nodded.
Arthur, making the best use of his solid ruby origin essence Fae Master physique, along with a Rank 2 Wind Stalker Fae he had taken from the Clan Reserves, immediately started sprinting in a straight line towards the Clan.
His Spirit Affection Tree Fae being used simultaneously alongside his speed-type enhancement Fae. The various flora and occasional fauna that he passed by instantly moved aside as Arthur, dashed over fallen logs and over large branches.
His eyes narrowed slightly as the warm wind cut at the sides of his face. His figure appearing for one moment, before flashing and vanishing in a direction towards Parachenko Village.
Even though he wasn't actually concerned with the damage done to Parachenko Village, Arthur needed to make sure of a few things before Nyssa and the others could return to the Village.
Arthur had to take care of a few key targets, and make sure that the Rank 3 Fae Masters could take control of the situation before then. Any Fae Master that tried to stop that which was about to happen would not survive for very long when faced with mortals and other Fae Masters influenced by the Hatred Imperfection Fae.
A mortal could injure a Rank 2 Fae Master with such a corruptive substance, it was definitely worthy of being a huge problem in the years to come.
Arthur vaulted himself over a large tree, using the inertia to spin around mid air and kick of a large ancient tree. His speed increasing even after reaching his supposed limits, as his mind wandered towards his A.I.
"Ding! Analysis on existence currently classified as "Boundless Forest Yearning Sovereign Boundary Physique" has experienced an enormous shift due to the influence of "Emotion Laws". Clearing the first level of Emotion Laws has caused the required time for analysis to decrease by another 5%. Current estimated time until completion.... 1,799 years.... 350 days....".
Arthur ignored some of the other prompts given by the A.I. but couldn't help but smile slightly at the presence of Wood Laws and Emotion Laws within his origin essence sea. Having comprehended two Laws, even if they were through a Sovereign Boundary Physique, Arthur wouldn't be refused by any Immortal Sect or Immortal Clan.
Even amongst Sovereign Boundary Physique wielders, Arthur was still a top tier talent.
Of course, with his experience and knowledge, such things would be expected of a former Fae Immortal. He was slightly surprised at how quickly he was enlightened on Emotion Laws, but just continued sprinting forward, leaping over small streams and rivers, avoiding any of the marine life that dwelled within the waters.
After thirty minutes, his eyes finally locked onto the walls around the main entrance of Parachenko Village, as well as the large amounts of green coloured smoke still flying into the air. Several key locations all over the Clan had suddenly lit up and exploded as a monstrous green coloured flame burned and poisoned everyone who dared to get too close.
Those Rank 1 Fae Masters who were exposed to such flames and smoke, quickly turned green in the face, changing from green to purple and finally from purple to black as their figures fell to the ground.
Arthur noticed a few Fae Masters trying to put out the flames and just smiled the moment a Rank 2 Fae Master burst out of the burning building, cradling a small child in their arms. Both them, and the small child were covered in soot and ash, and he started to brush away the black powder from his face, before the child's pupils suddenly expanded, and their eyes turned as black as night.
Their hair suddenly became messy and their nails and teeth extended as if under the influence of Hatred Fae. The veins all over their bodies, especially their joints became more pronounced and the child looked up at the larger man cradling him before opening his jaw wide and snapping down on his neck.
Blood splattered all over the ground. The head of this young boy exploded as the Fae Master gritted his teeth, clutching at the continuously leaking wound on his neck.
His mouth filled with blood, and the wound around his neck also pulsated with a burning black aura, as he too felt his teeth and nails lengthen, as his pupils and eyes underwent an extreme physical change.
A Rank 2 Fae Master under the influence of Hatred Imperfection Powder.... now that was definitely enough to fight against a Rank 3 Fae Master.
There were at least two dozen places all over Parachenko Village, burning green with a poisonous, ominous light as mortals and Fae Masters alike found themselves suddenly filled with a insatiable desire for blood and hatred.
Arthur approached slowly, noticing that the Rank 2 Fae Master had suddenly leaped towards another mortal, clawing and his throat as his screams failed to leave his lips. He completely chewed out his throat, leaving him almost for dead before jumping on another nearby Fae Master, not at all caring about the wind blades that sliced his flesh from his bones.
The near-dead body of the mortal who just had his throat torn out spasmed uncontrollably, also seeing the same physical changes as someone who had been exposed to Hatred Imperfection Powder. He wouldn't last anywhere near as long with that kind of injury, but he had just suddenly kicked down a nearby door, causing the screams of the family living inside to echo throughout the Village.
Arthur waited a moment, hearing the cries for help end after only a minute, as five brand new mortals had been exposed to the Hatred Imperfection Powder. Four of them turned towards the other houses and started tearing through wood and brick alike, as one of them, a small child turned towards Arthur, one of his ribs visible through the open bite marks on his chest.
He turned towards Arthur, a snarl rising in his throat before being silenced forever as a sharpened blade of grass severed his brain stem. The little boy collapsed instantly as Arthur slowly approached Elder Zarek's residence.
