A couple days past in Parachenko Village, and the existence of the caravan and its possibilities sparked a new vision of hope within the minds and hearts of many mortals and Fae Masters alike, as their splurged all their saved up silver taels and origin essence stones on Fae and Fae materials alike.
There were Fae from all over the Azure Envy Continent.
The Azure Envy Continent possessed the most Fae Grounds out of the entirety of Human Heaven, with the sole exception of the hidden Fae Grounds beneath the Seven Seas. They were vast, winding, and could hide plenty of ancient monsters or divine beasts who lurked underneath its waters.
In the Azure Envy Continent as well, it was impossible for a single Clan or Sect to completely control a Fae Ground as well. Such actions have been met with the complete and utter annihilation of their entire Clan and Sect, along with any members of the organization within a several thousand kilometre radius.
Immortal Clans and Sects, were no exception.
Considering that the White Dominion Sect was created between the seventh ranked Enlightened Bodhi Famous River, and the thirteenth ranked Yellow Springs Famous River. The former produced Thought Attributed Fae, and some types of Emotion and Desire Attributed Fae, while the latter produced numerous different types of Corpse, Death and even some Bone and Flesh Attributed Fae.
The White Dominion Sect didn't have any Fae Immortals, so its position along the two Famous Rivers wasn't that high, although considering it was close to two Famous Rivers, made it quite the big fish in the relatively small pond.
Their disciples specialized in either Mind Attributed Fae, or Corpse Attributed Fae. The secret Attribute Control Skills of the Sect allowed a Fae Master to imbue intelligence and spirituality within the rotting minds of their Zombies and Ghouls. It was a pseudo-Taming Attributed type ability, although there was a much less stringent requirement on the pre-requisite knowledge.
This caravan was sponsored by the White Dominion Sect, so it was only natural that the vast majority of their cargo be related to Fae that could be found within the two Famous Rivers. Although Emotion Attributed Fae weren't nearly as popular as most other types of Fae, after hearing some rumours from the other shopkeepers, most Fae Masters couldn't help but wonder about their Thought and Corpse Attributed Fae stores.
Unlike Sophia's Emotion Fae Emporium, the "Galagar Family Thought Fae Shop" and the "Corpse Dominion Fae Store" did exceptionally well over the past few days as well. The complexity of Thought Attributed Fae was a little too high for those Fae Masters whom were inexperienced with such Fae, but hearing the abilities of said Fae caused them to perk up quite a bit.
"There is a famous Elder from the White Dominion Sect who can use their Attribute Control Skill to give enlightenment to those who receive its light. It transforms desires into emotions, and then emotions into Thoughts. The entire mind is cleared of all its unnecessary thoughts, and only the Truth is then revealed to them..... Thought Attributed Fae, are said to be the most easiest Fae to be enlightened by".
The number of Fae Masters that had seen Arthur's enlightenment into a Law was astronomical. Hearing that they might be able to attain enlightenment by using such Fae, caused them all to instantly swarm around the Galagar Family Thought Fae Shop.
Arthur rolled his eyes slightly, shaking his head as he ignored the thoughts of these idiots.
'If Thought Fae were able to grant enlightenment so easy, the entirety of the Thirty Three Heavens would be filled with Thought Attribute specialized Fae Masters! Idiots.... the lot of them....'.
The members of the caravan were also allowed to enter Parachenko Village and talk and interact with the villagers as much as they wanted. Considering that 90% of the caravan members were Fae Masters, most of the people that they also interacted with were Fae Masters belonging to the Kovacs Clan.
The vast majority of them were either Rank 1 or Rank 2 Fae Masters, but there were a few shop owners whom were also Rank 3 Fae Masters. They could be qualified to become Elders within a small Clan, but instead they ran a store which supported them and their families livelihoods.
The number of Rank 1 Fae Masters was at least 50. Most of them were family or friends of the Rank 2 or Rank 3 Fae Masters as well. In the caravan, the number of Rank 2 Fae Masters was also around 50, perhaps a little bit more.
Most of them were either in their late twenties or early thirties, and might be able to reach Rank 3 within their lifetimes. After interacting with the Fae Masters from Parachenko Village, it was obvious that they would hear a few rumours regarding the beast tides and the recent Fae Master Tournaments as well.
A Rank 3 Fae Master, one with a full set of grey hair, and large grey beard spat out his drink as his subordinate told recounted a story that he had been told.
"A Rank 2 Fae Master comprehending a Law?! No. Absolutely not. Perhaps in an Immortal Clan or Sect something like that is possible, or if they had a Sovereign Boundary Physique, but in a small place like this, in the middle of absolutely nowhere.... there is just no chance of that happening".
The Rank 2 Fae Master took another swig of his drink, waving his hands in the air. There was absolutely no sense of superiority or formalities in their methods of speaking.
Perhaps it was the alcohol, or perhaps it was the Fae Masters personal preference.
"I swear on my life that is what I heard. Apparently every year, whenever they awaken a new batch of Fae Masters, they have two Tournaments, one at the beginning of the year and one at the end, in order to showcase the growth and potential of their Fae Masters. Last year, just after the beast tide, the Kovacs Clan Leader's third born son fought against on of his fellow Fae Masters, and created a pseudo Attribute Control Skill. A Moon Attributed Attribute Control Skill that essentially creates a straight beam of light that pierces through his opponents".
The elderly Rank 3 Fae Master nodded, still sipping on his drink.
There was no guarantee that this was true after all. This kid's Father, Mother or grandparent could've created the Skill and just given it to their child or grandchild, hoping that their performance would be much greater than the others.
It was hedonism at its finest, and something that was far too common within the Thirty Three Heavens. Riding on the coattails of the older generation.... wasn't necessarily a good thing.
The other man continued.
"Eventually, during the fight, this kid started to completely overpower his opponent. Not with the Attribute Control Skill either. Just pure technique, combined with a much more powerful strength and dexterity. Eventually as the battle continued he backed up and tried to activate his pseudo-Attribute Control Skill once more. Only this time, as he activated it, numerous runes and glyphs appeared all over his dominant arm, extending from the top of his shoulder towards the Halberd Fae in his hands.
"The strength of the Attribute Control Skill increased dramatically as he activated it, and the numerous symbols that marred his arm and weapon vanished as he thrust his polearm forward. The moment he activated it, he missed".
The Rank 3 Fae Master rolled his eyes, but then noticed that his subordinate wasn't quite finished yet. The Rank 2 Fae Master seemed.... slightly envious by his tone and demeanour all of a sudden.
"It brushed past his opponent, and just as everyone thought that it was a complete dud, the beam bent, dozens of times over before hitting the young girl in the upper shoulder. It pierced straight through her, with a speed that rivalled most Rank 2 Fae Masters.
"Additionally.... he wasn't even a Rank 2 Fae Master at the time. During the previous year, at the time of the last Fae Master Tournament within Parachenko Village, this young man was only a Rank 1 Fae Master".
The elderly Rank 3 Fae Master frowned deeply for a moment, muttering a few words over and over again as he listening intently to his subordinates recount.
"Glyphs.... runes.... bending..... It's not a Spatial Law, that's for sure. Could it just be a Fae?".
The young man shook his head.
"I asked about that, thinking the same thing, but apparently the Elder within the Clan who has comprehended a pseudo-Rank 1 Wood Law firmly believes that it is a Spatial Law. I initially thought that it might be an application of some Array Attributed Fae, but it seems that such an Attribute of Fae isn't known to form in this region".
The elderly man stroked his beard slightly before pausing, feeling his eyes widen as he came to some sort of realization.
The elderly man chuckled slightly, taking another sip of his drink before turning towards his subordinate narrowing his eyes slightly.
"What did you say this young man's name was again?".
